Important Information
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

- Kerry (7/5): - Very spacious with everything we needed for a large group of families with children aged 1-8. The garden is safe and secure for children and dogs The whole place needs a deep clean and some maintenance. Only 2 jets working in the spa
- Thomas (9/5): Very nice and large enough for a big group celebration. Plenty to do and will definitely visit again - The playground, trampoline and toys for the little kids, the spa and pool table for the adults. Overall it was nice, the greenery where entrance into the kitchen should be replaced. It was quite muddy and damp, when walking into the kitchen, it was hard not to bring the mud in.
- Sarah (6/5): Perfect spot for our family to be together but not clean and rundown. - The property was wonderful for our large group. Plenty of room and had everything we needed. Loved the spa, trampoline and pool table for family fun. The BBQ was great too. Unfortunately it was not clean. Rubbish scattered in the backyard, food scraps scattered throughout the property, dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty surfaces throughout. We ended up cleaning the house ourselves throughout when we arrived to feel comfortable. The garden was full of weeds and lawns very long. The furniture was very tired. Very disappointing.
- Jenny (8/5): Very good - Spa, bedrooms, facilities Little underwhelmed by the cleanliness, and is a bit tired. When paying extra for linen I expect top and bottom sheets on all the requested beds.
- Justin (9/5): it was a wonderful stay really was a beautiful house i’ll definitely like to come back and stay again if felt like a hom - It’s a beautiful house spacious too good location wonderful views of the sunrise nice peaceful neighbourhood not to far from the beach The cleanliness the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly there was bath mats still left in the washing machine that stunk the bulb in the toilet wasn’t working had to change it myself the caulk marks on the roof where the pool table is there were cutlery left in the dishwasher

- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Great house with lots of room for a big group. Very very family friendly and the kids loved the toys and facilities available. Bed linen and towels needed to be ordered separately with additional charge. The overall price was relatively low, so it didn't dent the budget, but it was a but more nuisance.

- Vivin (1/5): Not happy and feel very uncomfortable. - Just the location Not Clean, lots of spiders and insects, outdated furnitures, no bed sheet provided except if you pay for it, sticky floor, no hot water, no comfy bed, nothing like the review.
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good - Everything was pretty good. Location was great- close to everything. Our bad luck the jacuzzi didn’t work at the time. Every one had a great time. Lots of things to keep the kids entertained. Great place to stay. Would go there again definitely.

We had four children in the group aging 2-10 and the play equipment, spa and toys in the house were fantastic. Great for our group of 14. The only thing was a few of the bed mattresses need replacing - most were on but a few were hard and/or thin

House was very clean and had everything we needed for our family holiday, very pleased and would def come back again. Play equipment out the back was a bit of a mess and some of it needed repairs, we could not find a broom and the tv in the living area did not seem to be working.
