• Guest (8/5): Puede mejorar mucho con un par de cosas! - La ubicación, La cama muy cómoda. En general está muy bien, pero falta limpieza. Los filtros del aire acondicionado estaban llenos de pelusa. Menaje escaso. No había rollo de cocina. Falta de intimidad por falta de cortinas, ni siquiera en el baño.

• Ioanna (10/5): Perfect choice to explore Seville and stay in a beautiful flat. - Everything: the location, the amount of space, good quality decorations, super comfortable sofa bed if you are more than 2 people, the communication, the fact that they allowed us to drop our staff early (prior to check in). Can’t find a fault
• Selwa (9/5): A lovely comfortable apartment in a perfect location. I will stay here again! - Had a lovely one week stay here for a working holiday in February. Loved the location: on a quiet and charming little street with very little traffic, walking distance to the main sites but also close to some really local places so best of both worlds. Lovely tapas place just round the corner and a good coffee shop nearby. I liked the quiet courtyard. Nice neutral decor inside, kitchenette small but fine for creating some simple meals, well stocked, felt very safe with the triple locks on the door and the courtyard door is also locked at night. It felt like a home from home. A few teething troubles getting the induction stove working but the staff were helpful and responsive (If the AI interface can’t answer a question then the real people respond quite quickly). Just a suggestion: perhaps leave some instructions printed out in the apartment? And the walls are thin so you hear neighbours every now and then, but it didn’t bother me.

• Natallia Mialeshka (10/5): Прекрасная стильная, чистая, удобная квартира с отличным расположением! - Красивый интерьер, чисто, тепло зимой, удобная кровать, все необходимое оборудование на кухне (посудомоечная и стиральная машины, кофеварка, чайник, плита). Все необходимые расходные материалы (капсулы для кофе, масло, соль, сахар, губки и тряпочка на кухне, гель для стирки, гель для душа и шампунь в ванной). Очень приятно, что продуманы все мелочи с заботой. В ванной качественная сантехника, хороший напор воды, горячая вода идет сразу. Кондиционер быстро регулирует температуру, мы не замерзли в январе :) -

• Urszula (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja przy spokojnej uliczce. Ulica jest wąska i jednokierunkowa, ale to jest standard w tej części miasta. Blisko głównych zabytków i restauracji. Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone, jest wszystko co potrzebne, bardzo dobre ogrzewanie, co przy 3 stopniach w nocy w grudniu miało znaczenie. Dobry kontakt z firmą wynajmującą, oferują pomoc przy zwiedzaniu, my skorzystaliśmy z rezerwacji biletów na Flamenco. Mieszkanie jest akustyczne, słychać sąsiadów.

• ZHU (9/5): - 独享整套公寓，有卧室、浴室，厨房，功能全面，配备的设施齐全，装饰温馨舒适，公寓位于一个很好的位置，离主要景点都很近，但是又在一个安静的街区，所以晚上休息也不会很吵，完美。入住时因为从邮件看的入住指南导致没有看到钥匙位置图示，文字理解上出现偏差导致找钥匙找了很久，打电话有会英文的工作人员接听指导找到钥匙，工作人员也非常好，感谢她。 没有打10分满分的原因是入住后需要咨询行李寄存问题在booking上联系房东和发邮件均没有回应，有点小失望，另外最后一天当我的朋友洗完澡后水冷掉了等了很久也没有热，但是总体还是非常满意。

Il est bien situé, à 15mn à pieds en étoile de tous les monuments et autres animations. Nous avons demandé d'arriver à 11h, ce n'était pas possible. On nous a dit 15h, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 16h, la personne était en train de faire le ménage et nous avons dû attendre 16h50. Le ménage était très bien fait par contre

• Vincent (10/5): Zeer knus en net appartement, voorzien van alle benodigdheden en top gelegen. - Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum en is perfect ingericht. Je slaapt er in alle stilte. Geen reserve slaapkussens voorzien.

Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder wählen. - Die Lage des Apartments ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Strasse und zu Fuss sind es nur um die 10-15 Minuten zur Kathedrale, Real Alcazar und Setas de Sevilla. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es war ein bisschen ringhörig, wir haben die Nachbarn gehört. Das hat uns aber nicht gross gestört, das war bloss abends der Fall.

They offered a discount for a faulty toilet. When we asked for more they said they would immediately cancel our booking (2 hours before check in) leaving us nowhere to stay. They eventually agreed to not cancel.

• Alvin (9/5): Great place, wonderful location and very comfy. - I had contacted the property for an early arrival but it was difficult. Luckily the cleaning person was there to let us in. Check out was also a bit tricky because the key lock box did not open with the code. Once again the cleaning person showed up so we could drop the keys. Other than that the management was very responsive.

