• Denise (1/5): - La posizione il primo giorno che siamo arrivate e abbiamo fatto la doccia abbiamo riscontrato problematiche importanti al bagno. Abbiamo trovato il doccino già rotto e ogni volta che facciamo la doccia si allaga il bagno perchè fuorisce acqua dal sifone a pavimento (scarico presente a terra). Abbiamo contattato l'host ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta nè assistenza. Questa problematica ci ha creato enormi disagi dato che non c'era neanche il bidet e il bagno era piccolo.
• Ginna Marcela (4/5): - La ubicación es excelente y tiene una estacion de metro cerca. 1. Nos dieron una hora de check out y luego el mismo dia de la salida la cambiaron a una hora menos. 2. El lugar olia fatal, a pesar de que compramos de nuestro dinero ambientadores, el olor cada vez que entrabamos predominaba era incomodo, olia como a humedad con Polvo como sucio como a viejo, era un olor indescriptible. 3. Las almohadas no tenían forro de plástico protector, se veian bien viejas, las sabanas olian a guardado y se veian también bastante viejas. 4. El desague de la tina para ducharse y del lavamanos estaba tapado no bajaba bien el agua. Se veia super sucio el apartamente, nosotros compramos legia y detergente para lavar de nuevo el baño. 5. Hay valdosas del sueño que etan como sueltas y cuando uno pisa eso suena, la vecina de abajo del apartamento llego a decir que haciamos mucho ruido, pero no se podia en silencio. Le hace falta que le inviertan un poco al apartamento pq tiene muchas cosas remendadas. Aseo fatal, ropa de cama fatal. La verfad deberia costar menor para lo deterioradas que estan las cosas del lugar.

• Juan David (1/5): Pésimo, cucarachas y se va la luz la anfitriona jamás solucionó nada - Pésimo, sucio malas instalaciones cucarachas por todo lado terrible experiencia, y la Sra encargada grosera y mal educada. Todo, muy sucio y malas condiciones la lavadora no se podía usar y jamás me solucionaron

Una estafa, son sucios, pagué por 5 personas y solo tiene para 4 personas, el piso huele a sucio a tabaco, el sofá está roto huele a tabaco parece un sofá recogido, es totalmente nauseabundo. Las estanterías con polvo, sábanas y almohadas con pelo, Los platos sucios con grasa, la ducha rota, los mecanismos rotos que parecían que hacían corto circuito l un total asco. Una mierda, estafa, no cojáis este alojamiento es una mierda. Una estafa, son sucios, pagué por 5 personas y solo tiene para 4 personas, el piso huele a sucio a tabaco, el sofá está roto huele a tabaco parece un sofá recogido, es totalmente nauseabundo. Las estanterías con polvo, sábanas y almohadas con pelo, Los platos sucios con grasa, la ducha rota, los mecanismos rotos que parecían que hacían corto circuito l un total asco. Estafadores, he hecho una reclamación ojalá que booking se haga cargo.. alojamientos de este tipo sin licencia no deberían haber y menos booking permitirlo.

• Houcin (2/5): Désolé mais on vient passer 5 jours à Madrid sans pouvoir se doucher correctement c’est honteux - Désolé mais rien n’est bien dans ce logement Je pense que Booking ou Airbnb qui propose ce genre de logement devrait aller se rendre compte d’eux mêmes car c’est à eux qu’on fait confiance La propreté et la sécurité au niveau installation électrique la douche délabrée et très petite La cuisine sans ustensiles couteaux fourchette… Casserole machine à café le chauffage !! Enfin rien n’est correct c’est honteux

• Neringa (6/5): The apartment is economy class, meets basic needs, and its quality is reasonable with the low price. - Location of apartment very good, it is in the center and metro station is not far away. Internet could be better. Only one from us was able to use Wi-Fi, however another couldn't use it.

• Lukasz (1/5): The worst experience ever!!! - I messaged a day before about my arrival time, than early morning updated it. Although they knew i will be early morning in Madrid and i will be around to access property ASAP, as we agreed before she only replied afetr 3 PM when I got frustrated and left her voice mail. I waited nearly extra hour to access the apartment. She was fully aware of my situation. Lack of communication and respect to customer. Nothing. Seriously if the check in was bad enough the place was even worse. The whole apartment smells cigarette. Above my pillow i found unfinished cigarette. For someone who never smoked is disgusting. I could not sleep or even properly breath there. Only spent as little time as possible. There is no even a bottle opener - basic. Only two glasses dirty and disgusting mind you is 4 pple apartment. Bed shits - i was afraid to sleep on them. It is like a homeless shelter.

• Marton (2/5): good location but very bad communication and unfair change of the aparment. - The only positive thing I can mention is the location as our apartment was in the center and it was not noisy First, they changed the original apartment because, as they said, there were problems with the hot water. Good, but they told me only a few hours earlier our arrive, so we didn thave the opportunity to consider other apartment. But this apartment was different and in a bad condition. For example, the bedroom did not have a window - this is something horribe for me and I would never rent an apartment like this. Second, the bathroom was very stink and it was next to the windowless bedroom, with a hardly working door, so one can imagine the feeling of sleeping with a windowless stinky stuff. But the worst thing was the communication. We hadto wait for more than 30 minutes on the street because no one let us in, despite the checkin time was 3PM and I wrote them several times that we will arrive at 3. I had to call them several times to LET US IN, as we were with three children and it was raining like hell. One can imagine how the feeling was. Of course we had to speak Spanish. The woman with the keys told that she wil come in 3 minutes, but I had to call her again and again. When she finally arrived, did not say "sorry" or anything, just showed us the apartment and left, without saying goodbye. I realized that there is no internet connection, I write them to ask about it, but no answer. Despite we had to wait for the checkin in the rain, the only communication they made was about the check out, saying that I must remeber that the checkout time is 11. This was lie, as they stated on Booking.com that it is 12. I had to send them the screenshot, because they did not believe. And when I send them at 11:50 the screenshot, they did not say that you are right sorry, but they said "OKAY BUT YOU STILL HAVE ONLY 10 MINUTES!" Would never recommend these people to anybody. You can check that I almost always wrote very positive reviews and I travelled 100+ times in the last years, with 10+ different apartments in Madrid, and was always satisfied.
• Zernike-darrington (10/5): Extremely happy with this hotel and would definitely come again - The property was everything we were after. The advertisement aligned perfectly with the place and the staff were lovely. Nothing.

• Ondrej (8/5): Very good - Very good location, good for groups up to 6 people and if you plan to spend most of the time outside. Instructions how to obtain keys were a bit unclear, there is no address on booking, you have to contact the owner (the number on booking is actually number of nearby hotel where you can obtain the keys, however nothing about it is written anywhere - calling this number was unsuccessful, the number was switched off). They replied with the address details and instructions after contacting them twice after 2 days and then the owner sent the message via booking in the morning of arrival with other numbers and instructions, the lady on the phone was really nice despite my bad Spanish and finally sent someone from this hotel downstairs with the keys. The whole communication was in Spanish, they do not speak English so this might be a problem for someone. The toilet area is really small, taller people have a problem to use it, one of the bathroom door could not be closed properly.
