- Monika (1/5): Ten cuidado y evita este sitio - En lugar de la habitación que se muestra en las fotos, me metieron en un cubículo sin ventanas donde no había una ventilación adecuada y el aire acondicionado que había no funcionaba. Además, mientras me duchaba, solo salía agua helada. La dueña dificulta el acceso al apartamento. Mientras le explicaba la situación de la otra habitación, empezó a gritarme y a amenazarme con llamar a la policía, aunque yo ni siquiera alcé la voz. Después, me bloqueó en WhatsApp y me amenazó. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie, a pesar de que ya me había alojado aquí antes y reservé la misma habitación. He visto opiniones en otras plataformas que a otros huéspedes les ha ocurrido lo mismo que a mí.

I would def will be staying again if the price is good. Once you checkin you need to use an app for it, because they give you the access before with a web app.

They state that some room don‘t have windows, but you don’t know which room you’re gonna get. The room offered the bare minimum. The bed sheets were stained and there was no remote control for the AC when I arrived. Charging this much for this room is not right in my opinion.

Limpeza e conforto do quarto e também isolamento acústico das aberturas. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O banheiro fica fora do quarto e o fechamento da porta está estragado. Também é muito pequeno e desconfortável. O chuveiro não tem muita pressão. O acesso foi difícil no primeiro dia porque as instruções não foram claras e o interfone é bem confuso.

Un baño con un calefacción que pierde agua y le pusieron un recipiente en vez de arreglarlo por lo que el ruido de la gota es molesto. L'équipement de la chambre et salle de bain pourrait être amélioré (étagère, patères..) et surtout attention à ce qui est cassé à bien remplacer ex rideaux manquants et porte salle de bain qui ne ferme plus. La salle de bain est un peu étroite.

There was almost no water in the shower, took me 20 minutes to shower quick. Couldnt close the door properly to the room. The room got all light inside so you couldnt sleep as it was too much light. I asked for an iron the first day, never got one even though they confirmed to receive one. I got 10 emails when I checked in online before.

- Chima (6/5): Not quite ideal - The location is quite central, which is a big advantage. Just a 5-6 minute walk to Tribunal metro makes it really convenient. It’s also situated on a busy street lined with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs nearby. Plus, the internet connectivity was reliable. First, gaining access to the property was incredibly frustrating. Locating the entrance was difficult, and it took approximately 20 minutes to get inside because the host was unresponsive to communication. Inside, the space felt like a box—there were no windows, resulting in a complete absence of ventilation. The cleanliness was often neglected, and the bathroom water remained pooled on the floor because there was no airflow to help dry it. Additionally, I lost track of time because the room lacked windows and natural light, making it impossible to tell morning from evening.

- CRISTINA (1/5): La peor experiencia de alojamiento en Madrid - La peor experiencia de alojamiento en Madrid. Por motivos de trabajo me alojé tres noches: 9, 10 y 11 de marzo. La primera noche me alojaron en un dormitorio sin ventanas ni salidas de ventilación. La única salida era la puerta del dormitorio, que además era de cristal y no permitía que la alcoba quedase completamente a oscuras para dormir. Dudo que ese habitáculo pueda considerarse seguro en caso de incendio, puesto que no ofrece salida alternativa. Además el lavabo tenía una fuga. Al día siguiente pedí que me cambiasen de habitación por la fuga. La propietaria me dijo que no había ninguna fuga (pese a que le envié foto del desagüe salido de su sitio) pero que, no obstante me cambiaba a una habitación que ella denominaba "de categoría superior" sin coste por mi parte. La nueva habitación era más grande y con balcón, pero no tenía baño integrado sino que había que utilizar el del pasillo, con su llave correspondiente, lo que me resultó muy incómodo. Posteriormente, revisando comentarios anteriores en esta página, he visto que otro viajero ya había avisado de la fuga en febrero. Lo peor fue el trato telefónico con la propietaria. Fue verdaderamente desagradable. Le pedí que me enviara la factura a mi correo electrónico y cuando llegó observé que había un error y ponía que había un cargo pendiente por el cambio de habitación. Por teléfono me dijo que aunque la factura lo reflejara no me iban a pasar el cargo. Le expliqué que necesitaba que en la factura apareciese el precio que había contratado por Booking y que ya estaba pagado, puesto que tenía que presentar ese documento para que me reintegrasen los gastos en mi trabajo. A partir de ese momento la conversación se volvió muy agresiva por su parte e incluso me dijo que no tenía obligación de darme factura porque no son un hostal sino una vivienda particular que alquila habitaciones. Llegó a amenazarme con expulsarme por "problemática" alegando su derecho de admisión. Finalmente decidí terminar con la conversación y a partir de ese momento toda comunicación la realicé por booking, solicitando mediante mensaje en la plataforma, que me enviase la factura. Finalmente me la envió con los cargos correctos.

