• nick (9/5): Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. - Sehr gute Lage, große Junior Suite mit Balkon. Es war sehr gemütlich und sauber, daß Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich würde es wieder Buchen.

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic hotel to visit Karlovy Vary from. - The room space was unbelievable and the furnishings were very comfortable. Breakfast was largely good but chicken wings instead of bacon on one morning? The outside restaurant served us 2 gorgeous plates on arrival. Unfortunately some facilities had been closed for a long while and that was not disclosed. It accepted cash in the bars only but luckily were able to charge to our room. The bill was presented in Euros but the card machine only accepted CZK. Happily my FsirFX card could cope with that. Obviously not negative on the hotel BUT….. The cash machine opposite the hotel charges CZK185 for withdrawing CZK1000!! Beware. I am not sure if any others were cheaper. Beware dodgy taxi drivers if you come in on the train - ours overrode the meter and charged us CZK400 for a CZK200 MAX trip. That was the amount we were charged for the reverse journey when leaving. Be sure that you have the right station when leaving.
• Florian (10/5): Zentral gelegenes & schönes Hotel - Sehr freundliches Personal und saubere, schöne Zimmer. Durch die Nähe zur zentralen Bushaltestelle ist Hotel ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten. Leider war die richtig heiße Sauna defekt. So mussten wir uns eine andere Sauna suchen.

Das Hotel wollte noch einmal den Aufenthalt bezahlt haben obwohl schon alles über bookin.com bezahlt war . Der Safe funktionierte überhaupt nicht und die Karte für Fahrstuhl und Zimmertür hatte immer wieder Aussetzer.Obwohl ich meinen 70. Geburtstag wurde das nicht bemerkt. Habe bessere Erfahrung in Hotels gemacht die viel günstiger waren.

• Peter (1/5): Eine Sterne Bewertung ist leider nicht möglich, ein Stern wäre schon zu viel - Die Stadt Karlsbad, das Hotel ist eine "Zumutung" Das Zimmer in dem Hotel, Keine "Anwendungen" im Spa Bereich möglich... Frühstücksraum ungeeignet, zu eng.... Frühstücksangebot äußerst mangelhaft Mangelhafter service beim ein- und auschecken Vergleich erfolgte mit früheren Aufenthalten (2025;2024)in anderen Hotels dieser Stadt.

• Guntram (9/5): Gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, moderater Parkplatzpreis im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels. Trotz Hinweissschildern waren wir fast die Einzigen die sich im Saunabereich an Hygiene -und Bekleidungsregeln gehalten haben.
• Gerhardus (5/5): Niets weer zo’n boeking!!! - Het is een Hotel waar ook honden zijn toegestaan. Maar het reinigen met de vloeistof die ze gebruiken is verschrikkelijk je kunt er niet in slapen van de scherpe stank !! De arrogantie van de man aan de receptie was niet vriendelijk!

• S. Lange (9/5): Wunderbar, wir werden wiederkommen! - Unser Aufenthalt im Grandhotel Ambassador Národní Dům war sehr schön. Das Frühstück großzügig und vielfältig. Jeden Tag gab es andere warme Speisen. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu den Termalquellen, auch zum Wald. Unser Hund wurde freundlich bedacht. Das Zimmer war groß, neues Bad und herausragende Betten. Ein Parkplatz kann dazugebucht werden.

• Christian (8/5): - Die teilweise Kritik „abgewohnt“ kann ich nicht verstehen. Natürlich gibt’s Patina, aber auf durchaus charmante Art, das Knarzen der Eingangstür z.B. Zimmer/Bad sehr sauber. Lage perfekt mit günstigem Parkplatz (10 €/Tag). Freundlicher Empfang. Im Lokal lässt sich gemütlich ein Pilsner genießen. Halb so wild: Frühstücksraum könnte gemütlicher - sprich geräumiger - sein.
• Arnaud (4/5): Night club privilégié au détriment du repos des clients - La situation et le bâtiment Des soirées étaient organisées dans un night-club au sous-sol de l’hôtel. Impossible de dormir avant la fin à 2h du matin, même avec des bouchons d’oreille, les basses de la musique électronique faisaient trembler nos lits. Lorsque nous sommes allés nous plaindre à la réception, les membres du personnel nous ont dit qu’ils étaient au courant, que ce n’était pas normal mais qu’ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Absolument rien n’a été pris en charge ou proposé. Nous avons été hallucinés par ce manque de professionnalisme dans un hôtel qui nous a coûté 300 euros/nuit. En plus de cela, les lits n’étaient pas confortables.

• Michaela Kaplan (6/5): - Poloha uprostřed města. Parkování, které nebylo absolutně udržované- neodklizený sníh a skoro nemožné zaparkovat. Při příchodu na recepci milý pan recepční. Bohužel chlapec, portýr, zabořen hlavou do mobilu a hrál hry, ani nepozdravil a na zákazníky se nepodíval. Velmi neprofesionální přístup takového zaměstnance.

• Martin (6/5): - Poloha hotelu, vstřícný přístup na recepci. Hotel ztrácí glanc, snídaně jak ve tříhvězdičkovém hotelu a na maturitním plese 9.1.2025 nebylo možné dostat účtenku. Děti volali rodičům, že není možné platit kartou. Bohemia Brut přirážka 450% a není možné vystavit účtenku je s údivem. Nás stůl, útrata 5.000 kč a ani ta ručně vypsaná na stole nezůstala i když jsem o to výslovně žádal. Hostů bylo tak 600. To je ta šedá ekonomika, co o ní mluví paní Schillerová.
• Claudia (8/5): - Unsere Ecksuite war sehr geräumig, mit schöner Farbgestaltung und gut ausgeststtetem Bädern. Die gebuchte Silvester Veranstaltung in dem wunderschönen Ballsaal war traumhaft. Die Hilfe und die Informationen der Rezeption beii der Parksituation und über Zufahrtsmöglichkeiten zum Hotel war völlig unzureichend und unmotiviert. Es gab auch keinerlei Hilfe beim Gepäck.

• Dennis (8/5): Solides Wellnesshotel in der Innenstadt - -Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. -Parkplatz gegen Aufpreis direkt hinter dem Hotel vorhanden. - Sauberkeit sehr gut, Bad ganz neu -Wellnessbereich ganz neu renoviert -Zimmer sehr überheizt und nicht weit genug herunter regelbar. Man musste immer wieder Fenster öffnen, dass die Temperatur angenehm war. -Mobilliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen. -Nur weenig TV Sender, kein Smart-TV

• Martin (8/5): - Izba čistá, voňavá. Personál maximálne ochotní a nápomocní. Ozaj ten personál 10/10. Raňajky skvelé a obedy taktiež. Wellness taktiež pekne zariadený. Mali sme dvojúrovňovú suitu a je ozaj priestranná. Bohužiaľ boli sme tam s malým dieťaťom a bola tam dosť zima aj nám nie len malému a mali sme pocit, že na chodbe bolo teplejšie :( Inak bolo skvelo ozaj blízko všade.

• Michael (8/5): Kommen wieder :) - Die Lage ist echt top. Parkplätze in der Stadt. Sehr freundliches personal. Der Frühstücksraum könnte etwas größer sein. Wird sehr schnell ziemlich voll und man muss eng an den Tischen vorbeilaufen.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr saubere und besonders gut duftende Hotelzimmer. Schöner Wellness-Bereich. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. -
