• Florian (10/5): Flexible and well-priced stay in Osaka. - Obwohl nicht direkt im Ort, hervorragend an Metro, Aquarium und Freizeitpark angebunden. Kompaktes und sehr gutes Frühstück (verschiedenstes Gebäck). Bisher bester Kaffee.

• Naoya (9/5): オシャレで家族に丁度いいお部屋 - ユニバーサルスタジオの帰りに宿泊施設を探していて、見つけました。部屋のデザインや広さ、トイレとバスルームが別れているのに感動しました。外観もシンプルなのにオシャレで、朝食も美味しくガッツリ系じゃない所が自分にマッチしていました。近くにコンビニや駅がある為立地は便利だと思います。 駐車場が無いことが少し不便でしたが、駐車場からホテルに向かう途中で夕食を済ませました。 夜間目の前の道路で暴走バイクが何度も走る為、危険を感じたのと騒音が酷いです。 私は気にならないですが、ベッドに長い髪の毛が落ちており、妻が残念がっておりました。

• Barreto (10/5): The unique hotel that met all our needs! - Very unique and the room was exceptionally clean and large. I loved the bathroom. It's traditional Japanese style and we don't need to waste much hot water. It was just a perfect location. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. The train station is just over the building. It's within walking distance of the Aquarium.

• Tejal (10/5): Excellent hotel in Osaka - Clean, spacious and very comfortable. We booked for 3 and ended up staying 5 nights. Friendly staff and plenty of room for the whole family. Highly recommend. Nothing - best stay in Japan. Breakfast options could have been more substantial (it's pastries, coffee & yoghurt) however incredible value for space, quality & level of service.

Enjoyed the bathtub especially in winter. Convenience store & railway station around the corner. Will definitely pick this hotel again in the future.

• Breana (10/5): Absolutely amazing! Made traveling with a toddler and a full family of 5 so much easier - Everything about the property was perfect. Location right near the attractions we were visiting. Perfect distance from a train station for easy transportation access. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! The amenities were outstanding. Everything about our stay was perfect and I really do wish we would have stayed longer. Will be booking Hotel Sails for all future travel plans. N/A

• Magdalena (10/5): Lovely Osaka Hotel - Really great location as it's right next to Osakako station, so it's easy to get to most Osaka and Kyoto places. It's also very close to Osaka aquarium and has lots of nearby konbinis, cafes, and an izakaya. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a really clean and comfortable stay, and we appreciated the amenities like daily water bottles and a coffee machine. We kept getting a bag of towels delivered everyday (even with out "do not disturb" sign). It was nice to have fresh towels, but we personally didn't need so many so often. The breakfast options were limited. Having said this, it was a lovely stay and really good value for money. We would stay here again.

• Ivan (10/5): Great 1 night stay for a solo traveller - This is a lovely new hotel with very comfortable, spacious rooms. The staff was exceptional—I came specifically to attend a volleyball game, and they helped me secure a ticket from a reseller on the very day of the match. I’m incredibly grateful; the experience was unforgettable. The evening welcome drinks were a nice touch, and the breakfast was equally great with a wide variety of options. I definitely left feeling full and satisfied!
