• Moldir (4/5): Не рекомендую отель, лучше доплатить и взять уровнем повыше - Почти ничего По первых нас поселили в номере с балконом, он смотрит на несколько домов очень близко, там еще стройка, номер очень грязный, полотенца пахнут маслом, все старое, обои ободраны, лейка в душе плохо работала, после мы попросили переселить нас, но номер был такой же грязный, пол вообще не мыли, на 3 день на полу была большая гусеница, завтрак очень скромный, отель далековато от моды мы шли минут 20-25, от причала тоже самое. Нет лифта , сумки тяжелые сами поднимали на 3 этаж.
• Giamai (8/5): I recommend - I liked the location, it's close to the Kadıköy. We had Many stores, cafes, and restaurants near the hotel. We stayed on the 3rd floor. We had heavy luggage and didn't have an elevator. The breakfast wasn't very diverse.

Gemütlich schön - Es war schon ruhig gewesen und trotzdem sehr zentral Was mir nicht gefallen hat, dass ich in der obersten Etage war und halt keinen Aufzug und dass man dann drauf warten musste, dass der Koffer hoch gebracht wird aber ist auch nicht schlimm

• Oleg (4/5): Если уж совсем негде будет остановиться,то этот отель можно выбрать. Объективно слабенькая оценка 3 - Понравилось ,только местоположение. На этом все закончилось. Да ,еще очень милая девушка на ресепшен ,которая говорила по русски,ей отдельное спасибо. Номер проходной и маленький ,внутри все старое и разваленое. В воскресенье в 9:00 утра делали ремонт ,сильно шумели болгаркой. В остальные дни ,тоже велись ремонтные работы. В номере за 3 ночи пребывания ни разу не убрались совсем… Если бы я жил там неделю ,то тоже бы не убирались. Это ужас конечно. Завтрак очень скудный ,совсем нет выбора. Слышимость в номере очень плохая.

• Umka_men (1/5): Самая лучшая антиреклама Турции. - Единственный плюс этого отеля - его расположение. Рядом сетевые магазины, кафе на любой вкус. Недалеко метро, причал, воркаут. Впервые попали на лохотрон, с которым букинг не смог или не захотел ничего сделать. Букинг, пытался созвониться с отелем, но конструктивного диалога не было, и он не повлиял на администрацию отеля, букинг только вернул нам свою комиссию. Турполиция тоже ничего не сделала. На всё нижеприведённое имеются фото и видеодоказательства. По отелю. Мы были в двух номерах. Первый номер 2401 (полнейший ужас), второй - 2302. Площадь в 1,5 раза меньше, чем на сайте. Фото устаревшие. В номере 2401 в запертом шкафу расположен газовый бойлер на весь отель и шумит так, что беруши не спасают! Когда кто-то в отеле включает горячую воду - вы узнаете по ещё более громкому завыванию из этого шкафа. С этой проблемой пошли к администратору. Ничем не помог, только кондюк замотал скотчем, а по бойлеру проигнорировал. Со скандалом через 2 суток переселили во второй номер и он был ещё хуже и меньше, но не было бойлера и мы поспали первую ночь за 3 суток. Там кондюк замотали пищевой плёнкой и во время этих манипуляций из него посыпались ВЕТКИ деревьев, боже, даже не верится! Администратор хамил, вёл себя так будто он президента может пнуть под зад, если соизволит. Его помощники отводили взгляды и старались не контактировать. Неадекватное поведение. Только уборщицы вели себя по-человечески. Кухней, заявленной в удобствах, не разрешают пользоваться, посуды для неё нет, только бумажные стаканчики и чайник на 2 чашки, минибаром назван малюсенький холодильничек с полностью замороженной морозилкой и двумя бутылочками воды по 0,33. Номера обшарпанные, обои местами ободранные, занавески уже стоят от пылищи и трескаются от старости и грязи, подушки из каменных комков, кондюки сломанные - в выключенном состоянии дуют холодный воздух прямо в изголовье кровати, окна сломанные - не запираются, от чего очень шумно ночью и заявленная шумоизоляция отсутствует, в номере 2302 потолок в ванной с плесенью. В номерах и в коридорах не было видно датчиков дыма и до выхода в случае ЧС не доберёшься, скорее всего.

• Dora (6/5): Average motel quality,nice breakfast,friendly staff - Staff were excellent, breakfast was lovely, lady was very nice and looked after us in the restaurant. Location was fine. When we arrived there was a water outage in the area but the girl did not say anything about it when we checked just noticed when we opened the taps there was no water. The studio we were given was quite run down, although it was marked non smoking it was clearly given to smokers before, you could smell it from a mile. There is no safe in the room. The floor was scuffed, wallls were marked,it would need a good upgrade and a full facelift. The kitchenette had no plates, mugs, glasses etc..cupboards were empty. It looked better on the photos. They might have nicer rooms but they gave us one that was below average We travelled all day and just wanted a shower and sleep.

