• Ольга (10/5): - Гарні апартаменти для відпочинку на Тенерифе. Апартаменти нам загалом дуже сподобались - затишні, чисті та добре облаштовані. Є все необхідне для приготування їжі (навидь терка та гейзерна кавоварка). Також приємний бонусом були пляжні рушники і парасолька. Варто зазначити, що не потрібно розраховувати на наявність олії, спецій та інших дрібниць, які показані на фото. Але це не проблема, бо усе легко і недорого можна купити в найближчих магазинах. Розташування чудове - поруч є безкоштовна парковка (ми були у квітні, місяця завжди були вільні). Басейн на території навіть кращий, ніж виглядає на фото. Із мінусів - не зачиняється балкон, що може бути не дуже зручно. Також варто врахувати, що ввечері буває трохи (а іноді й не трохи) шумно, бо поруч розташований караоке-бар. Тому для відпочинку з дітками, мабуть, не найкращий варіант, як і для тих, хто чутливий до шуму. Нам, наприклад, це зовсім не заважало. Сама будівля, де розташовані апартаменти потребують косметичного ремонту.

• Tomáš (7/5): Blízká pláž Playa de Troya je super. Tmavý navezený písek. - Blízko na hezké pláže a do Siam Park. Pro cestovatele bez dětí, mnoho míst kde strávit zábavnou noc. Velmi, velmi rušné místo. Běžně do 4. hodiny ranní jsou slyšet okolní diskotéky, takže nejde spát s otevřenými okny. Jednu noc jsem musel použít noise canceling sluchátka. Obytný areál už je velmi zastaralý a nevzhledný.

• Francesco (10/5): INDUBBIAMENTE 10/10 - - Host: Erica è stata super disponibile e di grande supporto durante tutta la nostra permanenza; - Alloggio: Confortevole, pulito e funzionale, affaccio diretto sulla comodissima piscina con zona prendisole; - Posizione: iper strategica, praticamente sul lungo mare con tutto a portata di mano, dai supermarket alla spiaggia senza tralasciare i locali della movida; Un grazie speciale a Erica e la sua collaboratrice per averci accompagnato in questi nostri 5 giorni di Tenerife!! • PG (1/5): Catastrofico - Nada Muy ruidoso por las noches, bares y zona de fiesta al lado, no dejan dormir. Mucho calor en el apartamento y el aire acondicionado roto, cucarachas en el baño. A la piscina no se puede accader ya que tenia llave y no nos la facilitaron y tampoco la llave para el parking. Las zonas comunes súper estropeadas y antiguas.
• Sofia (9/5): Apartamento maravilloso para unos días en Tenerife - La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Nos dejó meter el coche en el parking. El apartamento se encuentra cerca de la playa y la piscina es excelente. Se ubica cercano a una zona de fiesta, el ruido no es extremadamente alto, pero se oye un poco por las noches
• Cairos (1/5): INESPERADO - Lo que más me a gustado es la ubicación la verdad Pues la verdad dice que tiene aire acondicionado mentira está tapado con una bolsa de basura por qué no sirve o no sé por qué tampoco me explicaron muy bien cosa que no te dicen antes de ir con lo cual hemos tenido que dejar las ventas abierta con lo que era imposible dormir por qué hacía un calor y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle después eh ido a coger una toalla para la piscina y cuando e salido y me estaba secando eh visto que estaba llena de pelos vete tú a saber 🤮🤮y ya por último el horno roto ni para hacer una pizza y ya el complejo está un poco abandonado la verdad

Mentre per muoversi sull’isola è necessario averla e la casa ha un grande parcheggio pubblico gratuito di fronte Le dimensioni non sono amplissime ma per 4 persone va più che bene

