• Maksymilian (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacją, w autentycznym starym budynku, wejście od podwórka, mieszkanie urządzone w fajnym stylu, na plus bezkontaktowe odebranie kluczy i ich zwrot. Mieszkanie w miarę dobrze wyposażone. Możesz tu poczuć Neapol i dzielnicę Quartieri Spagnoli, gdyby nie minusy, które w mojej ocenie dyskfalifikują to miejsce(trzymam kciuki z ich naprawę). Od sierpnia 2025(znalazłem to w poprzednich komentarz) jest problem z bramą wejściową na podwórko, od mniej więcej 6-7 rano do późnego wieczora jest otwierana przez wjeżdżające i wyjeżdzjące skutery/samochody - problem polega na tym że STRASZLIWIE skrzypi(słychać ją w sypialni), tak bardzo że wierci dziurę w głowie, nie wyśpisz się tu i nie odpoczniesz, zaczynasz dzień od bólu glowy, nie wierzę w to że nie da się nic z tym zrobić. Materac w łożku jest totalnie do wymiany, po 5 nocach kończę wakacje z bólem pleców, na środku jest już wygnieciona dziura, komfort spania 0! Gdyby nie powyższe ocena byłaby 8 - 9.

• Kristof (5/5): Bad quality of sleeping due to the noises from outside at night and early in the morning - Style There is too much light in the bedroom at night, and the lack of soundproofing by the door means it is too noisy to have a proper sleep through the night

• Peter (4/5): - The location is great, close to the city center and public transportation, a few minutes walk to the Chiaia district and the beach. There were enough towels and the kitchen was well equipped with pre-prepared coffee capsules. The bathroom has a shower and shampoo, but there is also an iron and the internet is fast. Unfortunately, it was hard to relax at the accommodation because it was very noisy. The most disturbing thing was the sound of the gate serving as the main entrance to the building, which the residents constantly opened and closed (even at night), and it creaked loudly. Outside the gate, the residents were also constantly making noise, shouting at each other, and children were screaming late at night. If the entrance door to the accommodation had been soundproofed, we would have felt much better. In addition, there was a slight musty smell and the night light from outside was also disturbing, it was not possible to darken it properly with a curtain.

• Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely flat, great location, near lots of restaurants, cafes, bakery and shop just across the road. Entry in courtyard, not directly from street, so quiet and secure. Owner met us, very nice guy, friendly and informative. Really enjoyed being in the Spanish quarter! Very easy to get lost in all the narrow streets, made every trip out a bit of an adventure.

• Kineta (9/5): Lovely surprise to find such a cosy place, would definitely come back! - Superb location and fantastic host, I wish I booked to stay here longer! It is located near the gorgeous narrow streets of the Spanish quarters. There are a few staircases to get to the property if you are arriving from Toledo metro, but we managed it ok. Once we got there the place was such a haven from the bustling busy streets nearby. Guiseppe met us outside and told us the best places to visit for a good meal, all within minutes of the flat. It felt very much like the real heart of Naples, although just a few steps away from the touristy spots. The place was so cosy and spotless. On a very hot day the AC was already on and the flat was cool and relaxing. The kitchen and bathroom was kitted out with all appliances and essentials - kettle, washing machine and detergents, pots, crockery and utensils, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, teas and coffees, loads of shelves and drawers for our stuff, really cosy couch multiple pillow options and an extra duvet. I had a really good sleep there! The shower was lovely and the lighting on the bathroom mirror was excellent. I can’t fault the property! I would just make sure that you are happy to climb a bit of a hill and some steps with luggage, or call a taxi.

The appartement is not well isolated you’ll hear people talking, riding bikes all night. Also the area is pretty dirty, seems like a ghetto

There’s plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and there’s even this little supermarket across the street where you can get whatever you need at any time. The house was super clean, the towels smelled so good and there was way more amenities than we thought. Nothing! The stay was amazing.

• Radu (9/5): Cozy apartment in an authentic location - Francesca was very welcoming and helped us out big time by picking us up from the train station, while we were struggling to find a taxi and the metro was closed. The apartment looks very nice even though it’s not actually that big. Washing machine is a big plus, and in general you pretty much have everything you could need. The location of the apartment is pretty good, lots of pizzerias/trattorias around, small store right across the street, and you have a bigger store 10 min away. Location is also a drawback because it can get noisy but that’s not apartment related, it’s something typical of the location, so if you want more peace and quiet then you need to look at a different neighborhood. - Bed itself might be a bit short if you’re tall. I am 186 and it was just at the limit for me, so if you’re taller you might have your feet dangling a bit over the edge. - TV could use a change, the mouse is uncomfortable to use if you want to look at something on Netflix as it requires you to stay under it.

• Jérôme (10/5): Perfect flat & location to discover real Napoli - apartment very convenient & comfortable in the center of « real »Napoli, close to Spanish & Chiara area: shopping on via Toledo, amazing artistic Toledo metro station line1, exiting Lungomare by night, all castles, funiculare to panoramic view, ferries to Capri island, trattoria de Nenella & Gobieto, and a lot of typical lil’shop ! & most of all, Giuseppe is a kind & great host 👌🏻🕶
