• Maeva (8/5): très sympa !! on a adoré - la maison était top, bien équipée et très spacieuse lave vaisselle inutilisable et personne n’est venu le réparer malgré avoir contacté l’hôte

(Owner does not reinvest into the property) - Location So many issues: No hot water for all 5 days of our stay Electric kept tripping off Gym was not usable, so damp and smelly Check in was 4pm couldn’t get in until 7pm Only 3 sun beds (it was booked for 6) No sun bed mattresses, laid on solid plastic Step into Gym broken Not enough bath towels Patio door would not close, not secure and falling off the hinges. Only 4 coffee cups (they were mugs from a petrol station) No wine glasses Towel rail in bathroom fallen off the wall Kettle did not work properly No tea towels to dry pots or glasses We had to clean BBQ before use

• Grant (8/5): The place was too far from Palma city and we had to rely on our car to get anywhere. - Met by local agent at house Both of the showers sprayed water everywhere around the shower which was very messy. Also the en-suite shower leaked water into the laundry directly underneath which flooded the laundry floor.
• Pamela (6/5): Disappointing - Large sitting room, adequately fitted kitchen , sunny poolside area. Reasonable location in relation to transport into Palma. Bedding poor quality. Uncomfortable beds, poor design of bathrooms that flooded when showers were used. No cushions for sunbeds and no parasol in pool area Shabby and in need of a deep clean and modernization throughout. Very limited information provided regarding operating aspects of the Villa , eg power, fire, alarm etc. All remotes for tv's and a/c units were sealed and unusable rendering the equipment out of order. Despite requesting assistance from contact , it wasn't very helpful..
• Riccardo (8/5): Lovely villa with amazing pool from where you can access Palma easily and be away from the tourists - All in all, we had a great time staying in Palma at Villa Laura. We loved the pool, the fact that there were many sun loungers, and loved not being in the touristy part of the city. We were able to walk out every morning and buy fresh pastries or sit and eat breakfast (tostada or croissants) with the locals, who were all so friendly and helpful with our basic Spanish... It was a short walk to the tram from where you could get into Palma really quickly. We were met at the property and got quick responses via WhatsApp to questions. Very friendly service. There were only minor issues like not being able to lock the front gate, the electric cutting out a couple of times (but were used to that as we stay in villas in Italy regularly)... the house could do with some modernisation. All in all though we had a great stay and did not want to come home.

• Vlad (9/5): Good but can get better with small investment. - Good location to reach multiple attractions, close to the airport. Nice garden and clean pool, glass terrace. Kitchen well equipped, laundry too. Smell from the basement aka gym. Is a wet smell, got rid of it after 2-3 days by keeping some windows open and never opening the base door. Basement in desperate need for an air shaft. Doors are noisy, furniture seen better days. Windows needs a revision, most of them. Changes will improve interior dramatically.
• Parrish (10/5): Must stay! - Property is very large, very clean, brilliant facilities. A home from home. Not far from Palma centre. Train station which takes you straight into Palma centre less than 10min walk away. Taxis are relatively cheep and large supermarket a short walk away. Pedro who manages the property was a great help and easily contactable. Getting a taxi from the villa on Sunday is a little difficult but can be done. Trains still run. (this is not a complaint regarding the villa there was nothing we didn’t like) just mentioning this so other guests are aware.
