• SALVO (5/5): - Ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo (anche rientrando la sera) e ben servito, vicino alla fermata del bus e a tre fermate di bus dalla metro. Tutto sommato in 20 minuti circa eravamo in centro. Disponibilità dell'host che a distanza si è dimostrato gentile, anche a risolvere un problema sorto in loco. Ci sono 2 camere da letto, una piccola cucina,un piccolissimo bagno. Acqua potabile. Tutt' altro che lusso...il nome e le foto indicano qualcosa che poi non si trova nella realtà. Cattivo odore, bagno minuscolo e scomodo, materassi scomodi. Direi che ci sono alcuni aspetti che andrebbero rivisti e migliorati.

У нас была возможность позвонить хозяину и узнать как войти, но это бывает не всегда. Инструкции присланные в сообщении были бы полезнее. -

• Alejandra (3/5): - La ubicación En general nos gusto poca cosa, el piso para cinco no tenía cinco sillas, poquísima luz cenas casi en penumbra, solo había tres tenedores y cucharas y éramos cinco poco utensilios de cocina.. el dueño no contestó cómo hacer Check- in tuvimos que llamarle.. le pedimos lo que faltaba y nada.. las cortinas sobre todo en el cuarto de atrás no quitaban absolutamente nada de luz.. las almohadas duras.. lo único bueno la ubicación y que tiene supermercados cerca..

• Zoey (8/5): - Host let us check in early and held our bags after checkout, he was very nice and flexible. Just call directly instead of texting as he is more responsive that way. One of the beds needs an update as the mattress wasn’t great. It’s bare minimum but good enough for a cheap and easy stay of a couple of nights.

There are 2-3 supermarkets/stores nearby. + Nice apartment for 3-5 persons with big table in one of the rooms, but... - For me, the beds were uncomfortable - the mattress was not flat and was sagging - There was no handle on the sliding bathroom door from inside and it was quite difficult to manage closing and opening the door (look photos) - Lack of cutlery (only 3 pieces of each, firstly we could not find the third fork), also I missed bigger mugs for tea (there were small mugs for coffee and small tea) - Terrible promotional images of some cosmetics or something on the walls - The wardrobe in a smaller room had broken door

• Petar (9/5): Goog value for money. It is recommended for short stay. Overall we had great time. We were family - 3 adults and 2 chil - Comfortable. Host answered immediately on my requests as well as when we arrived he remotely opened the apartment. Heating in apartment was great and you can find all regular facilities in kitchen what you need. Apartment was very clean. It is not disadvantage but more recommendation: as we were 5 in apartment and there were only 4 chairs, hence you could put more chairs as well as places on the wall in entrance to put jackets.
• Radka (1/5): Bad communication with the owner - I booked the accommodation for my colleagues who attended a conference in Vienna in the near location from the appartment. Except for the confirmation from booking we didn't recieve any other instructions of how to accommodate or who to call. There was only mobile number for the owner listed in our Booking reservations. It is fair to say that as expected time of arrival we put 9 to 10 pm and we got the confirmation from the host about that. While already in Vienna my colleagues ended the conference earlier and wanted to accommodate earlier at 6 pm. They called the host number several times with no response. We also send messages through Booking to try to connect with someone who would come to open the apartment for them. When it was over hour when we cannot get hold of anyone we contacted the Booking support and they tried to reach for the owner too. They were unsuccesful too so they reccommended us to find another accomodation. My colleagues did and that was when the owner responded via Booking that he is abroad and that's why we cannot get through the calls. So I told him (through Booking messages) that we already found another accommodation because we couldn't reach for him for over 2 hours. In the mornig I found another angry messages from the owner about his wife waiting for us 1 hour in the apartment. I hope this was just bad coincidence and that the fact he was away may prevent him to see my messages in time but I think clearer information about the arrival would be appreciated especially when the owner knows he will be away and might not be able to communicate properly. I reccommend to reach to the owner before your arrival and set up clear conditions about how to get the key for the apartment.
• Rijad (8/5): Solid stay, OK for the price - The apartment was close to some stores like Hoffer which is useful, also it is a quiet neighborhood with not much noise. Some streaming services were also available to make the experience a little bit better. I think the informing was a little bit delayed, this is the first time on booking where someone didn't called me or texted me about the details regarding entering the apartment. I was the one who initiated the conversation less than 24h's before the arrival. Also we waited for 20 minutes in front of the apartment after we texted the host that we arrived. After a phone call he opened the door, which is not a big deal but it could be for someone who doesn't have an internet connection available to make the call, or is used to just picking up the keys from the key box or something similar. Bathroom was also on the lower end. It was very small, and the sliding doors didn't have a handle from the inside what made leaving the bathroom a little bit of a hassle. Also the kitchen is located right next to the bathroom which is bad for the smell. Room distribution was also impractical because the kitchen was in the middle of the hallway which connects the living room and the bedroom, which is a problem because if you cook, the smell and the smoke will get everywhere.

The apartment had a smell, the bathroom was small and bathroom lamp didn't work, someone smoked in the corridor outside the aparment
