- Tsvetelina (5/5): Badly mantained property and serious cleaning issues - The managers were helpful to so sort out the multiple technical issues upon arrival. The property was not clean and the toilet was dirty when we arrived - there is no excuse for that and it is not acceptable in any case. I really did not appreciate the reaction of the manager when I informed him - instead of apologies at least, he simply did blame the cleaning team and asked me for a photo ... Really !? - he thinks I will loose my time with complaints and will fill up my phone with toilet pictures !? He did not also react when I told him that the TV was not working and the single electricity switch was not secured at all while half hanging out of the wall ! Very dangerous ! The remote control of the AC was not working either. And just adding the troubles with receiving the information needed upon arrival for which ever technical reason it did happen. The youtube video of how to find and open the lock box was locked only for youtobe users with password !?
