• Margarita (8/5): - Лесна локация с всичко необходимо наоколо. Плащането с карта беше проблем и се наложи да търся банкомат дълго време,наблизо няма такъв.

• Margarita (8/5): - Много добро местоположение,в близост до Била,Кауфланд,Лидъл и центръра на града.Наблизо има автобусна спирка,както и Автогарата е на 10 мин.пеш. Не можах да платя с карта,устройството не работеше,а наблизо няма банкомат.Единственият банкомат е пред сградата на ОББ!

• Stanislav (3/5): Разочароващо - Топ локация. На 10 мин автогарата и на 5 от центъра. Хотелът е без асансьор и бях на четвъртия етаж. Това беше доста неприятно. Стаята донякъде отговаряше на описанията и снимките. Беше тясна, с различно разположение на мебелите и предвид факта, че беше на последния етаж, в половината от нея трябва да си приклекнал. Банята беше тясна и място за душ (и душ) нямаше. Имаше закачена слушалка за мивката (която пък беше и счупена). Телевизора не беше flat screen и с ужасно качество на картината. Гледка към планината също нямаше. Гледах към сгради, ако изобщо можеш да видя нещо, защото таванския прозорец се отваряше само няколко сантиметра. В стаята имаше един голям шкаф на стената, който явно никога не е отварян за почистване, защото в него намерих и две умрели буболечки. Като цяло не изглежда приветливо и чисто място.

• Guest (8/5): Спокойно и приятно място - Местоположението е удобно в близост до центъра на града и в същото време малко шумно от близка главна улица. Гледката на срутената сграда под балкона не е привлекателна, но разбирам, че това не зависи от фирмата.

• Mihaela (10/5): It was fine for one night stay on a budget. - The location, the staff was friendly and polite. The building and the facilities are a bit old, definitely need refurbishment. It could be more clean.

• Hristo (5/5): it's just ok. - Price is on a lower side! Location is good. If you need cheap place for the night - it is perfect for the job! If you are ok to spend a little bit more, and not to be in the city centre - there is better value proposals in the town. Only one power plug in the room. It is not exceptionally clean, but it is acceptable. View from the terrace is no-no.

• Oana (5/5): One-night sleep over on the way home... - It was a one-night stay on our road back home. The hotel was clean but definitely needs renovation. A strong smell of cigarettes. All pipes were leaking, leaving wet marks and a mold smell besides the cigarettes' smell. No breakfast.

• Píter (9/5): Superb - The hotel had a restaurant with an independent operator, the chef spoke fluent English and made a delicious dinner. It is highly recommended to have dinner there as well Difficult to park the car in front of the hotel

• Martin (1/5): Bad - The lady on the reception was very friendly and polite! The room had bedbugs! We tried to solve the issue directly with the hotel, but ot only were they not interested in offering a solution, but they also blamed us for the issue. Even the manager was not customer friendly enough to ease the situation. Absolutely disappointing experience. I will not recommend the hotel to other people.

We will be using this hotel a - The room was a good size, with a dinning table and 2x sofas! so we could work, relax and sleep all in one room! Some residents were smoking in their rooms and the smell was very strong at night
