• Charlotte (10/5): Compact, convenient and comfy place to stay for city break - Very convenient for getting about. Close to restaurants and shops. Very well equipped with everything a couple would need for a few days. Recommend the Balti and the Thai round the corner on Adelaide Terrace. Sadly didn’t get to try the Japanese in the apartment building as not open every day.

• Kirsten (7/5): - Spacious, well equipped. Very good location (especially with the free buses if you’re feeling lazy) With experience it seems to be normal in WA, but disappointing that smoking was also not allowed on the balcony.
• Ann (10/5): Exceptionally comfortable, well equipped and good value apartment in convenient location - The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. All kinds of thoughtful extras were provided - washing powder, condiments, drying racks, a shopping bag, proper sharp knife etc. Conveniently placed and good value. Excellent!! 2 sets of keys would have been handy at times.

Our host was proactive making sure we had all we needed and that everything was to our liking. The apartment is very well equipped. Recycling facilities need to be improved

• Jon (5/5): Passable - The location was quite good for CBD. The apartment was very tired and outdated, and the kitchen was very basic. The fridge was tiny and low for accessibility. Electric cooker, though functional, has seen better days. Nice bathroom. The lift could be quite noisy at times. Not good value for money.

Quiet and spotlessly clean apartment within few minutes walk of Elizabeth Quay, ferries, shops, restaurants, train station (we got the train to visit Fremantle). Many extras provided in kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable large bed, white fluffy towels. Sue was a great host who made us feel very welcome. Nothing, it was all good

Despite being in the east of the CBD, it was quiet at night. Sue was a great host with regular communication and provision of useful information and tips to help us enjoy our first trip to Perth.

• Nicola (10/5): One of the best places we’ve stayed - Brilliant location, sue has thought of everything and more All the added little touches , so many to mention however here’s a few Extra towels, two airers and some pegs, washing powder already there, quite a few grocery items eg, soy sauce, sugar, cordial, 1lt milk in fridge, cold water in fridge, shampoos, conditioners, lots of toilet roll , chocolates, coffee pods etc, etc, etc Can’t say enough about how good the apartment was N/A
• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - Location is excellent, within walking distance for the many bars, restaurants, cafe's, train station etc... very close to Elizabeth quays for boat trips and walks by the river, also free buses to Kings Park The Apt was clean and tidy, the bedroom is nice, and bright with air conditioning, all kitchen facilities provided even the washing powder, the bathroom is lovely, with towels provided. Excellent communication from Sue the owner We felt the living room and kitchen area was dark ,because of where it is situated in the Apt and it needs an update and requires an air conditioning unit., the air condition unit from the next door Apt is kept on the balcony and it made it extremely hot on the balcony when it was on, so we were unable to sit out.

• Virginia (10/5): Enjoyable & Relaxing Stay. - The location is great. Walking distance to CBD and Barrack Street Elizabeth Quay. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is complete with utensils. The bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable. This is our first visit in Perth. All the brochures provided at the desk in Sue's apartment made it easier for us to navigate around Perth. Sue is lovely and very accommodating. She allowed us to have a very early check in and late check out. We really had a very pleasant stay. Can't think of anything.
• Katie (10/5): Amazing Apartment in Central Perth - Amazing apartment in Central Perth. The apartment itself was spacious and spotless, the bed was comfy and all appliances including the aircon worked well. Nice little balcony too and we appreciated the tea, coffee and sweets left for us! It was easy to check in and check out. Chatted a bit with the host too - Sue is very friendly and polite, a great host! The apartment is about a 10 minute walk from Perth station which is great for travelling around the area and it is within walking distance of all the attractions in Central Perth, perfect for wandering. Will be staying here again if I return to Perth! Nothing :)

It was close to the city centre and easy to reach with multiple forms of transport. The facilities were perfect to create your own lunch or dinner. The bed was comfortable and made it possible to get a perfect nights sleep. There is nothing that comes to mind when it comes to anything that I did not like. Everything was great, and comfortable, and made for a great stay.

• Cathy (8/5): Very good - Noise from neighbouring aprtments was very loud. Had a problem with the TV - but believe the aprtment block had the same problem and it wasn't restricted to just ours.

• Kahoosier (9/5): Great Place for a short business trip, would not suggest to a family on vacation. - Centrally Located close to everything downtown with easy access to highways. A great pub just a short walk away. Inner city yet quiet. There is unfortunatley no free or even cheap parking. Close is up for interpretation if you are unused to the heat of summer in Perth.
• Carmel (10/5): A Gem of an apartment in Perth CBD! - The apartment was very clean, comfortable& very central to all the CBD shops, jetties for cruises. There is a really great FREE bus system in central Perth that gives you access to many attractions. Our host, Sue, was very friendly& gave us many tips on places to visit etc. Thank you Sue.
