• Jean (8/5): - Great location, close to Namba station. Easy to travel to other parts of osaka. Walking distance to food, shopping and Dontonbori. Area can be a bit noisy at night.
• YUN (9/5): - 位置非常好，距离南海难波站只有几步的距离，去心斋桥也就十几分钟步行就能到，购物吃饭都非常方便。 跟房东提前沟通把行李箱送到公寓门口，打扫后再放进去，省得到处找大的寄存柜。入住时暖气已经打开，客厅空间很大，几个箱子摊开都不影响走路。厕所和淋浴干湿分离，浴室的备品齐全。 公寓有冰箱、微波炉、电水壶和电磁炉，厨房有汤锅没有煎锅，不过新年附近超市不开门，也就没法买肉自己煮 公寓的最大缺点是没有电梯，搬不动行李或者行李箱太大的要慎重考虑。 另外床头的插头和化妆台上的插头都没有电，幸亏我们每个人都带了拖线板

• Mei Boon (8/5): - There's free WiFi. The place is clean, considerably spacious. Location wise, very convenient. 10mins walking distance to Dotonbori and just a stone throw away from family mart. There is a fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. The owner is very responsive when msg via booking.com. The only downside is there is no elevator. There are 2 flight of narrow stairs that you have to haul your luggage up. The toilet and bathroom are small and separate place.

• Lukas (7/5): Gute Option für kurzen Aufenthalt in Bahnhofsnähe - Lage zu Fuss vom Bahnhof Namba war unser Buchungskriterium. Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Erwartungen wurde erfüllt, wir hatten mehr als genügend Platz. Die Betten waren sogar für Japan hart und man hörte in der Nacht den Lärm der (Neben)Strasse.

• Dan-Vy (4/5): Decent enough for a 1-night stay and for the cost. - We really appreciated the convenient location, especially being so close to Namba Station — it made our early morning trip to the airport very easy. The host was accommodating and kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage early while the cleaners were still there. The beds were cleanly made, and towels were provided, which was great. The apartment also had a washer, and although there's no dryer, the provided clothes hanger and pedestal fan worked well for drying clothes overnight. The air conditioner was effective, and the shower had excellent water pressure with consistent hot water. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, which was a nice touch. The small kitchenette was useful, with a kettle, cups, fridge, sink, and dishwashing supplies — everything we needed for a short stay. The apartment had a noticeable smoke smell throughout, particularly strong in the bathroom. While the beds weren’t the most comfortable, they were adequate for a one-night stay. The bedrooms got quite warm with the sliding doors closed, as the main air conditioner is located in the living room. The bathroom and separate toilet were both very small. It's worth noting that the toilet was a traditional style, unlike the modern bidet toilets we experienced elsewhere in Japan — not a major issue, just something to be aware of. Check-in communication could have been smoother. The door code and registration form were only provided a couple of hours before check-in, whereas our other stays shared this information at least 24 hours in advance. Overall, it was a functional place for a short stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
• Caroline (4/5): Je ne recommanderai pas - L’environnement est très bruyant, la fenêtre n’a qu’un simple vitrage et l’insonorisation est mauvaise car lorsque le voisin parlait ou éternuait j’avais l’impression qu’il était dans l’appartement. Le logement nécessite un GROS ménage, il est sale et les draps du lit double n’étaient pas propres, j’ai trouvé cela vraiment irrespectueux. C’est le minimum d’avoir des draps propres. Quelle déception !

• Sergio (7/5): - Era bastante amplio, confortable, buena relación calidad precio y lo mejor la ubicación en pleno barrio de Namba, con la estación a 5 minutos y otras zonas populares cerca como Dotonbori. La cocina no estaba bien equipada y era muy pequeña. Faltaban platos, cubiertos y algo tan básico como una sartén. Si alquilas un apartamento es para poder cocinar tu comida.

• Kirrily (7/5): Comfortable and convenient - Convenient location. Easy walk to station. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Clean and tidy and staff were helpful and accommodating for early check in. Location is noisy at nighttime.

• Sandra (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome location. It's a very short walk from Namba Station (exit 5). It's surrounded by food and very close to Family Mart that does takuhaibin. There's a really good restaurant downstairs, noodles, gyoza etc, very affordable. The place is clean and the host is very kind.
• Jessica (6/5): Not the best - The location was great, and it was a bonus that there was a washing machine. The owners were very helpful - when I let them know it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly they offered to get the cleaner in, so I appreciate them! It was not a super clean space, especially in the bathroom (photos attached), and it was very noisy all night due to thin walls. If you just need a place to sleep for one night it's okay, but it was my least favorite accommodation of anywhere in our two week stay in Japan.
• Nowak (4/5): Smells badly of smoke. - The suite smelled strongly of smoke. I complained numerous times to the manager and they came to try and disinfect and get rid of it but it really did nothing. It was awful. We all smelled like smokers when we left. Put suitcases and clothes all smelled of old smoke. The owners say it is from the restaurant downstairs but this suite should NOT be advertised as a non smoking suite and people with respiratory issues should not stay here. It was very unpleasant and if I could have changed my booking or had known I would have.

• Airyn (4/5): The place is okay but the toilet was worst i’ve ever been in a japanese hotel or air bnb. - It’s good for group pr family. There is no bidet, there is no heat in the toilet seat. It’s very cold during winter using the toilet.
