• maurizia (7/5): pensavo meglio - La posizione era strategica per visitare la città Disponibilità del proprietario. La macchinetta del caffè' è risultata non funzionante e lo stesso si è attivato per sostituirla subito. Inoltre mi ha lasciato la facoltà di uscire dall'appartamento con tutta comodità, senza mettermi fretta Difficile parcheggiare in zona senza sborsare cifre esose. Al momento della prenotazione, il proprietario mi aveva assicurato di aiutarmi a trovare un parcheggio libero, ma in realtà non ne esistevano L'appartamento l'ho trovato abbastanza buio, anche se, essendo in giro tutto il giorno, questo non mi ha creato particolari problemi. E'stato complicato raggiungere la struttura in quanto il navigatore mi portava sempre in zone a traffico limitato
• Laura (8/5): - Il nostro padrone di casa è stato accogliente e gentilissimo.Ci ha fatto trovare anche il caffè ed il latte per la colazione. L'appartamento in pieno centro e vicino l'alhambra è il posto ideale per soggiornare.Il quartiere Albaicin dove si trova è pieno di vita. L'appartamento è piccolo ma pulito ma ha piccoli problemi con scarichi rumorosi. Nel complesso viaggio bellissimo.
• Gemma (10/5): Great value for the money, great location, spotless, and great host - The location is great, in the Albaicin neighborhood, 5 min walking to city center, 15 min walking to Alhambra. The place is funtional and very clean, recently renovated. Gregorio is such a wonderful host, he helped us with everything we needed. Communication was super easy.

• Natalia (10/5): Excepcional! - La habitación estaba impecable, el estado de los muebles y artefactos, todo parecía a estrenar. Contamos con todo lo necesario para una estancia de 2 noches, cafetera, microondas, nevera, estufa, TV y wifi. Hay que recalcar que se tiene un patio hermoso y muy bien cuidado exclusivo para la habitación . Gregorio, el anfitrión, nos entregó las llaves personalmente y nos dio todas las indicaciones necesarias y adicionalmente nos dio una lista de lugares recomendados para comer. Sin duda alguna volveremos a alojarnos aquí en una próxima oportunidad.
• Laura (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente: puedes acceder a gran parte de la ciudad andando, o coger un bus. La habitación es pequeña, pero muy acogedora y cómoda. Además, hay una estufa para días de frío. También nos dejaron lo imprescindible para cocinar y magdalenas y galletas, leche con lactosa (un acierto porque soy intolerante). Gregorio, el dueño, fue super simpático y atenta con nosotras. Nos explicó todo lo relacionado con la estancia y nos recomendó algunos lugares para comer. El día que nos íbamos le preguntamos si podíamos dejar las maletas tras el check out, pero como no tenía ninguna visita, nos dejó incluso quedarnos con las llaves y salir cuando nos fuéramos de la ciudad. Un gran detalle por su parte y que no hemos visto en ningún otro sitio. Si volvemos a Granada, reservaremos de nuevo.
• LYUTSIYA (7/5): - I would like to highlight the hospitality and friendliness of the host. The location is very good. The apartment has everything you might need, except for a proper cooktop. There is a hot plate, but it is not very convenient to use, so we decided not to cook ourselves. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible: rain and +5°C in the evening. In such conditions, this apartment is not the best option for a stay. The windows are old-style wooden frames with single glazing, which means there is no insulation from the outside. If it’s +5°C outside, it’s about +6°C inside. The host kindly showed us how to use the heater, but due to the poor insulation all the heat escaped outside. Moreover, it is a gas heater with a gas cylinder, so it cannot be left on overnight. We were honestly afraid to use it. The apartment has very good reviews and a rating of 9.6, which seems quite surprising. Perhaps other guests were simply luckier with the weather than we were.

• Ramos López (10/5): Agradable y cómodo - Eran todo comodidades, está muy cerca del centro, tienes de todo para poder estar allí. (aceite, café , leche, gel, champú, etc,) El anfitrión super atento y simpático. Tiene calefactor que funciona genial y calienta mucho.

• Petra (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen! - Eine super Lage ganz in der Nähe des Darro; zur Alhambra knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuss; zum Mirador San Nicolas 15 Minuten. Gregorio war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit; als es ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung gab, war er sofort zur Stelle. Unser Hund wurde freundlichst aufgenommen. Kaffee, Tee und Süßigkeiten waren vorhanden und sogar Milch für den Kaffee. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung etwas klein und die Möglichkeit zu kochen eingeschränkt. Das Wasserleitungssystem im Haus ist ziemlich laut.
• SARABIA LOPEZ (10/5): Excelente anfitrión y excelente lugar para pasar unos días en Granada - Nos encantó el trato recibido, la ubicación y la comodidad. Tenía un patio interior con mucho encanto y todo muy limpio y cuidado.

• Patricia (9/5): The name really tells what it is - habitacion con encanto. - The owner was incredibly nice. My flight got delayed a few hours and he was always super friendly and kind. He waited for us and came downstairs to give us the keys and show us everything. Lots of little details in the apartment. Overall everything was great!
