• Rimal (1/5): Worst stay ever, avoid this apartment. - The only thing that I liked about this apartment is that I wasn’t sleeping in the street. This apartment needs serious renovation before becoming suitable for renting. The apartment is not insulated and is cold in winter. We had to buy an extra heater to warm up the bedroom and the living room/office space. The apartment has three AC units, in the living area and the bedrooms. Using them at 30 degree C was not enough to heat up both rooms. Even when we complained to the agents, they did not suggest to get us extra heaters - we had to buy one - however, they said that there are extra covers if we need. The apartment has already an extra heater, but we still needed a second one for the living room. The lights are all white. The window blinds have to be closed all the time and hence no sunlight enters the apartment, except for the kitchen window. Blinds in one of the bedrooms are broken, we cannot open them, they are closed permanently. The bathroom/toilet is super cold in winter, there is no heater in the bathroom. We are aware that no plugs exist in bathrooms in Cyprus, but we have seen apartments in Nicosia with heating installed in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped but very basic, with scarce cutlery (spoons, forks, etc). There is a microwave/oven, but no oven plate, and if you turn the microwave on « grill » mode to use it as an oven (I tried for pizza), burning smell and smoke come out of it. I turned it off immediately. Very old electric stove with only two hobs. We woke up one morning to no electricity, and we didn’t know why. That night nothing but one AC was on. They claim that it is a « charming, modern and functional » apartment. It is none of these things. Even though we paid the full non-refundable amount for 15 days, we left one week in, and we paid for another apartment on Airbnb. In the response they are LYING, no one offered us to stay in another apartment. We had to book another apartment (see photo) on airbnb, and we checked out on the 20th of January (we didn't stay!).
• Stella (5/5): Buona posizione, servizi non sufficienti, rumore notturno. - Reception h24 molto cordiale. Posizione buona per persone giovani che non hanno difficoltà motorie. Scorcio sul Borforo, stanza luminosa. La camera era tutto sommato pulita, biancheria cambiata ogni giorno. Rumore notturno, non responsabilità della struttura ma poco piacevole, poco spazio per la colazione da dover fare stretti e di fretta per fare spazio agli altri. La coppia che era con noi ha trovato un preservativo usato a terra nella camera appena entrati, la camera è stata cambiata ma non è stato ovviamente un episodio trascurabile.

• Stephen (9/5): Our Perfect holiday in Cyprus - It was within 10mins walking distance of walled city,which is so friendly and relaxing,we had a parking space off the road under a lemon tree which gave excellent shade ,the flat worked really well for us,it had everything we required,also across the road is the Las Vegas provision store with fresh vegetables and anything you require food wise. There was nothing we didn't like,there was noise from the main road the first night until we worked out how to use the soundproofing blinds,some parts of flat are dated but then again so am I,if you are a picky my glass is half full person it probably would disappoint you but then again most things will,if you love life and everything out there it's the place for you,my daughter and I sat out on the balcony every night watching and commenting on the Nicosia nite life as it went by , Priceless
• Ágnes (6/5): Pleasant - Nice spacious apartment, in city centre, colse to the bus station and shopping opportunities. Comfortable self-checkin. Air conditioning everywhere works well for heating and cooling. Warm water with solar panels, electric heater on cloudy days sufficient. Very noisy, even during the night, we had troubles sleeping because of loud engine cars, buses, motorcycles, beeping, loud music, garbage car during the night. Surfaces were clean, but deep cleaning was missing, the washing machine and the shower drain were dirty and smelly. Equipment was scarce, only 4 pieces of spoon, fork, etc.
• Constantinos (5/5): Would look for something else next time. - The windows and balcony door in one bedroom could not be opened to the outside. The door shutters could not be lifted either. The windows in the same room could not be closed completely allowing all the noise from a four-lane, cross-the-middle of the city avenue enter the room as we were staying in a camping tent. The kitchen has no proper stove or cooker, yet it has a bulky dishwasher. Spacious, clean in a convenient location near the center
