- Christoph (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very accessible by public transport, right opposite the bus stop yet very quiet. There are three apartments in the building but we had our privacy. The place is within easy walking distance to the historical centre of Greetsiel, the harbour, the windmills, canoe hire, supermarket, bakeries and craft shops. We hired bikes at the local garage which is a few minutes away. We did a day trip by ferry to the island of Juist, definitely recommended. The accommodation is in a modern building, clean and well maintained. The combined kitchen and lounge area is spacious. Note some extra expenses not immediately obvious, e.g. charges for bedding and towels, and a tourism levy.
