• Cristina (9/5): - La atención al cliente. Tuve un pequeño problema con la devolución de la fianza y el encargado estuvo súper atento y se entregó hasta poder solucionarlo. Estaba todo muy limpio y súper bien ubicado. Eché en falta algunas cosillas básicas como gel, alguna fregona o cepillo para limpiar algunas cosillas, y estropajo y jabón para limpiar la vitrocerámica y la encimera de la cocina.
• Paul (10/5): Wonderful spacious apartment in a perfect location. We would definitely rent again. - Extremely spacious apartment in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean. Lovely outside seating area (again very spacious). Very comfy bed. Fab kitchen with everything you would need (although we didn't cook during our stay). There is no kettle but we just boiled water in a pan. The corkscrew (the screw bit was broken) so we bought a new one and left it for the next person (the cleaner would not have known this was broken). Pool area was fabulous with plenty of sun loungers. The property also provides you with pool/beach towels - amazing as not many rentals do this. Alvaro (owner) introduced himself to us during our stay and asked if everything was OK with the apartment etc - a lovely guy who appreciated feedback. Pillows were hard. We mentioned to Alvaro that 2 bathroom towels instead of 1 towel each which have been fabulous as we had to keep washing the towels on our 10 night stay. (Maybe a few washing machine pods as had to buy a full pack). Others have mentioned that the bathroom door from the bedroom does not close (it needs to be planed). None of the above affected our stay though.
• gary (7/5): very enjoyable. No problems. - location was good. a small hill was involved to get to the main strip but it was only a 10 minute walk. Comfortable bed and plenty of seating outside. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom door didn't close properly.

Dirty pots and pans left in oven..enough toilet paper for 1 day.no cleaning products or cloths, I had to shop and provide a lot of what I would consider very basic essentials. Bedroom windows didn't open, felt very damp and cold.no heaters..all windows were very dirty...

• Giulia (10/5): - Struttura pulitissima ed accogliente, situata a 5 minuti dal centro di Puerto del Carmen. Il gestore è stato molto disponibile, dandoci tutte le informazioni e direttive richieste.
• Marco (9/5): Muy buena estancia - La casa está muy completa, bien ubicada y cuidada. Cuando llegamos estaba todo muy limpio, y nos dejó unos detalles para el desayuno (cola cao, galletas lotus, cápsula de café y aceite y vinagre). Un plus el poder contar con lavadora y lavavajillas. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que no se podía ver la tele, solo se veía La 2, pero bueno no fue inconveniente ya que no íbamos a un paraíso como Lanzarote para ver la tele. También que por el día al hacer calor, el ventilador de techo del salón se queda corto, pero por la noche muy bien, no pasamos calor, pero por el día sí se pasa calor.

• John (8/5): Excellent location for our priorities - Good location, very comfortable. Good comfortable patio area. Well equipped accommodation. Very hard pillows, no change of towels or bed linen during our 10 day stay.
• Discogrant (10/5): Excellent Accommodation Quiet Location - Casa Solazo is located near Los Pocillos beach. The accommodation is located in a complex a short walk from the main thoroughfare and close to local amenities and restaurants. The accommodation itself was excellent, quiet and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, was very clean and spacious. We were met by Alvaro on our second day, who was very helpful. The apartment was cleaned and the bedding and towels replaced after a week of our 2 week stay. We had an excellent holiday.

Suffered a few nasty bites In bed.Forced to pay 150 euros damage deposit before allowed access to our door keycode,bearing In mind I couldn't inspect the property first before paying this felt pressured and stressed. Tv not working,place could do with a lick of paint and bathroom door leading directly into the bedroom didn't shut properly.
• Paul (7/5): Good - Great location The property rental company nor booking.com advised that essential property maintenance was ongoing during the whole of our stay. This included daily use of a cement mixer directly outside our apartment starting at 08:30 every morning and the area outside our terrace (not a greater distance than 2m) was used as a building site storage area, completely diminishing the enjoyment of the terrace area. One of the reasons for selecting a bungalow on the playa park bungalows site was our previous knowledge that each property had a spacious terrace and it was our intention to eat at the terrace regularly- this experience was spoiled.
• Laura (9/5): I would go back in the morning - This apartment is in a great location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. The apartment is comfortable and the bed if you are like me who likes a soft bed its brilliant. Everything you need is there, when we arrived there was great starter pack, tea / coffee, water little things like that. Towels and bedding were good quality so all in all I was very happy and I have no hesitation in recommending this wee piece of heaven. Thank you Alvaro There was nothing I didn't like, it was a pity there was nothing I could have used to sit on in the shower as I have slight mobility issues and I was worried about losing my balance. But hey I was grand.

• Stephen (8/5): The property was in a great location , superb pool , really quiet complex. - Great location , superb bed really comfortable , pool/ beach towels are provided , cleaning 2 times while we were there , the host was very good communicator and replied to any issues very quickly The property smelt heavily of people smoking in the property on our arrival - it took 2 days for the smell to go after using fabreze on all the furniture / curtains. The host was very annoyed the property had been left like this from the previous occupants. There was no toaster - this was rectified very quickly. One of the kitchen cupboards doors hinge needs to be looked at.

• Cristina (8/5): Very good - Everything was perfect. Nice garden, we had breakfast outside every day:) nice big apartment. Towels provided. Nice quiet position. We didn't use the pool as we preferred the sea, but they told us the water of the pool was very cold. Just the pressure of the water, it kept going weaker and then suddenly very strong again, and then weak again.... maybe they can do something about it :)
