• McGraw (9/5): Nice property in a nice part of Milan. - Beautiful old property with lots of space. Our trip was delayed in a big way so we were only there about 16 hours. I really wish we had more time to explore the area. The air conditioning was not really cooling the apartment down very well. The television remote was missing. Kids downloaded the fire tv app to work the tv.
• Laura (1/5): We don't suggest this apartment. Too expensive, broken, poor customer service and bad attitude - The location was good. The apartment was big with lots of bathrooms. The property host never showed up when we had problems even after multiple messages on whatsapp. It was July and one of the bedrooms didn't have working AC. We found out when we complained that it had been broken for the past two weeks and nobody ever told us. The hosts reply, thank goodness it is not too hot... One of the en-suite bathrooms was broken by the previous host, they told us on the day of arrival but we thought it was broken long before. When we asked to have it fixed they told us that we had other bathrooms we could use...One other bathroom didn't have any working light in it. The bedroom with the ceiling window didn't have any blinds and the window was right on top of the bed, so sunlight would shine right on the people sleeping there. We asked them repeatedly to have the issues fixed but they never came by or attempted to fix the issues, not even the light bulb. One of the days we were there the bellman downstairs told us that they were renting this apartment illegally and that the building didn't allow airbnb's as per condominium rules...that was embarrassing to complain to us. The hosts offered to repay us 250 Euro after we insisted that they needed to do something, however they asked us to confirm that we wouldn't put any bad reviews online. I told them they should do the right thing. Since I told them not to threat us, they never reimbursed us the money.
• Luke (5/5): Great, spacious apartment, close to shops and owners very helpful and accessible. - The location of the premises was in a central part of Milan which was very convenient to get out, travel and get to shops. The owners were, helpful and accessible which was appreciated. The apartment had plenty of space, felt very safe & secure + had 5 bathrooms, so privacy for family or friends. A bit clearer on the description or explanation about where the apartment was located would be helpful for travellers. Yes there is a lift but very small (1 person + 1 large suitcase), then once you get to level 3 in the lift you need to carry bags up through a very narrow, steep stairwell to level 4. The kitchen utensils need an update - I.e. only one wine glass, the water seemed to produce this white sludge, so we had to cook everything with bottled water, the lighting in the bathroom in lounge area basically has zero lighting so couldn’t use it, shower in main bedroom is so tiny was only usable by the kids.

Siamo stati 3 ore fuori senza aver ricevuto il codice pin di sblocco per ritirare le chiavi. Solo perché siamo arrivati in ritardo per l’accesso, nonostante avessimo fatto il Ceck in in Line

• carolina (6/5): - La ubicacion a 10/15 min del duomo La amplitud del apartamento El.edificio es muy bonit9 El check in, nos dejaron las llaves en una key box fuera del edificio en pleno invierno llegando de noche Si tienen problemas de movilidad no es su sitio... hay escalones para llegar al ascensor (3/4) desde donde te deja el ascensor al apartamento (unos 15 peldaños) y dentro del apartamento en si El apartamento esta decorado con gusto pero no se le ha hecho un mantenimiento, luces que no funcionan (muchas, salon, baño de la parte de abajo, baño del.salon), alfombras levantadas o desgastadas q suponen un riesgo de tropezar y caida, fundas de sillones que les hace falta una pasada por la lavadora... el grifo del baño de la habitacion de matrimonio solo echa agua por la parte de arriba, tuvimos que hacer un apaño para poder usar la alcachofa y no mojarnos el pelo. Los colgadores dd algunos sitios no se podian usar porque se caian La calefaccion en la parte de arriba no funcionaba o no supimos encenderla, wn la parte de abajo si que estaba encendido en la habitacion (no asi en el baño) cuando llegamos por la noche... escribimos el sabado a primera hora y nos fuimos hoy igual sin calefaccion.

• Roj (7/5): - It had a huge space very comfortable. Amazing for families. Very clean. Location was also good. A big nice park infront of the apartment. Lift was very small for those who have many luggage’s you need to do it in few rounds. It was not possible to get in before the checkin time. We arrived earlier few hours and had to stay outside.

• Mary (4/5): Overall disappointing. Would not return there or recommend to a friend - Location and Space Air Con not working properly Lock on apartment door not working at all. Could not lock the apartment when leaving. One toilet not working No hot water. Despite being contacted several times the management company did nothing to help us out until the last day. Too little too late and no telephone calls whatsoever. The only communication was on the booking com messaging service.

• A. S. Aljuhaiman (2/5): Bad Maintenance - Thev apprtment is Spacious. Location is good. 1- When you flush the toilet, sewage water comes out in the bath tub. Bad smell. Bad plumbing, lots of leaks in every bathroom. 3- Dishbwasher not working. 4- Elevator gos only to the third floor, and you have to curry your bags on stairs up to the fourth floor. 5- One bedroom's air condition was not working, it turned out it needed to be replaced, but Lux Penthous apt managment didnot want to spend the money. What is wors is that they kept lying to me and pretended that they will fix it, but never had any intension of doing so. 6- Property managment don't answer the phone number, they only comunicate useing WhatsApp, I asked them to call me so I can talk to them and find out when they wouldvfix the pluming and Air Condition, but they kept sending me whats app text.
• Marcel (10/5): Great value for money! - The Appartment was a perfect stay for a group of 6 in Milan, close to city Centre. Everything is nearby and street is quiet. Nothing really to dislike.

One of the bathrooms smelled bad and the wifi was not great. However, the host reached out to me for feedback and promised to work on it. I hope they do because the apartment is great.

The appartement was very nice, except that in the kitchen there were not enough plates, cups, etc for our group. Maybe mention there's no air condition in the apartment.

• Federico (6/5): Very nice apartment in a perfect location but very bad experience due to the terrible noises of a disco nearby - very nice and clean apartment. perfect location unfortunately We couldn't sleep all night due to loud music in the neighborhood until after 6am. It was like having a disco in the apartment
