• Consolacion (9/5): - La casa es muy agradable y el barrio. El dueño nos recibió super atento, con muchos detalles y estuvo pendiente de todas las cosas que podíamos necesitar. También nos proporcionó un taxi para el aeropuerto Todo bien pero por decir algo, las duchas un poco pequeñas y las mosquiteras no funcionaban en algunas ventanas.

Espectacular la atención de Gabrielle, excelente disposición, nos ayudó a resolver cada pequeño detalle, muy atento a todo. Nos solucionó la vuelta al aeropuerto con alguien de su confianza. Impecable todo. Las habitaciones super grandes, dos baños cómodos, super bien equipado el apartamento.

• Mara (9/5): Appartamento splendido! Ottima esperienza! - L’host è stato estremamente disponibile, professionale e attendo alle nostre esigenze. La struttura era davvero molto accogliente e confortevole; soprattutto c’è da sottolineare la posizione perfetta e strategica sia per visitare la città (a piedi o tramite i mezzi) sia per colazioni e cene. Un piccolo consiglio costruttivo: punterei su una pulizia e manutenzione del bagno più accurati poiché abbiamo trovato un po’ di sporco e un porta sapone da doccia rotto.

• Ombretta (8/5): Très beau séjour à Rome. Le confort d’un appartement simple, mais confortable. - En tout premier l’accueil de Gabriele. Le propriétaire nous a reçu très chaleureusement, a pris de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien, avec de petites attentions fort sympathiques.Très agréable. À quelques pas du Vatican et du métro pour rejoindre le centre, l’appartement est au calme. Bien que pas très grand, le style vintage plutôt soigné rend cet appartement sympathique. Un soin plus grand dans la propreté de la vaisselle et des douches ( joints un peu fatigués et calcaire dans les casseroles, verres à vin en plastique)rendrait le tout parfait, mais ce sont des détails .

Deux très grandes chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain, salon, cuisine avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Bien situé proche d'une station de métro, de restaurants et de supermarchés, nous avons vraiment apprécié l' appartement et l accueil attentionné de notre hôte. Rien

W lodówce czekał na nas miły upominek - coś dla spragnionych 😁. Dodatkowo bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Byłam tam z moimi rodzicami ( którzy są w wieku 70 lat) i przejście od przystanku autobusowego (autobus Terravision z lotniska Flamucino) zajęło nam 20 minut. POLECAM 😉

• Annukka (9/5): Relaxing and well functioning homebase next to the Vatican. - The photos are really good and realistic, the place is bright and functional with the lovely little sunny terrace. Everything a tourist needs is close by. The apartment is well equipped and the owner Gabriele is lovely and heartfelt, made us feel safe and at home! The other bathroom is a little run down compared to the rest of the apartment. Everything functions though, so no big deal.

The accommodation was clean and had all the amenities. NB. We were a family of 2 Adults & 2 teen kids.

Veľmi dobré riešenie ubytovania pre 2 páry,izby majú vlastné kúpeľne. Strávili sme tu 3 noci a nechýbalo nám nič. Určite odporúčam.

• Vera (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf! Echte aanrader! - Onze verwachting heeft alles overtroffen. Wat een super verblijf. De gastheer heeft er alles aan gedaan om er een perfect verblijf van te maken. Schoon alles aanwezig, van wasmachine, strijkijzer, tostiijzer, koffie, thee, toiletpapier, handdoeken, informatie, tot een fles wijn, water, en bier in de koelkast enz. Beide kamers voorzien van eigen douche met toilet, grote tv, zeepjes, shampoo, kledinghangers, airco, kluis. Ligging perfect. Dichtbij Vaticaanstad. Een echte aanrader! Komen zeker nog een keer terug! 1 klein puntje om rekening mee te houden. In gebouw is een lift aanwezig. Deze gaat tot de 5de verdieping. Verblijf bevindt zich op de 6de verdieping. Om bij de lift te komen moet je een paar wat hogere treden op en vanaf 5de verdieping ook verschillende treden. Belangrijk dat je nog wel enigszins mobiel bent om de treden te beklimmen.

• Nikola (10/5): Perfect and would definitely stay again when in Rome. - This property was perfect for us! Everything we needed on arrival and lovely little extras. The property was immaculate with soap, shampoo, towels etc. and the host Gabriele most accommodating. He met us on arrival, arranged transfers, showed us around, provided us with a map, information on where to eat and the metro. Had the best sleep in a long time with being on the edge of the city the apartment was so quiet with only a short walk to the metro and within mins of all the major sights. N/A

Gabrielle ensured we had everything we needed from a few cold beers, water to washing powder even basic cooking ingredients. Very friendly and informative even providing a great map of Rome. • Andreea (10/5): Amazing stay in Rome 🤍 - The apartment is very stylish. Both bedrooms have air conditioning which is a must in Rome. The host was really helpful with advice and guidance on how to use the metro and enjoy the city. The apartment is very close to the Vatican and only 2-3 metro stations away from whatever you want to see in Rome. There are a lot of good restaurants the neighborhood.

• Wendy (10/5): Don’t look any further. This is the PERFECT place to stay in Rome. - EXCELLENT PROPERTY!!! Perfect location to the Vatican and to the Metro. You’re only a few minutes from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & more. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE. Our host Gabriele was fantastic. He arranged transport from and to the airport, provided a list of local restaurants and made us each an espresso. I highly recommend staying here!! Everything was perfect.
• Wood (10/5): Wonderful choice - Everything was as described. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. The apartment is situated between two courtyards and was quiet. Gabriele was an exceptional host. He helped us procure a wheelchair rental for my mother and scheduled our taxi for the airport. The apartment was stocked with coffee, tea, beer, wine and plenty of water. The Ottaviano metro stop is within a block and a walk to Vatican city was 10 minutes. The Luma bistro on the opposite corner of the apartment building had a wonderful staff and was our daily breakfast stop. A wonderful location with a wonderful host.

Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were perfect, the kitchen was more than expected stocked with treats/gifts. Loads of nice restaurants within minutes. . Gabriele was extremely helpful in sorting out transfers to and from the airport, met us on arrival and gave us lots of great advice. Couldn't ask for more. Nothing.

It is in walking distance to the metro station Ottaviano, in a perfect location for both visting the city and the main attractions in Rome (Vatican is close by as well), but also in a very organized area and quiet to enjoy your privacy. The place looks exactly like in the pictures, and in person we liked it even more. Very clean, beautiful inviting design and very aesthetic. I've been to Rome before, but this place is by far my favorite one. Thank you to the owner, for all help, tips and welcome. Highly recommend this place!

The location was amazing, 5 minutes walking form the vatican museums and the San Pietro Cathedral. Gabriele is an amazing host and went out of his way to help us with anything we needed. For a family (we lived 4 persons, with parents) or 2 couples it is perfect especially because of 2 separate bathrooms which you enter from bedrooms, so you feel really comfort and private. The location is perfect, Vatican is just 3-5 minutes of walk. Metro station is just around the corner. The host Gabriele is super nice, he gave us some recommendations and was very supportive and stayed in touch if we had any questions.