The bathroom of the room 1 is private which is nice but the door is not easily sliding. It's very small but it works well, and again, it's nice that you don't have to share it.

- Mariana (8/5): Excelente ubicación en Fuencarral para breve estancia - La ubicación y el trato del personal, siempre muy dedicados. Lugar silencioso, habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, bonita decoración, ventanas con aislación termoacústica. Si bien no las usé, tenía cocina con microondas, café, té, etc de cortesía y lavadora que en muchas instancias te salvan! Al comienzo de la estadía el método de check in y la forma de apertura de la puerta me parecieron un poco engorrosos pero tuve comunicación e indicaciones en tiempo real que ayudaron a resolverlo. Gracias por ello! La habitación estaba muy bien, excepto que al no tener ventana parecía un búnquer. Posteriormente y lamentablemente para desgracia del lugar, hubo una fuga de agua en el baño mientras no estaba y cuando me avisaron de lo sucedido, me ofrecieron un cambio de habitación ni bien se liberase otra. Me cambiaron para una mejor pero el baño estaba fuera de ella. Ahí te das cuenta que en la vida no todo es perfecto jajaja. Excepto eso. Todo muy bien.

- augusta (1/5): DON’T STAY AT URBAN ROOMS FUENCARRAL UNLESS YOU WANT BEDBUGS!! - I strongly advise avoiding Urban Rooms. My stay was extremely unpleasant and unsafe. 1. I was bitten by bed bugs (in room 3), which my doctor has since confirmed and prescribed treatment for. 2. The air conditioning did not work, not only was it broken but it was dangerous, with sparks coming from the socket.. 3. To make matters worse, I witnessed the owner screaming of other guests making me (and others) very uncomfortable. I reported these issues, to the host, but they were not addressed properly. No one should have to deal with health risks and poor standards like this. Please think carefully before booking here.
- Krisandra Gomes (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE - It was a horrible experience because of the host If I could give this place -100 I would.Not only is the landlady racist ,rude and impolite.She is soo creepy! she entered our room to check (not clean cause the towels weren't changed and the room wasn't clean) and yells at us to say the room Aircon was left on while we were out to grab a coffee.There's no ventilation in the bathroom so the room is musty and the air quality in Madrid was making us sick hence we left the fan on .There is no sense of privacy how do you enter a guest's room to check while they are using it .She told us off for using a washing machine that has been advertised on booking.com after we checked with the woman who let us in who told us we can use it .We got locked out of the apartment and she yelled at us for 'breaking her door' which she managed to 'fix' after making us wait for two hours .Don't book your stay here honestly it's not worth the mental trauma I regret not checking google reviews sooner. Read the other reviews too she is rude and dismissive and blames others ,10 people cannot be lying.

- Natalia (1/5): MUY CUTRE Y NADA RECOMENDABLE - Nada Me dieron una habitación INTERIOR SIN VENTANA según las fotos ( con ventana), y en la reserva no se especificaba cuál en concreto era la alquilada. Al recibir la confirmación, las características que ponía eran las generales (wifi, TV etc) y al final del mensaje, fuera de las características de la habitación que estaba alquilando ponía de forma general y en letra pequeña que la núm 3 y 4 eran interiores, sin más, no que la que estaba alquilando era la interior. Cuando llegué, además de que no había nadie para darnos las llaves, nos llevamos la sorpresa. Además la TV solo cogía los canales 4 y 5. No había sábana para taparse solo un nórdico en plena ola de calor, el espejo del baño estaba descolgado y chocaba con el grifo, lo dicho MUY CUTRE.

En la descripción de la habitación leí "habitación doble con baño privado", que es lo que ponía en el título, pero en realidad, el baño estaba fuera de la habitación (en el pasillo). No leí la descripción de la reserva y, sinceramente, eso me molestó. Toallas bastante ásperas y baño demasiado pequeño, a pesar de haberlo visto en fotos. El lavabo es minúsculo y el espacio para moverte es limitadísimo. Muy básico todo.