Aunque la IA que contesta por WhatsApp es muy eficiente, no alcanza a entender el detalle de algunas dudas. Posteriormente una persona contesta,0 pero en situaciones de viaje, en donde a veces el tiempo apremia, uno quisiera tener el apoyo humano de primera mano.
• fiona (10/5): Fantastic and would recommend this lovely apartment. - The apartment was excellent and as described in the photos. The bed was so comfortable, you didnt want to get out of it in the morning! and the bedding and fluffy towels are all high quality. Shower was great and we always had hot water. Shampoo and shower gel are provided. Kitchen is perfect if you need to use it which we did for breakfast. There was a washing machine which we did avail of and washing powder was provided. Living room is comfortable and there is a tv available if you just want to relax for a little while and unwind after a busy day sightseeing, before heading out again at night. Location is down a very narrow street, so would not advise a car as its very tricky, and you dont need one to get around seville. There is a carrefour market just a few minutes away if you need any supplies. The apt was within 10 mins walk of plaza de espana and 10 minutes in the other direction to the cathedral.. Everywhere in the city was easily accessible and the apartment is a good base to be in as you are away from the noise at night in the central district. We spent 5 nights in this lovely apartment and if i ever come back to Seville i would stay here again . It might be a little more expensive than others, but it is worth it and is decorated to high standard. Hosts were very helpful with recommendations and information and kept in regular touch.

• Valerie (9/5): Great location. - Location was amazing. Our daughter was studying in Seville and we were a 5 min walk from her flat. Such an easy city to walk around and this place made it even more special. Nice to have a little kitchen and refrigerator and some room to move around in.

• Marc (9/5): Great Stay - Location is perfect, 10 minutes from main attractions. We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. Kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable. Really nice sofa and tv area too Only issue is the noise. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbour coughing and having fun. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper

• Abdelaziz (8/5): Great location, lovely flat - The flat is lovely and VERY well located centrally 10 minutes away from the Cathedral. The flat is clean and spacious and has all that you might need. The property also has a bidet which is much missed given I live in a country which doesn't have them. The flat was not sound proofed well. I could very much hear ANYTHING outside or from the neighbours all around. I mean EVERYTHING. The pillows were also not comfortable. I would suggest changing them.

• Liwei (10/5): Exceed expectations - Very cozy and spacious apartment located in the center of old town. Close to the palace and cathedral (around 10 min walk). Lots of restaurant choices nearby. The apartment is on 1st floor and there is a lift for easier access. Very narrow street in front of the building. When there are other vehicles driving by, it’s you will block the road and it’s almost impossible to load/unload the luggage. Parking is comparatively far away (10 min walk with your luggage) and very expensive euro25/day.

• Erik (9/5): Well equipped apartment on nice and quiet location. - Quiet location near station (20 minutes) and old city, apartment well equipped. Friendly staff. Had to wait for 30 minutes before anyone arrived with the key. Apparently at that moment only one person had to manage 200+ apartments in Sevilla.
• Min (8/5): Very good - The apartment was nice and clean. The location was pretty good too. The apartments around us were quite noisy. Also there were some noise from the streets too. We arrived very late at night, so had to pick up keys from another building 5 minutes away from the apartment. This was a bit of a hassle but the taxi driver were nice enough to wait for us to pick up the key.

The kitchen cutlery and drawers were not clean , nor the cups, one being very cracked. I would not stay there again.

To begin, Nairi (staff member) met us with the keys and showed us around the apartment. He was very friendly and also went out of his way to recommend a big list of local places to go for dinner or drinks as well as activities. The apartment itself was much bigger than expected, very clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location was perfect, we were able to walk a short 5-10min stroll into town and everything was very accessible on foot. We loved our stay here and cannot wait to rebook in the future! Nothing at all :)

• Lara (9/5): Loved it - Fantastic location - in Santa Cruz district and walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated and relaxing environment. Really lovely hosts: Ana and Juliana who organised taxis were super-responsive, and Tania welcomed us and gave us the run-down on the best restaurants : ) The only downside was that you're in the middle of town and an apartment block (albeit small) - so some noise from the upstairs neighbors and courtyard - just take earplugs if you want to sleep in.

She is brings joy to the table. The apartment is amazing, great taste in design. At 15-20m of walking distance from bus station to airport and all major attractions The car gate of the building is very noisy and needs repairing. You can be woken up if you are a light sleeper. Also air extractor and microwave had little issues.

• Wendy (8/5): Conveniently located , modern and comfortable apartment. - Modern, clean interior. Great location to be able to walk to all the major attractions. Very difficult to find the apartment as there is no signage. We had to rely on a very helpful passer-by who actually phoned the company to confirm we were in the right place. No on-site parking.. we paid 75 euros for a 3 night stay in a public car park
