• Lesley (10/5): Perfect place to enjoy Jerez in style! - Large, stylish apartment in a peaceful, private building just ten minutes walk from the centre. Beautifully furnished with lots of original features because it is a real home not just a tourist apartment. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious shower. During a week of unusually cold January weather, the heating kept us cosy. The hosts were attentive, responded immediately to any query and couldn't do more. Throroughly recommended Nothing to improve on

• Heather (9/5): I would recommend this location for anyone visiting Jerez. It was close to the town centre, shopping, restaurants, etc - Beautiful apartment. Well appointed and very warm. We felt comfortable immediately.

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y cuidado, con detalles que hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo lo necesario y al mismo tiempo tranquila para descansar. El apartamento es cómodo, luminoso y muy bien equipado, no le falta absolutamente nada. Además, el anfitrión fue encantador, siempre disponible y atento a cualquier consulta. No puedo decir que hubo algo que no me gustara, porque realmente todo fue perfecto. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendamos al 100%

• Ginny (7/5): Wonderful Jerez . - Location was fairly well placed for seeing the sights . The apartment was spacious, tasteful and well furnished . The bathroom was very nice and modern. We thought that it represented good value for money . We appreciated the suggestions and information from our host , Eva . The bed was too small and extremely hard , it would have benefited from a good quality mattress topper . There were no instructions for controlling the AC , or using the coffee machine . The road outside was noisy at times although the double glazing windows helped with that . We found the online booking - in process quite difficult and stressful , it would be helpful if it could be simplified .

• Hernandez Casares (10/5): - Todo en general estuvo perfecto, el apartamento era muy bonito, equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicación está a 5 minutos del centro andando, además con el aparcamiento privado puedes hacer uso del coche cuando quieras, he visto otras reseñas que dicen que la plaza es muy justa pero en mi caso no tuve ningún problema para meter el coche. El personal muy atento a cada cosa que hemos necesitado, nos han recomendado sitios y siempre son muy amables. En definitiva un sitio en el que si volvemos a Jerez intentaremos repetir.

• Maria Felisa (7/5): - El apartamento está limpio y decorado con mucho gusto y con varios detalles que son de agradecer. La anfitriona es atenta e intenta atender de la mejor forma a sus huéspedes La plaza del parking es horrible, tuve que bajar 2 plantas en un garaje estrechísimo y cuando llegué a la plaza que es (que no viene bien indicado de dónde está) no pude aparcar el coche de lo enana que es la plaza, ya que hace cuña a mitad. Mi coche es un Opel Insignia, que es grande, pero un turismo largo no cabría. Todo ello nos supuso un gasto adicional, puesto que los aparcamientos de alrededor de la zona son línea azul, es económico (1’85€ aproximadamente dos horas), pero ya supone la pérdida de tiempo de buscar aparcamiento, más el gasto y estar pendiente de la hora para pagar el aparcamiento. Por otro lado, a pesar de estar en un primero, los 25 escalones aproximadamente que hay para subir son complicados, puesto que el edificio es antiguo y los escalones son muy altos.
• Florencia (4/5): - Lo cómodo y la situacion Las aperturas de las puertas. El jueves no pude abrir el portal a las tes de la mañana y el viernes tampoco a las cuatro de las mañana. Me creo mucha inseguridad. El garaje fatal, tuve q aparcar el de pago. No podía entrar mi coche.

• Maria Rafaela (9/5): Recomendable - Espacio cómodo para dos personas como fue mi caso. Estaba bien equipado y limpio. La ubicación también era bastante conveniente cerca de la estación del tren y del centro. Creo que no tengo quejas. No necesité el parking, así que no puedo opinar.
• Aday (5/5): No repetiría. - La localización y la posibilidad de tener aparcamiento incluído. La amabilidad del personal. Hemos tenido ruidos con los vecinos hasta la madrugada y era imposible dormir. Tuvimos una avería en la luz, perdimos todo lo que teníamos en la nevera, dulces que nos queríamos traer a casa y todo. Tuvimos que perder bastante tiempo, además de tener que pagarnos una cena y un desayuno, tirar sin internet, televisión lavadora, lavavajillas, etc. La propiedad con total amabilidad se ofreció a pagarnos el desayuno una vez lo habíamos tomado, pero desde nuestro punto de vista esos 10 euros no compensan la molestia causada.

• Flyingwatty (9/5): An enjoyable short break. - The apartment is 6 minutes from Jerez railway station and no more than 10 minutes from the market (a must visit experience especially on a Friday for the amazing choice fish and shellfish. Very stylishly furnished apartment. The weather- it very,very unusually rained heavily whilst there. Not the fault of EvaRecommends. Good job we had come with wet weather kit for earlier in the holiday.
• Deanna (10/5): Wonderful communication from host, fabulous location, super clean and elegant. highly recommend! - Beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, close to public transport and interesting venues nearby. The communication with the host was excellent via WhatsApp and the key code for the building and the apartment worked well every time. Highly recommend this apartment.
• Elizabeth (8/5): Very good - The apartment was in a great location , 5 mins walk to the bus/train station, and 10 mins walk to the old town. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars .
• Eric (10/5): Spacious flat a short walk from the centre - Information provided well in advance with online check in and entry instructions easy to follow. The flat was extremely spacious and relaxing. Many such apartments are decked with Ikea furniture (nothing wrong with that but this place has a sense of style and uniqueness from the pottery to the pictures decorating the high ceilings.

• Lucia (9/5): Superb - Beautiful flat, very spacious, had everything we needed, comfortable and nicely decorated, received information about Jerez before arriving, cheap parking nearby when booked properly (if you don't want to use parking of the flat), quiet We lost water during our stay. Later we found out it was the whole neighbourhood, not just our flat, but before we did, we called the help desk and got attended by what seemed a very young girl who did not seem to have much experience in handling problems. She seemed to be reading things from a script and did not give much confidence in resolving any kind of issues. Our problem did not have a solution, but in any other situation, when the host could have helped, she did not seen resourceful.

• Kthompson73 (10/5): Perfect Apartment in an excellent location. Thoroughly recommend - The apartment was exceptional. Very tastefully decorated. Everyting we would need in an apartment. The location was excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes walk from a variety of bars and restaurants. I can honestly say that this was the best apartment we have stayed in. Although I had reserached places to eat drink and chill, Eva also provided a list of very suitable places to unwind in. We would definitley return to this apartment. Thoroughly recomended. Not so much intended as a negative comment but just a mention. The apartment we were in, faced to the road which was busy at times and noisy. However the balcony doors were so effective in cutting out the noise that this did not have a detrimental effect on our visit.
• Joannes (8/5): Very good - Spacious, quiet apartment at a good location, 6 minutes walk to city center. Checking in procedure. It is against Spanish law for hotels or apartments to ask for passport photos through internet without good reason and it is against the law of my country to send them or have them copied. Registration is NOT allowed with photos or passport copies through internet.

• Adam (9/5): Lovely and easy to get around. - Lovely apartment, quiet yet a short walk from the center of Jerez. Good size bedroom and living room with ice touches such as the artwork. Check-in process was a little hardwork.

• Mark (9/5): Spacious yet cosy apartment - A very comfortable and cosy flat yet also spacious. Well located - only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Eva was extremely helpful and very responsive. We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this apartment and would use it again. The allocated car park space is extremely tight. We are town dwellers, well accustomed to reverse parking but this was a challenge! There is, though, on street free parking about 10 minutes away near the bullring.
• Paul (10/5): Fantastic break in Jerez. - The standard of the apartment is exceptional. The location is great for exploring Jerez on foot. Very close to some excellent Bodegas. There was nothing to dislike.
