• Jacqueline (10/5): Cute home away from home right within the action - It felt like a home away from home. Monica was really helpful and provided detailed information before and during the trip. Super quiet within the apartment even though it is right in the middle of everything. Good kitchen facilities and spacious throughout. The only thing we struggled with was the stairs. It was only the (Italian) second floor and this is fine for me but I was travelling with my 71 year old mother so she found it slightly challenging.

• William (10/5): Location, location, location!!! - Monica was extremely helpful and thoughtful with pre-arrival information. There weren’t any surprises. It is a small and cozy apartment with easy access to all of Venice. The air con was limited in ability to cool all rooms - and Monica advised us as much. Then there was a long period of extreme heat before and while we were in Venice. The apartment has small portable fans which helped a bit. When next in Venice, we’ll hope to book this apartment again! One person in our party thinks there is something in the apartment (maybe the sofa?) that triggered allergies, making the stay more difficult for them. Venice is a damp city, so addressing molds or mildew will be a challenge. The others in our group didn’t have troubles with allergies.

• Koray (10/5): Good decision - Monica is a good host. She always text me and mert me at the city to give the keys. The house is near the everywhere. Actıally Venice is a very small city. House, beds, linens were clean. Also the size of the house is efficient. The apartment is very old and humid. Actually it is normal for Venice city center. It would be better if there were flyswatter at the windows for the mosquitos.
• Ronald (8/5): Characterful upper floor older apartment in the heart of a unique city. - Great location. Full of character. Comfortable for us. When you look out of any of the windows you are reminded that you are in a special and unique city and the apartment reflects this. Look in the distance from the window in the well equipped kitchen and you can see Gondolas passing at the end of old passageway! Probably time to replace that tricky door lock?
• Arnaud (9/5): Perfect stay for a family of 3. - Fantastic location: so close to everything, minutes from the vaporetto at Rialto, or from San Marco Plazza for sightseeing. Supermarkets and bakery close by. Amazing hosts: Very easy communication with Monica, through Whattsapp. Immediate reaction to help us and replace one non functionning appliance.# Beautiful appartment: In an old building, in a lively neighborhhod during the day, but very quiet during the night. The appartement is very charming, it sometimes shows its age (low water pressure for example), but to me it adds to its charm!). Kitchen fully equiped. Beds very confortable. Because it is an old building, there is some limitations inherent to the building. Water pressure in the bathroom is low, some rooms are rather small (the second bedroom is appropriate for 2 kids, but not for 2 adults, bathroom a little bit small), you can hear sometimes the neighboors music (they are however very respectfull and never made a noise passed 9pm). However nothing bothered us, and the appartment is totally as advertised.

• Sofia (7/5): Good stay! - Sympathy of the hosts. The main entrance of the building doesn’t appear in the pictures so we got surprised by the look of the main entrance (it doesn’t look good). Besides that, everything good!
• Sacco (10/5): I wish we had a longer stay - Everything. Location was great. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Monica was amazing and very helpful. She went above expectations.
• Emma (8/5): Exactly what we needed! - Really lovely hosts and a brilliant, central location. The lock to the front door of the apartment was a little tricky, but we worked it out in the end.
• Lisa (8/5): We were welcomed by the hosts as we arrived via the river boats, they showed us to the apartment and gave us all the inf - The location was excellent, 2 minute walk to San Marco Square.
• Jomir (10/5): Superb hosts, superb apartment - Monica and Alberto are fantastic hosts; they waited for us at the ferry station when we got lost. The apartment is superb and very clean. It kept the old features of the Venetian buildings, with wood beams, but the structure is very modern. You have everything you need in the flat. In the kitchen, there are pots, pans, cutleries, kettle, microvawe and hob. In the bathroom, there are impeccable white towels, soap and shower gel. The shower room is big enough. The rooms have white cotton sheets, 2 sets of pillows and we had the best sleep. We loved everything about the apartment! Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely come back. Not applicable
