Additionally, the area was well-maintained, neat and tidy. It is not worth mentioning. I would come back to this flat if it is available and I happen to return to Murcia with my family.

• Lanzalady (7/5): It was good but could have been so much better. - The location of the apartment was excellent for access to the historic district of town. It was secure and relatively quiet. There was no information in the apartment about the normal things that people need to know about - such as the WiFi code, how the air-con/heating works, emergency phone numbers, and other general information about the apartment and the surrounding area. A laminated sheet of this information is generally supplied in holiday rental properties and should not need to be requested by phone after the check-in has been concluded! Each of the two single beds in the front bedroom had a fitted undersheet and a top sheet with a duvet placed on the top. There were no covers on any of the duvets and the top sheet on one of the beds, hardly reached the full width of the bed as it seemed to be a sheet belonging to the smaller single beds that were located in the other two bedrooms. The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable, hard and too high. A choice of some normal softer, fibrefill pillows would be a good option. The white towels were stained with a previous occupant's black eye makeup and were more grey than white. The kitchen equipment was a jumble of odd plates and dishes and worn pans. There was nothing to make hot drinks in - no teapot, coffee-pot or heat-resistant jug but we were pleased to find a kettle. The apartment has three bedrooms with a total of 6 beds but there was only one 3-seater sofa, a dining table, and four chairs in the living room. Another sofa would make the room comfortable and less like a dentist's waiting room and ensure that all occupants of the apartment could comfortably sit down at the same time. A chair or two in each bedroom would also be helpful. A few pictures on the walls would also be attractive additions to the plain white walls. Please note that these are general comments and did not spoil the enjoyment of our stay.