• Jamie (2/5): Cancel if you can before it’s too late - Apartment was adequate and had everything needed. Terrace was nice to sit on. Pool area was well maintained and very clean The noise from surrounding area was awful in the evening right through to 430am which made sleep near impossible from at least 3-4 surrounding clubs which all competing with each other. There was no wifi which was an issue for my elderly parents who didn’t have roaming. Host was aware but did not let us know and made no attempt to fix it despite saying she would. Two sets of stairs to the property which again not practical for families or infirm. Property isn’t suitable for families, elderly, infirm or couples wishing a relaxing break. Suited to young groups wanting to party. Host was totally indifferent to any issues, made offers that she didn’t keep, said she would call back to fix things and didn’t, wasn’t organised to let us in despite knowing time our flight landed and didn’t let us know any information re check out. • Andrew (3/5): Queried why no Internet connection and owner said would sort next day but didn't. - Property facilities were ok and good large terrace.However NO WiFi as advertised and owner failed to correct Also extremely noisy until 4am due to nightclubs nearby therefore only suitable for partying people.

• Ronan (7/5): Good, but has issues which need to be resolved. - Newly renovated, clean, good location, nice pool. The air conditioning unit was leaking badly so couldnt be used. No air con unit in the bedroom, just the main living space. The washing machine had been removed and its stop valve was leaking badly also.
• Natalia (8/5): Very good - The apartment is clean and newly refreshed. Very spacious, wide shower. Central location, close to shops, transport etc. Central location also makes it loud during the night.

• Martin (9/5): Superb - Very clean apartment. Situated perfectly. Very noisy at night. Sleeping is not possible. There is an English football bar under the balcony and they scream every night until 3 o' clock (until 7 AM in the weekend).

• Smith (10/5): Great location, really nice apartment. We would 100% come back. - Had everything we needed. All in working order and well looked after. The outside of the property has some building work incomplete.
• Ben (7/5): Good - Nice modernly furnished 2 bed apartment with good size balcony. Nothing wrong with the apartment however complex had a lot of unfinished work that looked a mess all around the outside of the rooms , would not go here again with young children , 1st day there after being around the pool for 5 mins we were read the riot act by im gessing the complex manger. Kids were told off for simply jumping in the pool ,then told that - No inflatables were allowed in the pool No jumping or diving in No ball games in pool And no music around the pool , Kids instantly wanted to leave as they weren’t allowed to do anything fun basically , Stayed in apartment for 6 days In Total and never went back to the pool after the first 5 minutes

• Ondrej (8/5): Very nice apartment near city center, clubs and beaches. - Nice apartment with a sunny terrace and a pool. The owner was very helpful, communicative, and supportive. We enjoyed our stay here! Thank you very much. Missing AC, only ceiling fans were available. We saw some palm cockroaches in the apartment (we were informed about them in advance, so no problem ). The opening hours of the pool could be better.
• Hildur (1/5): A terrible experience! - The only thing we liked was that Erika, the host (not owner) was kind in written communications and also until the morning after we arrived, when we complained. After saving for years for this trip, we had a terrible exlerience! The morning after our arrival, very loud renovating projects started in the opposite apartment with use of an extremely noisy brick braeker and constant drilling. There were several workers shouting and carrying bricks or concrete on wheelbarrows or in buckets. At 16.00 they stopped. This first morning we understood why noone was at the pool area, which was not even lit up in the evenings. There were cockroaches flying around in the apartment. The entire maintenance of the building was poor and the approach was untidy. The guests in the apartment next door knew that the construction were expected when they booked with another booking company. On the contrary, Erika did never warn us or give us the opportunity to cancel. Of course it was impossible to tolerate the constant noice and we couldn't use the facilities we had payed for so we left after 2 days which was really traumatizing as it was difficult to find another place to stay with no advance. We we forced to book something much more expencive. The owner immediately agreed to refund some part of the payment, but withheld payment for 5-6 days, or 615 euros. Despite many requests, both him and Booking have not refunded the total amount and they do not even reply! They should rather have payed us extra for all the inconvenience we had. Please also note that you will not be able to sleep at nights because the area is very noisy at nights per se, as the apartment is located near to the Las Veronicas nightclubs!

• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - Erika was very kind and helpful, communication was easy, apartment is very nice and clean, pool also, the location is very convenient both regarding beach access and bus stops, in front of the building there is even a bus stop for free siam park and siam mall bus, supermarkets and restaurants near by.
