Harsha (8/5): Best place to enjoy with friends and have a break - The location is exceptionally amazing for this resort and there's restaurant was right by the side of lake you will have very good experience in this property The only thing I didn't like is there is no kitchen available in the cottage and for who are planning to visit in group try to book from the 2nd cottage the 1st cottage is not that much good
Joralf (4/5): Praktisch, aber unangenehm - Man konnte schlafen, duschen, Wäsche waschen Man bekommt nicht, was auf dem Foto versprochen wird, russisch ist Pflicht, keine Küchenausstattung, Restaurantbesuch ist quasi Pflicht (sehr schlecht bewertet), generelles Unbehangen an diesem Ort, Tür schließt nur sehr schwer, wird fast eingetreten, wenn es uneinstimmigkeiten gibt. Duschbecken rostet, kein WLAN, keine Jalousie/kaputte Jalousie, unbequeme Betten
Mariya (8/5): - Чистота домика. чистое постельное белье,принадлежности для ванны, расположение. В ресторане ребята очень стараются обслужить всех гостей. Красивый вид на Севан из ресторана. На пляж нужно идти через ресторан. Мангальная зона располагалась вдоль основной дорожки, ресторан очень популярный, гостей много. Из-за этого складывалось впечатление, что на нас очень много внимания обращали.

Nadezhda (1/5): Пожалели, что приехали. - Отличное расположение, вкусная еда в ресторане Данное место заслуживает единицу только за расположение. Приехали двумя семьями, было забронировано два коттеджа. Нам сказали, что второе бронирование в системе не отобразилось и предложили домик по стоимости дороже, чем был забронирован предыдущий коттедж. Никаких извинений не принесли, как будто мы сами были виноваты, что в системе что-то пошло не так. Когда мы сказали, что не готовы снимать дом за такую стоимость, менеджер сделала максимально недовольное лицо и сказала, что они нам и так делают скидку и отдают этот дом дешевле, чем есть. Выбора не было, долго ехали, решили остаться. Никакой компенсации не получили, а только переплатили деньги за домик. После решили сходить в ресторан, сели за столик рядом с водой. Сначала сказали, что столик свободен. Через 5 минут подошла другая официантка и сказала, что стол занят, хотя никаких обозначений не было. Подозреваю, что ей дали хорошие чаевые, чтобы она подобрала столик рядом с водой. Еда была вкусной, но значительно дороже, чем в других хороших ресторанах Армении. Счет ждали минут 15, в итоге пошли сами расплатиться. До трех часов ночи везде вокруг играла громкая музыка, домики будто бумажные, было ощущение, что дискотека прямо в нашем номер.
