Mark (9/5): Amiable staff, nice pool and hotel grounds. - It was a simple room and a little crowded, but we had five people staying in three beds and it is understandable. The grounds were very nice with a good pool and restaurant area. Some other guests were having a 15th birthday party for a girl (a significant event in Colombia) and kindly invited me to join them - I had a nice punch and piece of cake. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Colombian's are some of the most accommodating and gracious people I've encountered in my travels to 60 countries. The bathroom was cramped for me. It was certainly tolerable. They didn't provide enough towels for everyone but we had our own and didn't bother to request more. I'm sure they would have been provided. So, these things were merely inconveniences.
