(1) Utensilios de cocina sucios, (2) cafetera inutilizable por la suciedad acumulada, (3) ducha sucia, (4) materiales de construccion debajo de las camas y en armarios, (5) apliques de enchufes sin poner (6) sin toalleros en cuarto de baño. COLCHONES: blandos y muy incomodos RUIDO: imposible dormir. Es primera planta. Está en el centro de la actividad nocturna del puerto y sobre la calle principal. NO TIENE AIRE ACONDICINADO asi que o cierras ventanas y mueres de calor por las noches o estas algo fresco ventanas abiertas pero SIN PEGAR OJO (Tú elijes). ES IMPRESCINDIBLE poner AIRE ACONDICIONADO. ADEMAS, ES OBLIGATORIO EN APARTAMENTOS TURISTICOS. APARCAMIENTO. el anuncio indica "GRATIS en las instalaciones" pero es FALSO!!! el unico aparcamiento gratis es en la calle y siendo en pleno puerto deportivo es IMPOSIBLE APARCAR en verano.
• lema (6/5): Ubicación muy buena - La ubicación es lo que más me gustó del apartamento. Rodeado de restaurantes y comercios, en pleno puerto, muy cercano a la playa. La cocina es muy amplia y unida al salón. Ubicación a pesar de estar en un sitio de restaurantes es muy tranquila, porque el apartamento da a un pequeño parque y puedes encontrar aparcamiento fácilmente. En primer lugar tuvimos que esperar al anfitrión casi una hora para la entrega de las llaves. Nada más entrar nos dimos cuenta que no había ascensor, están haciendo obras. No es algo del apartamento en sí pero nos limitaba un poco el acceso a él, sobre todo porque llevamos niños pequeños con carrito, aunque es una primera planta. El apartamento da sensación de amplitud nada más entrar por la cocina que se ve que es nueva unida al salón, pero al poco de estar allí vimos que no está muy limpio y faltaban algunas cosas como ollas para cocinar(sólo había una sartén pequeña), tijeras de cocina, tienen cafetera de cápsulas, pero no dimos con las cápsulas que eran así que no la hemos podido poner, y sobre todo echamos en falta algo para lavar los platos y gel o champú en la ducha. Por cierto, la ducha es muy pequeña y echa un chorro de agua muy pequeño. No funcionaba el internet ni la televisión. Los tendederos son muy muy pequeños, éramos 5 y no cabían ni nuestras toallas.

The location was excellent—close to all the amenities and just a short walk to the beach. The host Dean was very friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect spot. Apartment had everything you needed and was spotless.

• Hannah (10/5): A beautiful family get together abroad in a wonderful apartment in an excellent location. - It was spotlessly clean, very modern, very spacious. The location is so so good, right beside Duquesa Port with everything on our doorstep! Can’t fault it.
• David (9/5): Perfect for our needs. Two days of golf and two nights out and about in the port. Could have stayed longer. - Location location location. Always somewhere to park. At least 10 restaurants and bars in walking distance. Great atmosphere around the port. Max 10 minutes to 4 golf courses.

• Tess (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location - bars and restaurants within metres. Beach within 100m. Perfect location. Only one flight of stairs but there is a lift. Washing machine a bonus. Shower very cramped. No wifi working. No hand gel - container empty - these aren’t deal breakers. Great spot.

• Samuel (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate. Recently refurbished so very modern interior. Dean was absolutely brilliant - our hire car broke down on the way to duquesa. He met me at the apartment, and then drove my daughter and I to pick up my girlfriend and all of our stuff. He kept in regular contact throughout the stay to make sure everything was all good. Would recommend staying here to anybody who’s looking.

• Ellie (10/5): Light and spacious apartment in great location - Lovely spacious apartment just around the corner from the marina. Nice balcony overlooking a park. Lovely comfy bed with spotlessly clean linen , large kitchen with all the basics and a washing machine . We used the handy drying racks on the balcony. It was fine at this time of year but as others have said there is no air con so it would benefit from either ceiling fans or a simple pedestal fan. Dean was extremely nice, he met us on our arrival so he could show us the apartment which was a nice touch when we’re normally greeted by a key in a lock box ! He also gave us some great recommendations for local places to go and eat. Thoroughly recommend . Nothing.
