• Shay (10/5): אירוח מדהים בטבע - מקום עם נוף מרהיב שמרחיב את הלב עם בריכה צלולה, מים טבעיים שמגיעים מהעין הכחולה. חופשת דלוקס באמצע הטבע. קרוב לסרנדה, רחוק מהרעש של העיר. יש במקום טרמפולינה ומשחקים לילדים. הבעלים של החווה הם אנשים כל כך טובים ונדיבים וקיבלנו מהם ביצים, פירות ומתנות מהחווה. אנחנו נמליץ על המקום לכל החברים שלנו, זו חוויה שלא נשכח לעולם. תודה רבה. היה לנו מאוד קשה לעזוב. אני מקווה שנחזור לשם בעתיד.
• Marleen (9/5): - De ligging tussen de bergen, de rust. De tuin rondom en het zwembad waren hemels Het yode huis is charmant maar heeft nog wat mankementen maar werken hierrond zijn gepland. De weg ernaartoe is al grotendeels vernieuwd maar vergt toch enige rijvaardigheid

• Wassila (10/5): The dreamiest stay ever- pure perfection!!!! - Well, what can I say. I have SO much to say about this play but many a times I was at a loss for words. From start to finish, this place is absolute perfection and felt like something out of heaven. The farm is 2 lodges up in the absolute Gods of the mountains- only accessible by car. We stayed in the Deluxe Lodge which is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. We got engaged 2 nights before our stay here and it was the perfect place to celebrate. There was a cottage opposite which would be more suited for families. The apartment had everything we needed and more and it was just so beautiful- nicer than many hotels I have stayed in. If you are after pure serenity, peace and quiet where no one can bother you- then this is the place for you. There were also lots of cats and kittens that made the stay even more enjoyable- but please bring cat food!! We don’t have a cat and offered Fernando money to pick us up from Sarande after getting bus/grocery shop, but he came all the way to Ksamil to pick us up to save us getting the bus. He also organised a taxi for us to get to the ferry port on time. Yoanna his wife was so lovely and couldn’t do enough for us- making sure the lodge was spotless etc. Freddie, the grounds man, kept bringing us fresh fruit, tomatoes and eggs everyday which was a lovely added touch knowing everything was grown on the farm, and the eggs were super fresh from the hen house next door. The farm is not accessible by foot, so don’t think you can go for a meal at the restaurant at the bottom and walk back up! A car is a must! Fernando also took us up to see the 700 year old monastery at the top of the mountain who h was beautiful. The views de the farm are stunning- I have never seen anything like it before- the sunsets were incredible. The price of the lodge was so very cheap compared to England prices too. NOTHING it was perfect!!!
• Sophie (10/5): Heaven! - The views, the lake water pool, the outdoor kitchen (we were in the original building), the fruit and veg picked straight from the orchard, the kittens…. all made for the most perfect simply family escape. Fernando and his family are the most wonderful people.

• ZATLAMENACE (10/5): Un petit coin de paradis. - Nos hôtes ont été parfaits : à l'écoute et prevenants. L'endroit est superbe, la piscine topissime, dominant toute la vallée, l'équipement ultra moderne, et ils nous ont même mis à disposition leur jardin afin de pouvoir manger des légumes frais. Un voyage qui a bien failli s'annuler à cause des risques d'incendie aux alentours, mais que nous aurions vraiment regretter ! Rien !

• Matthijs (10/5): - De locatie is prachtig mooi met een schitterend uitzicht wat je niet snel tegenkomt. Eieren van de kippen, groente en fruit uit de moestuin, en een zwembad met water uit de Blue Eye, het is bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. Dit is een topper. Let wel, er is nog een huisje op het terrein waarmee je het zwembad deelt. Dit is zeker geen probleem, maar was voor ons vooraf niet duidelijk uit de gegevens op Booking.
• Mykhaylo (10/5): Our best stay in Albania. Unique plase created by the family that owned the Dream Farm. - Everything! Family that hosts us, the house, the view, fruits,vegetables and chicken eggs that you can enjoy for free of charge. Swimming pool is a separate story. It is filled with fresh natural water from the Blue Eye which they charge every 3-4 days, no chlorine. First day after change it is so refreshing, feeling like you swim in mountains stream. Saranda and Ksamil in 30-40 min drive, but we preferred to spend time at the farm, just went to Saranda for a few hours. Gjirokaster in 1 h drive.
• Paweł (10/5): Exceptional - If you're looking for a peaceful escape from the busier tourist towns like Saranda and Ksamil, Dreamy House is the perfect place. Just a 20-minute drive from Saranda, this beautiful retreat offers the ideal mix of comfort, nature, and authentic Albanian charm. We originally planned to use it as a base to explore the nearby beaches (many within 30 minutes’ drive), but we ended up a lot of our time at the house itself—and for good reason. The surrounding atmosphere is incredibly serene, with stunning mountain views and a feeling of total calm that’s hard to find in the more crowded coastal spots. One of the highlights was the pool, which is fed with fresh natural water from the Blue Eye (Syri i Kaltër). It’s refreshing, crystal-clear, and adds to the overall magic of the place. The property also has an orchard filled with homegrown vegetables and fruit, which made our meals even more special. The house itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything you might need. Whether you're cooking a simple meal, lounging on the terrace, or just enjoying the silence and views, it really feels like a home away from home. In short: peaceful setting, close to nature, yet convenient to Saranda and Ksamil. We loved every minute and honestly didn’t want to leave. Best place ever.
• Maksim (10/5): Exceptional stay – the best place we found in Albania - We originally booked for just one night, but this place was so amazing that we changed all our plans just to stay longer! The apartment was perfect – spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The farm has everything you could dream of: fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the garden, a barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, and an incredible swimming pool with stunning views. The host was the best we’ve ever met – unbelievably kind and generous. He gave us homemade wine and honey, and even brought us fresh groceries. We felt so welcome and cared for. There are also lovely cats on the farm – not just cute animals, but real little guardians of this magical place. This was by far the most peaceful and beautiful stay we had during our whole trip. If you’re looking for a place that feels like paradise – this is it. We wish we could have stayed even longer! -
