• Natalia (9/5): A very nice house for a family, it has 2 bedrooms and one enormous hall combined with a kitchen. The breakfast was nice. - Magnificent house, very light and spacious with a splendid panoramic view exactly the same as on photos. Tasty breakfast. The only uncomfortable thing was that there are only 4 comfortable sleeping places for adults (2 double beds). There are 3 more places but I think they suit more for children. A sofa is short and 2 folding beds are too hard and a little short for a normal adult.

• ASEM (10/5): Very beautiful place, highly recommend. - The owner was very helpful and he gave us free upgrade for beter cabin. It was very great and has beautiful view and very clean and cozy. Has a floor heating system which is very comfortable and warm. The road is a little bit muddy, and it is uphill so it is a little rough. But not that difficult.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem również po angielsku. Łatwe umówienie na check in i check out. Nieprzyjemny zapach z łazienki podczas naszego pobytu. Było trochę chłodno wieczorem, ale jest elektryczny grzejniczek. Drobne problemy z elektrycznością. Podczas włączenia ogrzewania klimatyzacją gasło światło:) może uda się to naprawić.

• Ghala (10/5): A perfect and comfortable stay - ‏A beautiful place with a wonderful view. Everything needed was available, including a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed barbecuing in the garden and the view of the green mountains. The house was clean, and the furniture was tidy and beautiful. I wished I could have stayed for more days. In addition, the host was very respectful and responsive to any questions or needs we had only one point to mention not a flaw in the house itself, but since I had elderly people with me, the location of the bathroom downstairs made it a bit difficult for them to go down late at night. I wish there had been a bathroom on the upper floor

The apartment was warm, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts needed for a mountain getaway. The views of the surrounding peaks were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location was very peaceful & cozy. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and the entire experience pleasant. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking to unwind in nature with style and comfort. • Valeria (7/5): There are probably better choices - Communication with the host was easy. The location is great, at least for our taste. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Heating works great! The fact that there is no self check-in option. That somehow makes you feel pressured to get to a certain time at the accommodation so that you don't disturb the hosts, if you arrive too late at night. And you constantly need to update the host where you are and how long you will be until you get to the property. So that is not convenient for the way we travel. But, I guess it depends on each and everyone's style of travelling, if this is a negative thing. The accommodation was advertised with an extra gift, which the host forgot to leave in the room and we had to ask, which put us in a rather embarrassing situation. He did bring it to us the following morning. However, we think it's only fair that if you advertise something for a certain price, you stick to that. The property didn't look as good as in the pictures. It is quite worn out. We rented the place for 2 people, but the house comes with 2 bedrooms. And both were open. One didn't have the bedding changed and there was a smell in the room and in the entire house. We felt it when we first entered the house, like someone had slept there and woke up not long before we came in. So we definitely did not like the smell in the house and that put us off a lot. We had to open all windows to try and get fresh air and it took a while for the smell to fade. It was also late and we really wanted to go to sleep. So not very convenient. We don't think we would be returning to this property, if ever in the area.

I highly recommend it for anyone looking to disconnect. Javid was incredibly helpful and always ensured everything was perfect. I would definitely return!

• Medha (5/5): Nice property but located in the middle of nowhere and bad attitude of host - The house itself was very nice and cozy. I loved the size of the property with the massive garden, outdoor seating, the views of the mountains were beautiful and the large window from the bedroom upstairs offered great views too. The floor was heated in the bathrooms too, which was wonderful. The room was extremely clean and well decorated for Christmas. The location as well as the interaction with the host. There are absolutely no grocery stores or restaurants anywhere close by which means that you must be well stocked before you check in to the property. The host does give the option to order in food through them but the quality of the food (we had a pizza) is horrid. What I disliked the most about my experience was that when making the booking, it was clearly mentioned that the property accepts credit card payments but in reality, the host insisted on accepting only cash. We were not prepared for this and we didn't have enough cash, so he threatened to cancel our booking and not let us stay in the house if we didn't somehow magically produce cash to pay him ! We really pleaded and argued but nothing worked - he forced us to, at 6.30 pm, take a car, go to the ATM and withdraw cash or we would be out on the roads in the middle of nowhere. The attitude of the host was not appreciated at all.

I have waited for almost an hour to get the room keys. I have ordered Chicken kabab in advance. However, it took a lot of time to deliver it by the staffs. On top of that the food was extremely pathetic, cooked from very old stock material and we have trashed the food completely. The rent was exorbitantly high. Since the location is very remote and it was late at night, I didn't had any other option apart from paying the amount.

He greeted us and recommended a great traditional place to eat. The house is relatively newly built/refurbished and has a great view of the mountains. The pictures shown in the description are of the house. The house is a bit off-road but nothing that a car cannot manage. It is safe and gated property. We would stay here again. nothing

Unfortunately, there are no supermarkets or shops nearby, limiting options for supplies. However, the surroundings offer a peaceful retreat if you're looking to escape the hustle and bustle.

• Muhammad (6/5): Pleasant - Size of the chalet is good, with almost all the facilities. Its just too far away from the center point, it was point black dark. The chalet is in the middle of no where. Wifi is non existence. Maybe good for families thinking of enjoying Bbq etc.
• Fanacool (10/5): Staying in Mountains - Everything in the house was up to the mark rather above than the expectation. From the cleanliness to amenities all were pretty awesome. So quiet and relaxing but you should be used to living in such a quiet and alone place. The room size, design of the house is quite good enough for a large family to stay. The air-conditioning should be provided in both bedrooms, as people living in modern cities like to have AC in the bedroom. You have to turn on the AC in the hall and keep the bedroom doors open in order to have enough cooling.

There are herds of sheeps and goats around the house all day which gives very exciting experience. Host Javed is a top man with very supportive attitude . The house has backup power also. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The property and the amenities is well maintained and is well equipped. Check in check out was smooth. The upstairs room was simply great.
• Mohamed (9/5): Fascinating mountain stay with incredible views. Worth spending on this. - The hotel truly lived up to its name by offering an authentic mountain stay experience. The location was beautiful, and the architecture and layout of the building and open yard were amazing. We stayed as a couple for one night, and there were two rooms spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. The ventilation system worked well, and the host was very supportive and eager to help. The home also features a private gate and parking, which is a great advantage. There are no supermarkets or restaurants within walking distance, and there is no public transport available, so you need to rely on taxis. Staying as a couple in an unfamiliar place without security can feel a bit unsettling at night. Additionally, there was a small dog at the door entrance, which made us uncomfortable as we were afraid to pass by it.

• Nitish (9/5): May visit again to Shahdag and stay in the same Chalet - Location is superb with beautiful Mountain View and chalet is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities one would require for their stay. It was spic n span and very thoughtfully done. Enjoyed with the family. Owner does not live there but his associates will come to give Key. Power backup is also available which was handy as electricity was not available for 2 hrs. wi fi was very slow and due to the forest area there were many ants in the kitchen area. There are no public transport hence you must have your own vehicle as Shahdag Mountain Resort is 10 KMS from this place
