- Daniela (6/5): Zuerst hatten wir Stress einen Parkplatz zu finden und dann suchten wir 45 min nach dem Eingang. - Dem Gast muss die genaue Adresse Sito S.Gioachimo 8 für die Schlüsselübergabe angegeben werden. Es gibt in der Nähe kostenlose Parkplätze, jedoch nur, wenn sie frei sind. Zum Glück hatte es noch freie Plätze in einem Parkhaus!

Kommunikation über Guiseppe … Vermieter gibt keine Rückmeldung … nicht von den Bewertungen irritieren lassen … Bilder entsprechen nicht dem Profil , stockbett geht nicht für zwei Personen , normales Bett Rückwand kaputt . Schimmel im in der Dusche , da kein Fenster . Kein kostenfreier Parkplatz. Parkhaus gegenüber für circa 30 Euro pro Tag .

The fridge was full of empty bottles and trash, the kitchen was poorly equipped and not clean. Towels were lying around, the bed was a joke – uncomfortable, messy, and nothing like the photos. Everything looked cheap, cleanliness was non-existent. This is a scam and a disgrace. Never again – avoid at all costs!

I informed the host in advance that I might arrive late — my check-in time was between 22:00–23:00.
When I arrived, I called the host over 10 times — no answer. The property was impossible to locate, and there was no help, no response, no instructions. I was left wandering the streets of Milan at night with my 10-year-old child, desperately trying to find the place.
The next morning, I called again using a different number. The host picked up — but the moment I said who I was, he hung up on me. No explanation, no apology. Just vanished.
This is not just poor service — it’s deliberate fraud. I had to find a hotel last-minute, which cost me €700, plus another €150 in taxis.
The host took my money, ignored me completely, and showed zero concern that I was stranded with a child. Absolutely unacceptable.

- Diliana (3/5): Zwaar tegenvallend, onder valse voorwendselen naar deze locatie gelokt. - Locatie is goed, dichtbij de metro, dichtbij de binnenstad. Airco doet het niet, dus konden bijna niet slapen. Parkeren is niet gratis, daarnaast is het een uitdaging om uberhaupt een parkeerplaats te vinden. Zeer smerige badkamer, schimmel overal. Eigenaar ingelicht, die reageerde niet. Faciliteiten zoals beschreven op de site zijn er lang niet allemaal (geen werkende airco, geen gratis parkeerplaats, geen magnetron, geen koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker, geen eigen balkon en terras etc.).

- Patrizio (4/5): - Posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi da metro Garibaldi FS e metro Repubblica, quindi si raggiungono facilmente stadio e centro. Purtroppo è stato difficilissimo effettuare il check-in. L'host già da 48 ore prima non rispondeva a telefonate e messaggi, una volta arrivati a Piazza Principessa Clotilde, non essendo indicato il civico, abbiamo iniziato a provare a tutti i portoni, ma niente. Una volta chiamato Booking, loro sono riusciti a contattare l'host.
Nel frattempo un portiere, uscendo da uno stabile (sul cui citofono ovviamente non c'era il nome dell'appartamento), ci ha chiesto se cercavamo un B&B e, una volta capita la situazione, ci ha chiesto se cercavamo un host con un numero di telefono che finiva in un certo modo.
Una volta capito che era così, ci ha dato le chiavi. Appena lasciati gli zaini in casa siamo andati in metro e, una volta, usciti, ci è arrivata la notizia di Booking con la cancellazione della prenotazione da parte della struttura. Dopodichè l'host ci ha inviato un link per pagare perchè, a detta sua, è stato Booking a cancellare la prenotazione con relativo rimborso.
Aggiungo, in tutto questo, che l'aria condizionata non funzionava e l'acqua usciva ghiacciata dalla doccia.
Gestione non degna di una città come Milano.

- Salome (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean and there was enough space for 4 people to stay in. The house is in a very good condition for living there. The exact location and check-in procedures were not introduced before the arrival.
The 2-staged bed had too small space between stages and it was uncomfortable for the adult to lie on the first level.

The front door person who did not speak English was terrible on our arrival. The host provided directions on whatsapp. The door person told us something completely different and had us trying random rooms on level 2, no next one, that didn't work try next one, three times this happened. One of the residents came out and a lot of yelling in italian between the two. We went back down stairs and the door person rude and just said 'bye bye' we went back to the host instructions which we should have followed and not listened to the door person. Back upto the 3rd and another resident came out and showed us which room.
- Mirnesa (3/5): Terrible owner who does not provide accurate information - Location is good and the apartment was clean, and it had all the appliances and supplies. The owner! Impossible to get in touch with, to get the right address, to enter the apartment, and the pictures are not of the apartment displayed on the booking page. Only when I threatened him with inspection and police he responded to my messages with the exact address!
For everyone who makes a mistake and book this apartment the address is: Via monte santo 8, as you can see it in the picture below.
- Sara (4/5): Nice doorman, basic apartment, stressful check-in - The apartment was in a good location and was clean. The shower was hot and it was good to have a washing machine. Another plus was being able to leave our bags with the doorman for some hours after we checked out.
However, why I have given this place a poor rating is due to the very difficult check-in process. The owner does not respond to any messages sent via booking.com (except after the initial booking four months ago). The listing does not provide the address and we couldn’t find the apartment. The only way to communicate is via WhatsApp to a different number from the one on booking.com. This was given in a message (in Italian) when I first booked months ago, but I had forgotten and was trying to contact the property via booking.com - as I normally do. Only when I realised I needed to contact a person on WhatsApp were we given instructions on where the apartment is and how to get the key. This was stressful for a while.
Also, the apartment is quite plain and bare. The photos on the listing are not of the apartment. It does not provide all the things it is supposed to such as microwave, clothes dryer, coffee maker or terrace. If I had seen real photos of the apartment, I do not think I would have booked it.

I made a reservation through Booking after 11 PM, and to my surprise, it was approved, which made me happy.
However, when we arrived at the hotel, tired and hungry, with all our luggage and by taxi, we found that the hotel was closed.
We expected that the payment would be refunded immediately the next day, but unfortunately, this did not happen. The hotel did not respond to our messages, and the money was still taken from us.
This experience was very disappointing!

It was quite spacious, though all the beds were in the same room. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything we needed. The instructions for getting the keys were unclear. After receiving a booking message with the host’s phone number, we had to call or message them for further details. Then, we had to contact the host via WhatsApp, wait for instructions, and go to the reception. However, our booking wasn’t recognized under the name used on Booking.com. The receptionist asked for the name and phone number of our WhatsApp contact before finally handing us the key. The process felt unnecessarily complicated

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in over 15 years of using Booking.com for the money I've paid. I booked this apartment for my family, including my 3-year-old child, but the living conditions were unacceptable:
On 2nd day (it was Saturday late evening), the electricity went out, leaving us without light, heating, hot water, or the ability to charge our devices for 17 hours. The apartment became completely unlivable. The representative of the apartment didn't really try to solve to problem fast.
In general, since we arrived, the apartment was cold, with no thermostat in the bedroom and insufficient blankets. We all had to sleep fully dressed. My child started coughing due to the cold and drafts coming from the door, which did not close tightly.
Several promised amenities were missing, including a coffee mashine, toaster, kettle, child’s high chair, working internet, and TV. We informed representaitve about it, but he brought only toater on the second day.
We were forced to move to another property, paying again because this apartment was unbearable. The host did not offer any compensation for the unused nights.
I do not recommend this property to anyone. The service and conditions do not meet even basic living standards, especially for the price. Host is a very rude person. Photos at booking.com are not from this apartment.
