• Mark (9/5): - The apartment location was excellent as it was a block away from the Ponte Vecchio. Excellent access to coffee, pastries, dining, and supermarket all on the same block. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had modern bathrooms while the rest of the apartment had a more rustic feel you would expect in Florence. When checking in and out we had excellent communication from Martina. We would definitely stay here again.
• Ingeborg (9/5): Beste Lage - Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und nette Restaurants gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Trotzdem kann man ruhig schlafen, weil die Schlafräume zum Innenhof liegen. Die Betten waren hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man sollte wissen, dass, bedingt durch die Lage zum Innenhof, die Schlafräume ziemlich dunkel sind, was einem aber andererseits einen sehr ruhigen Schlaf beschert.

• Leann (7/5): Very conveniently located and gives off an authentic Italian vibe. - The location was excellent, very convenient to everything in Florence and the train station. The restaurant downstairs was great with very friendly service. The bath/shower in the second bedroom is very small, making it uncomfortable to shower and get ready. The stairs are challenging if one has any knee or mobility issues. Otherwise a great experience.
• em (7/5): Best location needs some updated furniture - The location is absolutely perfect, you are in a great location for easy access to all the main attractions and there is a supermarket one minute from your door, endless restaurants and shops, the famous bridge is just across the road, stunning location. The apartments chairs are in desperate need of replacement, not really comfortable, feel like they are going to brake. There is only a two seater sofa bed for four guests which lets it down, the kitchen is well equipped but there was no replacement plastic bin bags and the bin was very small for a kitchen, brought some and left for other guests, also no sponge to wash up with, only one tea towel, but a new dishwasher and tablets. Apart from the kitchen and the bathrooms the place could do with a bit of a make over, it’s a collection of old wooden cupboards and cabinets with some worn out chip board furniture, pulling the draws out to put your cloths away in the old cupboards is a struggle, feels like the might brake it, so you end up leaving your stuff in the suitcase. My bed side light had no shade and what looked like a lump of chewing gum holding the bulb in, didn’t turn it on, just in case. After a hard days exploring remember you have to go up four flights of steps to get to your apartment some 30 steps.

• Eloisa (9/5): Great place perfect location !!! Easy walk to all the sigteseeing - Location is perfect. Across the street to Ponte Vecchio. Very spacious and clean. Beautiful place. The parking is expensive and requires a reservation which we were not informed.

Toutes les facilités à quelques mètres. : monuments touristiques, restau, supérette, boulangerie... Salles d'eau et cuisine très moderne et pratique. Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Très bon double vitrage. Mobilier TRES rustique mais certainement de bonne qualité et adapté dans une maison de centre ancien (parquet, poutre...). Les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur des puits de lumière, chambres sombres mais calmes. Pas de télé, pas de WiFi, L'escalier est très raide Obligation de se garer à 1km, galère pou ramener les bagages, mais ce n'est pas lié à l'appartement mais à Florence.

• Sandy (10/5): Great location and apartment, but no Elevator or 2nd key allowed. - Location, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms, colorful, well equipped, washer, roomy, restaurants downstairs, close to grocery, cab access 4 sets of 11 steps each. No elevator. Apt is on floor 2, which is 2 floors above ground floor. It matters as we had large suitcases to carry up and down. Only one set of keys was allowed even when I asked for another. We are 2 sets of couples whose activities differed, leaving one of us to lose out and sit in the apmt with key. Not nice. Staff said they would come day after checkin to pick up the city tax in cash.. they did not come till day 2, also did not return a phone call.

Loved the apartment, it was spacious and comfortable. Upgrades were very nice, but it kept much of its original charm. Restaurants downstairs had great food and drinks to start and end our days. Honestly loved everything!

• Giuseppe (8/5): very positive beautiful location just a little disappointed with lack of host interaction - location was exceptional as it was almost at the foot of Ponte Vecchio very central to everything a few more amenities to be provided. ie dish soaps, complimentary water. Some basic necessities that we didn't haveto go buy right away

I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! - We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb with another couple, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of a vibrant area with fun restaurants and bars just next door. There was never a dull moment, with plenty of great options for dining and entertainment within walking distance. The space itself was immaculate and beautifully updated. The bathrooms were nothing short of amazing, featuring modern fixtures and plenty of space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism made all the difference, and it felt like we were staying with a friend rather than just renting a space. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family looking for a fantastic place to stay. We can't wait to return! The only recommendations would be to take a taxi if you are arriving by train. The walk is a little longer than you might think, and it can be challenging to walk the narrow streets with luggage in tow.

• Vannavada (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a very convenient location, within walking distance to the Duomo and other major attractions. The facilities were excellent. Overall, I strongly recommend that visitors to Florence consider this apartment seriously. Martina, our host, was exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Right from the very first interaction when I called her to pick up our keys, her attention to detail and focus on truly helping customers was evident. She helped us with almost everything we needed during our stay; major attractions in the area, casual spots to hangout in the evening, best places to pick up cabs and more. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. She made our stay very memorable.
• Adriana (6/5): Great apartment that needs better customer service. - Spacious, beautifully decorated. Located in a great spot , close to all major sights. The lack of communication from the management company that oversees this rental . Checkin in was late, air conditioning not working well, floors were dirty, no simple accessories provided like dish soap, paper towels. When trying to communicate concerns at times mo response or follow-up. Made our stay less enjoyable.
• Rolando (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. The unit was comfortable and provided a great home base for our trip. Extra shout out to the restaurant downstairs, Da Tegamino, was great. Last thing, the host were super responsive and helped us out of a jam.
• Voytac (8/5): Spacious apartment in great location - The location was unbeatable! Just steps from the ponte vecchio bridge on a quiet square with three lovely restaurants and a beautiful historic church. The rooms were large and the kitchen nicely renovated and we'll appointed! The laundry machine was also a wonderful help. Sadly, for three out of our four days we did not have a working coffee machine despite reporting this on the first morning. The water temperature in both showers was very unpredictable. It would vary from scalding hot to freezing cold and back without anyone touching the handle. The decor had the vibe of staying at Grandma's house.

• Yury (8/5): Overall the apartment is large enough, clean and perfectly located. - The location of the apartment. Quietness at night in spite of the central location. One of the bathrooms was extremely small. Hot water didn't stay and was changing to cold all the time while taking a shower. it was very difficult to take a shower.

• Gina (10/5): A perfect location in Florence, close to everything. - Excellent location. Lots of stairs to get to the apartment. Not unusual for Florence. We managed quite well but it could be an issue for anyone who can’t do stairs.
• Ian (9/5): Great location and lovely property - Great property ideally located. The property was well equipped, clean, well maintained and had character. Even though there is a piazza at the front of the property, you don’t hear a thing when the windows are closed. The host was very accommodating and arranged for us to get in slightly early. We were met by a lovely young lady (Yob) who went out of her way to send us a list of recommendations of places to eat. Would recommend There was nothing we didn’t like about the property although we did receive a message from the property on the morning we were due to arrive saying we needed to pay with a link, when we had already paid via Booking.com when we booked. We managed to prove we had paid and also got booking.com involved to resolve it relatively quickly but it was a bit of a stressful half an hour. It is also worth noting that there is a city tourist tax in Florence that is not included in the advertised rates that they will ask for when you arrive