The cleaners provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, cotton buds, bottled water. Cleanliness of the room 9.5/10 We rented a studio with a kitchenette but there were no kitchen utensils. Just empty cabinets and a sink. Breakfast was okay but was not a buffet. It was quite small and the same every day. Rooms have no view - we didnt mind but if its something thats important to you just keep in mind Rooms dont have a view (we didnt mind at all but if someone does, just keep in mind)

Breakfast was basic Laundry cost was too expensive and the staff didn’t mention to me the same price, apparently I had to pay extra for drying but when I came back in the bedroom all the clothes have been put hanging on the sofa and bed..

• Maria (8/5): Good for a short stay - Good location, 15 minutes walk to ferries and airport bus. Friendly staff, when we needed something or there was a problem, they helped. Comfy bed, good shower, quiet at night. Good breakfast, especially menemen. We booked a room with a balcony, and first we were given a room without a balcony. We comlained, and they fixed it after the first night. The second room has a nice balcony. The room itself was pretty small and dark, not much natural light. No proper fridge, only minibar.

Lots of closet space. The room had a distinct smell, that stuck to our clothes. The room was humid and hot, which the air conditioner did not help. There were tiny flying insects - harmless, but suspicious.

• Matteo (1/5): You need a Gandhian mindset. To put it mildly I'd prefer passing a kidney stone than staying here - Room 2202 good luck with water temperature. It's always a pleasure having to deal with issues while on holidays. Well I suspect as a guest I wasn't asked to clean my room and wash dishes. Really disappointing to be served
• Toril (8/5): Very good - The studio, quietness, easy to find, good location. Good bed and pillows. Very comfortable. The girl in the reception when i checked in was very friendly. But the breakfast staff were not. The service from reception staff was great, especially the first one. It was nice to have a proper fridge and option to cook, but no pans or kitchen equipment. Nice to have the tiny balcony. Heating in the bathroom. Internet was very good..would go back. No duvet, only blanket. Breakfast staff. No coffee machine, only nescafe. And luckily strong çay. The studio should have a few cooking pans, cutlery, some cooking euipment etc. Dishwashing soap... sponge. There was nothing except the stove, kettle and fridge.

• Ana (7/5): We had a pleasant stay, once we changed the room. The staff was nice and helpful. - The hotel is located on a quiet side street, very easy to access Kadikoy main shops & restaurants in just 5 mins walk. I booked a standard twin bed room. When I did the check in, the allocated room was a standard double bed. The problem is, the room is on the ground floor, right next to the reception, it is extremely small and dark, it should be mentioned that the windows are totally obstructed by another building ,so there is basically no natural light. It looks and feels like a cave. We asked if we could get another room and we paid something extra for a superior room. Luckily they had availability and the staff was quite helpful. I think it should be mentioned when booking this room, that it is on a ground floor right next to the reception and the stairs (feels more like a luggage storage room), and most importantly has no natural light. We were told….. you booked the standard room…. Well, I stayed in standard rooms in the past, but this room felt like a below any kind of “standard” We had no cleaning during our entire stay.

• Judith (8/5): Very good - We stayed 4 nights. Excellent breakfast from 8.30. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a quiet studio room overlooking garden area. It's a convenient location for station. Restaurants nearby. Interesting half hour walk to ferries. We had to ask for extra bedding as one night was quite cold (Oct).
• Dan (3/5): Poor experience. - General vibe. Dark room. Main shower head didn't work. Shower tray takes a long time to drain so showers have to be very quick. Other guest usage of bathrooms is very very loud (we felt like we were in the bathroom with them). There were holes in our towels. We were given 1 almost finished toilet roll, when we asked for another we were given a pack of tissues. There was no housekeeping/room service.

• Aa (6/5): It was lower than our expectations. - The Receptionist was a pleasant and warm person. We all liked her. The location of hotel also was good. at heart of Kadikoy. but if it was bear to Kadikoy port, it would be fantastic, Wifi was acceptable. The rooms didn't have safe boxes. The breakfast was very ordinary and in the first days of our stay was less versatile althogh it get improved after 3 or 4 days. The hotel was going to provide us machine washing while in the washing mashing designated to our rooms, the staff of hotel washed every thing including their mops used for cleaning. It was kind of gross.

• Turki (1/5): I don't expect to go back to the hotel - The place is close to the metro station and services I paid the amount of a suite, and in exchange for one small room with 4 beds, I contacted the hotel management to change, and they told me that the hotel was full, and my reservation was with a comprehensive free breakfast, but I was surprised that it was a breakfast with very few options, and if you want an omelette you will have to pay extra! First time this happens to me. There is no professionalism of the hotel staff, except for an old man in the evening.

• Justyna (10/5): A cosy great value hotel in a great area and with exceptional customer service. - The receptionist, Haluk, was very helpful and an absolutely lovely person. It was nice to chat to him about the area and get advice how to get around, like how best to get over to the European side of Istanbul. The apartment was small but everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome due to the heatwave. Breakfast was nice. Er… it could have done with a bar! That’s about the only negative!
