• laura (6/5): ottima posizione, porta difettosa, nessuna insonorizzazione della camera - la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, in centro ma in una strada tranquilla. la porta della camera era difettosa e si chiudeva ed apriva a fatica; inoltre la porta non arrivava fino a terra ma si fermava a 10 cm dal pavimento, si sentivano tutti i rumori provenienti dal bagno comune ( che era accanto alla camera), dal corridoio e dalle altre camere.

Pensábamos que iba a ser el típico sitio con baño compartido de dudosa limpieza e higiene, totalmente lo contrario un sitio en pleno centro, cómodo, limpio, muy muy limpio y con un personal atento y dispuesto a ayudar…muy agusto y sin diseñada un lugar donde ir donde sabes que vas a dormir en una cama cómoda, un sitio limpio y al precio de un hostal. Fantástico!!!! La gente que cuando comparte baño no se preocupa de dejar lo que deja, nada que ver con el hostal en sí.

• Leja (8/5): Well placed - It was right where I wanted it to be. The sea front was 1 minute away. And the basilica under 10 minutes. The property was clean, had proper facilities( I especially liked having a sink in my room). I only had the option of having a shared bathroom between 2 people. It wasn’t a huge issue, but just had a couple of times where I had to wait for a bit.
• Nico.Giando (4/5): Ottima posizione, ma non vale il prezzo - Il punto di forza principale è senza dubbio il personale molto ospitale, gentile e sempre disponibile. Anche la posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, perfetta per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente. Purtroppo, per il prezzo pagato, ci sono diversi aspetti negativi: bagno in comune, niente colazione inclusa e camera vecchia, con mobili datati e poca luce. Anche il comfort generale è basso e gli spazi non sono molto comodi. In sintesi, ottima posizione e personale gentile, ma la struttura andrebbe rinnovata e migliorata rispetto al prezzo richiesto.
• Laura (8/5): Charmante Unterkunft mitten im Herzen von Palma - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar – mitten im Herzen von Palma. Das Personal war super freundlich und wir haben sogar ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad bekommen. Sowohl die Unterkunft als auch die Zimmer haben viel Charme und eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war recht klein und hatte kein Fenster. Durch die tolle Lage waren wir jedoch ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs, daher hat uns das nicht allzu sehr gestört.

• Céline (2/5): Quelle déception ! - Localisation en centre historique parfaite, rénovation de la salle de bain très bien, ensemble propre. Chambre très petite, pas de fenêtre (juste une lucarne au dessus de la porte, inaccessible et sans rideau, lumière du matin en plein visage)… obligation de laisser la porte de la chambre donnant sur cour intérieure ouverte pour avoir un minimum d’air extérieur, impossible de faire sécher les serviettes pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour (pas de ménage ni de changement de serviette) aucun rangement ni meuble pour les vêtements/valises… et pour finir des bruits de travaux dans le bâtiment des a peine 8h00 jusqu’à au moins 19h30, impossible de se reposer un instant en journée. J’aurais aimé exprimer tout delà de vive voix avant de partir ce matin mais aucune présence de qui que ce soit à l’accueil… Le pire rapport qualité/prix depuis longtemps.

We had several days of problems with the water supply for showering. Besides, they told us they would clean the room, but then they didn't. The photo of the room on Booking.com didn't match the room we received; even though it was new, it was smaller and had no large windows.

• Gerda (9/5): The Location was superb! The Staff - Victoria was so helpful and friendly! - I booked a single room, it was okay – small but comfortable. The only thing missing was coffee, I suggest getting a coffee machine in the lobby that everyone could use, because I was getting up early and couldn’t find an open bar or coffee place around ☺️

• Leonie (8/5): Onda tradicional en el centro de palma - Fin hostal ubicado en el centro de Palma, muy cerca de todo, y tiene un un buen encanto tradicional. El personal es muy amable y ayuda con todo, se puede contactarles de modo fácil vía celular cuándo no estén en la recepción. La habitación y los baños eran muy limpios. Checkout y check-in sin complicaciones. Yo estaba en dos habitaciones diferentes que eran bastante pequeñas. En la una había solo la cama, mesita de noche og el lavabo con poco espacio para dejar la maleta. No hay cocina, pero hay áreas dónde se puede sentar a comer y también se puede obtener un hervidor de agua, cuchillería/platos. Este era quizás porque había un poco de renovación en la casa, no lo sé pero recomiendo preguntarle al personal si es importante para ti.

• Laura (4/5): Nicht empfehlenswert für Allergiker - Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war bei Checkin sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war eine sehr kleine und dunkle Kammer. Ich habe eine Hausstauballergie und bisher nie Probleme auf Reisen gehabt, aber in dieser Unterkunft hatte ich starke Probleme mit laufender Nase und brennenden Augen. Der Raum war nicht einmal 10 qm groß, hatte nur ein sehr kleines Fenster auf ca. 2 Meter Höhe. So war es nicht nur sehr dunkel, sondern es kann auch nicht richtig gelüftet werden. Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich daher die starke allergische Reaktion hatte. Eventuell war das Bett auch nicht ausreichend gereinigt und belüftet, so dass es die Wirkung verstärkt hat. Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

• Clara (10/5): - Un lugar muy recomendable para hospedarse en Palma. La casa es preciosa y está en una ubicación muy céntrica. Tiene mucho encanto y el trato del personal es muy agradable. La habitación estaba limpia y compartir baño no supuso gran problema en una estancia corta. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Se puede escuchar un poco de ruido de las habitaciones colindantes pero sin mayor problema.

• Adrian (10/5): Un sejur autentic și accesibil în inima orașului, dar cu condiții modeste. - Clădire tradițională cu mult farmec și personal prietenos. Locația este ideală, în centrul istoric, aproape de obiective și viața de noapte. Spațiile comune (curte, terasă, bucătărie) adaugă farmec și confort. Camerele sunt foarte simple, mici și oferă foarte puține facilități, baia din cameră este fără ușă și poate fi o incomoditate pentru un sejur cu prietenii. Dar la fel sunt și băi comune

Loads of traditional character. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lovely and clean. 24 hour access. Facilities to bring in and eat your own food bought elsewhere. No safety deposit box.

• Giuditta Alevtina (10/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso! - Arrivando a Palma non ci aspettavamo che il nostro soggiorno sarebbe stato così bello. L'accoglienza e lo staff sono stati estremamente disponibili. Il bagno condiviso veniva lavato regolarmente più volte al giorno. La nostra camera era spaziosa e con letti comodi. In generale posso dirmi estremamente soddisfatta della scelta. Non c'è stato nulla che non abbia soddisfato le mie aspettative. L'unico miglioramento che si potrebbe fare (ma magari non l'ho visto io) e l'aggiunta di un frigorifero in camera o in una zona comune per tenere l'acqua.
