• Andy (9/5): - Location, overlooking beach, large apartment with plenty of room. Very secure, 2 minute walk from transfer bus drop off. Rico’s bar outside apartment. Have stayed here a number of times now. Fix the shower holder in main bathroom so the shower stays in place. Drain smell in en suite needs sorting out
• Kathryn (6/5): It was what we made it, as we were celebrating a birthday. - Location was perfect Constant smell of drains. Key fob for parking gate did not work and had to call on entry and exit for help. Mattress’ were terrible Shower in guest bathroom had no water pressure.

• Jonathan (5/5): - Location, views Drainage issue and smell main bathroom Unbearable damp smell in en-suite due to lack of ventilation.unable to open window, no fan. Pigeons nesting in wall which made it difficult to sleep in that room. This is why the window in the en-suite has been disabled. Unable to sleep on the sofa bed because the shutters/blinds do not work or have been screwed open. On arrival the ac x3 was not working so I went to the shop and bought replacement batteries. After some time I managed to get x2 of the 3 units working. I spoke with the agent they were very helpful and after a couple of days they sent an engineer with a standalone heater. He said the ac in the kitchen was broken. I feel this should have all be dealt with before our arrival and not by myself. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but I feel we have been overcharged as the flat needs maintenance works to be carried out before it is suitable to be let and to charge that amount of money.
• Donna (9/5): Great views, close to beach huge terrace everything you needed home from home. - Apartment was in a perfect location, right by beach great views, apartment had a large wrap around terrace top floor so could relax, people watch music from surrounding bars, apartment was clean great facilities plenty of space, also TV, had full satellite tv, which was great to have in the evening relaxing, will most definitely be back again, staff were very helpful, thanks to all staff beautiful place to stay.

• Fraser (3/5): If you can look past multiple things needing improved and focus on the amazing viewpoint from the rooftop terrace and go - Location and particularly the views from apartment were great. The apartment was in a worn and poorly maintained state, which caused multiple issues during my stay. • The entrance gate to the apartment block was broken, requiring me to return to the property agents for additional key sets. • The living room shutters were in poor repair. They were extremely difficult to open and close, and several mechanisms appeared to be broken. • Mesh had been added to some railings at floor level, but not all. In the areas where it was installed, it created a tripping hazard and looked unsafe. • One bedroom had no air conditioning. The wardrobe in this room was also unusable, with doors falling off when touched and the interior structure broken. • The air conditioning unit in another bedroom had black water marks running down the wall beneath it. • Ants were present throughout the apartment. • Finally, there was a fuse box located in the en-suite bathroom, which raises serious safety concerns. Overall, the apartment requires urgent maintenance and does not meet standards for a property of its location with view.

• Andy (7/5): The apartment is large with a great view onto the beach. I would stay again as it suits my group. Although it is needing - Location right on beach front, security felt safe, size of apartment En suite bathroom smells and unable to open the blinds to get fresh air in, put a safety rail in across the windows, so the blinds can be opened. No pressure in main bathroom shower.

• David (1/5): Bad - The views were fantastic best views in Benidorm Well where to start the staff at Benidorm booking.com did not care at all, the first three day of our stay we went to the office to complain and they sent nobody finally got an maintenance man up on the friday who told us in broken English that it was all old and broken like we didn't already know that. We were there for two weeks and nobody came to even look at the place i asked them who inspected the place to get my 200 euros deposit back and they said the cleaner omg they take the 350 euro commission and do nothing its a joke pictures of the place must be years old if i can i will put them up so unprofessional, we moved in to a new place on the 22nd of April and omg what a difference DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

• Charlene (5/5): Great view and location, but terrible smell. - The location was great, the view was amazing especially for sunset. easy communication with benidormbooking.com via whats app. Wi-fi was quick. The smell of the drains was terrible! Especially in the en-suite bathroom. The bath had no plug due to flooding risk. The beds were uncomfortable Some of the shutters were quite hard to open/close. Batteries had died in the remotes for the AC/heating units so we had no heating on first night (this was resolved by Benidormbooking.com)

• Claire (7/5): Incredible views well worth the small niggles - Stunning views and plenty of space for us three girls. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy to my delight after I was evicted from the bedroom for snoring! we had read a bad review just before we left the UK about a strong sewage smell and a leak, but after reassurance from the property and no evidence that anything was untoward had an amazing holiday and would totally book again. Yes the lift only goes up to the 9th floor and you have to drag your case up the last (shortish) flight of stairs and the shower in the main bathroom is over the bath, which was very high, was a worry as we are all short, so only used the ensuite bathroom, which was quite small. but for the price it was well worth it, we didn't book the Ritz!!
• Lisa (5/5): Passable - Location was fantastic, right on the beach with nice view. Luckily Benidorm Booking gave us another appartment nearby since we had some trouble with this appartment. Whole appartment smelled like sewage. One if the bathroom smelled so awful that we couldn't use it. After heavy rain, the other bathroom was flooded, water was coming from the roof. Elevator was only going to the 9th floor, appartment was situated on 10th floor.

• David (1/5): Don't go anywhere near it. - The view The kitchen and bedrooms of the apartment very old fashioned shower to small toilets were loose , one wouldn't flush or fill up unless you left Siston lid off had maintenance out a few times could not fix .had workman on balcony as they were painting outside of property, ropes and ladders 🪜, they came over roof of apartment 8am every work day . Totally disgusting . Not worth the money , advertised as penthouse that it definitely is NOT.

• Mazen (5/5): Passable - Only the location and the view It is in the 10th floor the elevator doesn't rech it the saloon it seems like roof with huge windows surrounding the appartement .with high temperature degrees and the AC is not effective, even more is not working in the bedrooms
• Jakob (10/5): Nice and pleasant stay and a great week in the sun :) - Close to the beach and sea, nice apartment and a balcony with a beautiful view :) Good and helpful hosts and a very easy and smooth check in/check out. The kitchen had plenty of stuff to make it possible to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner there. We had an over all great week staying at the Almadraba penthouse apartment!
