• Ciprian (8/5): Acceptabil - Locul a fost minunat. Curat si modern. Gazda primitoare, chiar daca nu știa limba engleză, ne-am putut înțelege. Croissante si lapte in fiecare dimineață. Foarte dragut din partea lui Locatia nu este una tocmai buna pentru cei pretențioși. Zona este locuită de indieni, pakistanezi, foarte gălăgiosi. Nu agresivi, dar te pune într-o situație de neliniște, mai ales dacă esti cu un copil. Destul de aproape de centrul Barcelonei, cam 40 de minute cu metroul

The bed was so comfortable and although noisy during the day, we slept perfectly at night as it quietened down. Coffee, juice, water, pastries for breakfast all supplied. Fantastic find. Highly recommend as good value for money. The neighbourhood had different vibes to Barcelona city but the price and comfort is worth being a few kms away from the centre so that didn’t bother us. Just not a place to walk around unless going out to find food.

• Stallings (10/5): A lucky find in Barcelona! Great place to stay. We loved it. - Fantastic place, this little place was such a surprise! The staff is friendly and so detail oriented. Everything from fresh pastries, free juice and water to the little details like dental kits, individual soaps, and shower slippers. There was nothing missing! My wife and I travel frequently and Warm Harbor was as good or better as any Airbnb we’ve encountered in terms of comfort and far exceeded our expectations. We would recommend to any friend or family member, and would definitely stay again. Nothing negative to say about the property. If you’re driving, parking is difficult, there is no onsite parking. There are parking garages near. If you are driving it’s best to make an online reservation with one park, a nearby garage. It will save a lot of headaches.

Biorąc pod uwagę, że w mieszkaniu były łącznie 4 pokoje, w zależności od ludzi - czasami było głośno.

War der Wunsch nach Reinigung oder ähnlichem da, konnte über WhatsApp miteinander kommuniziert werden. Top! Es gab jeden Morgen eine Frühstückstüte 😊 Mir war die Matratze zu unbequem und hart.

Also at each breakfast we received 2 bakeries per person as bonus. We received coffee, milk, orange juice and water for our stay. Not to forget the clean room and bathroom.

• Augustin (10/5): Excellent séjour à 20 min du centre ville - Très bon séjour au Warm Harbor, à 20/25min du centre ville de Barcelone avec 2 lignes de métro à moins de 5min à pied. Bien situé, le quartier est calme. Très pratique pour aller visite à Barcelone à un budget correct. Le centre ville de Santa Coloma près de l'ayutamiento (mairie) est très mignon avec une vieille ville, des rues pavées, des vieux immeubles. Beaucoup de restaurants espagnols ou sud-américains autour.

• Johannes (9/5): super aangenaam - Mr Tao was zeer hulpvaardig ; iedere ochtend een klein maar voldoende ontbijt klaar staan ; alles was SUPER SCHOON en vrij nieuw; alles werd in het werk gesteld om het ons naar de zin te maken ; 10 minuten lopen en we waren bij de metro van waaruit we de stad konden bezoeken. echt een aanrader als uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen en niet te vergeten : wat een heerlijke douche ! Het was een beetje koud op de gezamenlijke woonkamer maar dat zal vanaf eind april geen probleem zijn en je bent daar ook niet zo lang maar wel netjes !!

W okolicy dużo małych sklepów i restauracji z azjatycką kuchnią. Obsługa jest na najwyższym poziomie, gospodarz jest uprzejmy i dobrze o nas dbał. Dostawaliśmy codziennie rano małe śniadanie czekające na nas w kuchni <3 Do dyspozycji mieliśmy dwuosobowy pokój z balkonem.

They even provided unopened house slippers, small toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoos — all brand new. The owner was very kind and always tried to accommodate us and help in any way he could. Además, nos dieron agua, zumo, leche y algún dulce de bollería en el desayuno sin haberlo pedido y sin que lo cobren. También aportan zapatillas de casa, cepillos de dientes con pasta, gel de ducha y champú. Un lujo. Bien ubicado cerca del metro.

• Marc (8/5): Neu und modern eingerichtet - freundliche Gastgeber, sehr dünne Wände - Die Zimmer sind neu und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war schön, über den großen TV konnten wir mit unserem Account Prime, Netflix und Co. schauen. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss und sprechen kein Englisch, sind aber sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und bemüht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und fußläufig gibt es zwei Metro-Linien, mit denen man nach Barcelona in die Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren kann. Als schöne Überraschung gab es jeden Morgen frische Croissants und anderes Gebäck. Zudem gab es gratis stilles Wasser, das fanden wir klasse! Sehr angenehm war auch die top ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche, in der wir unsere Einkäufe unterbringen konnten, u.a. in dem riesigen Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer sind klein (hat uns aber nicht gestört) und leider hört man quasi jedes Geräusch, das von den Zimmernachbarn kommt (hat uns im Schlaf gestört). Wird dort geduscht oder die Toilettenspülung benutzt, hört man dies so laut, als würde man direkt davor sitzen. Wir hatten Glück, dass unsere Zimmernachbarn ansonsten sehr leise waren, also nicht laut TV schauten oder ähnliches. Barcelona ist eine teure Stadt, trotzdem halten wir in Anbetracht der Lage und der Papp-Wände den Preis für die erhaltenen Leistungen für etwas zu hoch.

• Nadia (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Palazzina di recente ristrutturazione , le camere sono ampie e dotate di bagno privato. Biancheria, ciabatte, spazzolino e prodotti da bagno forniti dall' host. Il letto comodissimo. Comoda la presenza di una cucina ad uso comune dotata di fornetto, microonde, piano cottura e frigorifero (ogni ospite ha un ripiano riservato). L' host fornisce latte, succhi di frutta, acqua e brioches per la colazione. Zhao si è dimostrato fin da subito attento e premuroso verso i propri ospiti. La struttura si trova in zona periferica ma vicina al capolinea Fondo della linea L1 e alla fermata Santa Rosa della linea L9.

Aucune insonorisation. Dès qu’un voisin prend la douche, va aux toilettes, tire la chasse Fais ses besoins. Bruits assourdissants canalisations On est réveillé, il faut attendre que tout le monde soit couché et dorme pour pouvoir dormir entre 1h et 7h du matin.

• Voicu (10/5): The best experience ever - It was magnificant....the property was GREAT, extrem clean, with an outstanding bed. The bathroom was a dream (clean and with a midern design. We can't find the proper words to describe how wonderful it was. We had coffee, milk and juice for free and every morning fresh croissants from the bakery. Každé ráno na nás čekala snídaně v podobě pečiva. Dostupná je také voda a džus. Budova je dál od cetra, ale v okolí máte dvě stanice metra a autobusy. Na ubytování vede bezpečná cesta, kde to v ulicích žije. 5 minut od bytu jsou také obchody. Děkujeme za krásný pobyt. Nic
