• Nora (6/5): Wenn Provisorien einem nichts ausmachen, ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverältnis. - Die Lage war klasse, zentrumsnah aber ruhig! Der Gastgeber war in seiner Kommunikation sehr nett, schnell und angenehm! Die Größe des Apartment war wunderbar! Vieles war Improvisiert und nicht in Gänze funktionsfähig, so zum Bsp. der Lichtschalter im fensterlosen Klo. Der Gastgeber antwortete sofort, dass eine grundsätzliche Funktionsfähigkeit gegeben sei, man müsse nur ein wenig wackeln...bisweilen hatte man Glück, ansonsten Handytaschenlampe benutzt. Die Türklinke der Wohnungstür fiel bei Nutzung ab und war offensichtlich schon mehrfach wirkungslos wieder provisorisch angeschraubt worden. Die Verkleidung der Duschwanne fiel ab, die Glastür zur Dusche war so angebracht (ohne Stopper), dass man sie leicht in das kleinste Badewimmerwaschbecken, das wir jemals benutzt haben, hätte rammen und somit zerbrechen können. Die Küche war groß und sauber, allerdings nur sehr sparsam eingerichtet! Es gab keine Nachttische und somit auch keine Nachttischlampen. Das Problematischste: Das Geländer auf dem hinteren Balkon, angrenzend an den gemeinsamen Schlafraum, war in nicht mehr sicher, schien nicht aus Metall zu sein und hielt nur minimalem Anlehnen stand. Hier war absolute Vorsicht geboten!

• Irina (8/5): Аппартамент неплохой, но есть нюансы. - Большая просторная гостинная. На кухне можно с легкостью готовить, так как есть все, в том числе плита и микроаолновка. На соседней улице Aldi, т.е проблем купить продукты нет. Расположение в центре города . 1.подниматься на 2 этаж по узкой крутой лестнице. Если вы с чемоданом, то это сложно. 2.плохо прикручена ручка на двери, все время отпадает. Хозяин также должен обрвтить внимание на плохо работающие выключатели и краны в туалете и в ванной. 3.парковку оплатить с помощью sms - не понятно совсем! Правльный совет - пройтм по этой же стороне улицы немногл назад, там черный столбик с P, там опл карточкой . Мне пришлось обойти весь квартал , пока нашла как оплатить парковку для машины. 4.совсем нет вешалок для одежды, а также крючков для полотенец в ванной. 5.матрас на кровати продавленый 6.детскую 2- этажную кровать чем-то прикрывать, если аппартамент занимают двое взрослых, неприятно смотреть на матрас в желтых разводах.

• flepp4ever (10/5): Appartement super cosy pour passer un beau week-end à Ostende - Très bel appartement au 2e étage avec un généreux espace de vie, une cuisine ultra équipée, une belle chambre à coucher, idéalement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et une salle de bains avec WC séparé. On peut garer la voiture gratuitement à 5-10 minutes à pied.
• Fernando (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur wenige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade und der Haupteinkaufsstraße entfernt. Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür zum Be- und entladen des Autos vorhanden. Maximale Parkzeit dort nur 4h. Nur 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernt ist ein großer Parkplatz, auf dem das Auto durchgehend für 1,10 Euro pro Tag stehen kann. Die Ausstattung der Toilette und des Badezimmers könnte besser sein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt hat es jedoch gereicht.

Por la noche se escuchaba de forma continua un ruido de las tuberías. Hacía frío en la casa, escribimos al anfitrión y nos llamó enseguida, pero el termostato no sabíamos activarlo. Un sms "accusateur" à propos d'un sèche cheveux alors qu'aucun état des lieux n'a été fait à notre arrivé mais bien à la sortie visiblement, sans nous.
• papadopoulos (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Les équipements, la taille du logement, sa situation. L'hôte était réactif. Il manque un rideau. On entend beaucoup l'extérieur. La chaudière qui est situé près du lit de l'autre côté du mur a beaucoup claqué pendant la nuit, j'imagine à cause de la dilatation. Cela m'a réveillé plusieurs reprises.

• D'Angelis (7/5): - L'espace, l'emplacement, dans l'ensemble propre. Les meubles, les commodités ok. Problèmes au niveau des éviers, dans les toilettes le robinet devrait être remplacé (il goutte) et pas d'essuis pour les mains à disposition. Dans la salle de bien, l'évier est beaucoup trop petit, de plus quand on lave ses dents cela sent les égouts.

• Helena (9/5): Ruim appartement op loopafstand van het station en het strand. - De locatie en de voorzieningen in het appartement zijn uitstekend. Er is een goed geoutilleerde keuken, zodat je ook evt zelf kan koken. Het appartement bevindt zich in het centrum, op loopafstand van het station, het strand en de winkels. Ook ideaal om vandaaruit een uitstapje naar Brugge of Gent te maken. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep via Booking en er werd snel gereageerd. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
• Danica (5/5): Poloha výborná, ale upratovací personál mal asi voľno - Poloha bola skvelá. Výborne vybavená kuchyňa a pekné zariadenie. Sušič na vlasy. Jednoduchý check-in. Podlaha bola špinavá. Všade bol piesok (na podlahe, na gauči a v gauči, v sprche, pod protišmykovou podložkou). Posteľná bielizeň zvláštne zapáchala, akoby bola skladovaná vo vlhkom prostredí. Umývadlo v kúpeľni bolo také malé, až bolo takmer nepoužiteľné. Dali sa tam umyť len ruky, ale tvár nie. Inštrukcie od ubytovania o check-ine a check-oute prišli len v holandčine. Online prekladače samozrejme použivať vieme, ale angličtina by určite potešila. Na toalete chýbala krytka vypínača svetla a necítila som sa pri zasvecovaní a zhasínaní bezpečne. V celom apartmáne bolo veľa komárov. Všetci sme mali už po prvej noci štípance a nemohli sme kvoli nim spať.
