• Chris (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable in an apartment that was located in the best place. - The apartment could not be better located, central to everything and a short walk to an amazing beach. The patio area is a real bonus with great views of the sea. There could initially have been better communication with the host initially although after that was excellent. Some containers for food storage are needed and also some lamps.

Jedyną rzeczą, która robi robotę temu miejscu to spory taras z niesamowitym widokiem na ocena i plażę!! Poziom czystości w apartamencie byl na słabym poziomie. Widać, że ktoś sprząta, ale bardzo pobieżnie i niedokładnie.
• Alfréd (3/5): The price–value ratio is not acceptable, and the photos are completely misleading. - Location. Everything was very worn out and dirty. The furniture in the apartment is not the same as shown in the photos. The sofa is not suitable for sleeping. The bed linens were dirty.

• Anna Chiara (10/5): - Ho trascorso due giorni meravigliosi in questo appartamento e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente! La pulizia era impeccabile e mi è piaciuta in particolar modo la vista suggestiva del mare dal balcone dell'appartamento. La spiaggia è incantevole e l'acqua cristallina. Inoltre la posizione è eccezionale perché è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Un soggiorno piacevole e da ripetere, tornerò sicuramente!

Nos ha dado todas las facilidades para entrar, y eso que lo avisamos de un momento a otro de nuestra llegada. El apartamento contaba con todas las comodidades (sobre todo la importancia del aire acondicionado). En general muy bien!!!!! Todo estaba bien.
• Wybrig (7/5): Fijn! - De locatie is top. Het bed slaapt heerlijk. De keuken is uitgebreid ingericht. Het terras is fijn en met mooi uitzicht. Je kunt gebruik maken van het zwembad van het complex. Er is een kleine supermarkt dichtbij. En er zijn restaurant in de buurt. Het appartement heeft een airco. De slaapkamer is inpandig.

• Luca Minzoni (5/5): - Ottima posizione in fronte alla spiaggia e vicino ai negozi. La stanza era piccola per 4 persone e non molto pulita. Il divano letto non era fatto e le lenzuola che ho duvuto utilizzare erano sporche. L'appartamento è datato, l'unica camera da letto non ha finestre ed era piena di moscerini.

• Sandra (6/5): Not as expected - Very nice host and beautiful beach right across the street. It wasnt very clean, water was very brown as the water boiler was rusty. Place is worn down, doesn't look like the pictures anymore.

• Dariusz (10/5): Beautiful apartment, amazing host, fabulous place - The apartment is amazing as well as the owner! David is very helpful and kind, trying to do everything to make us happy. The apartment is perfectly clean, well furnished, the beds are comfortable. The terrace is amazing! 3 large sofas, tables, an umbrella, candles make it a perfect place to stay during the day as well as during the evening. It is best in the whole building! We checked from the ninth floor:) The location is perfect- 30 m from the supermarket, all the restaurants and shops are just downstairs but at night it’s very quiet. Finding a parking spot nearby is not a problem. 3 min from one of the most beautiful beaches in Fuerteventura. We can’t wait to come back to David’s little paradise soon🤗 Could have stayed there longer…

The beach deserves the best ratings. You don't even have to fly to the Caribbean to see such beauty. The owner David is very responsive. the apartments have everything you need. The photos are true to reality. Very clean and cozy. We spent an unforgettable vacation. Thank you David for your hospitality

• Liam (9/5): We enjoyed relaxing two weeks in close proximity to the sea and beside a range of services - We have stayed in a number of apartments in the Palm Garden complex and this was our best experience. The balcony furniture was a bonus.
• Josephine (10/5): Wonderful Stay - From the moment of booking David was such an excellent host full of helpful information and he gave lots of dining recommendations which turned out to be excellent he quick to answer any query I had. The property itself was so lovely to stay in and perfectly situated for the beach and the old town. It's a short few minutes stroll across to the beach and a leisurely 20 min stroll along a purpose built walkway overlooking the beach into the town of Morro Jable full of beautiful restaurants and shops. The Appartment is very well equipped with everything you need from a kettle to a hairdryer everything is very thoughtfully provided. It is beautifully decorated, very well equipped and with a fully furnished terrace which overlooks the beach - lovely to sit out on after dinner with a glass of wine. Air conditioning makes it so comfortable when temperatures rise. There is a lovely pool with friendly staff in the complex. There is a mini market with everything you might need just downstairs though David provides all the basics such as soap, dushwashing liquid etc which was a lovely touch. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes very close by. The Appartment was cleaned to a very high standard and was spotless when we arrived in fact the complex itself is also very clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation recommending this beautiful Appartment! We loved everything about it
• David (2/5): Looks nicer on the pictures than in reality - Host quite responsive The pictures look nicer than in reality. Several things broken (shower door, bed) which is not acceptable for the price. Shower could also be a bit cleaner (fungus in the corner), couch and furniture seemed quite dirty with spots. Location is in an area of mass tourism which is not to our liking but that depends on what you are looking for.
• Aleks (10/5): It's a pity that my holidays are ending, I would stay longer. - Very good location: from the balcony, you could see family members on the beach. Every morning it was convenient to run out for a run right on the seashore, bypassing the streets with cars and people. Very short walk and quick access to everything you need (municipal parking, shops, restaurants, bus stops). Everything you need is here in this apartment. When I booked in January there was no internet and I was having problems with my wife, but by the time we arrived David had already done everything and we had very good internet and Smart TV. David is very polite and caring, does everything right and responds to requests: I asked him for 2 hours late check-out and he let me stay longer for 2 DAYS, because I arrived 3 days later after my father's funeral (it was impossible to use with my flight but I was really touched by his offer). Some vacationers who use someone else's property do not always take care of it as their own.
