Just enter a code, open the door and you have a quiet, spacious, well-equipped apartment in a beautiful and tranquil location. The only thing we would have liked was a place to hang wet towels and beachwear. Just a rail would do.

• Aline (8/5): - Der Vormieter hat in der Unterkunft geraucht. Nach unserer Meldung durften wir dann zum guten Glück in ein anderes Apartment ziehen. Das war schön und gross. Der Gastgeber reagierte sehr schnell, das haben wir geschätzt. Das eigentlich gebuchte Apartment war sehr dunkel und hatte kaum Tageslicht. Wir wären also ohne den Wechsel nicht glücklich gewesen. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr spärlich und nicht sehr einladend. Die Sauberkeit im Aussenbereich müsste zudem verbessert werden. Eine Varietät an Pfannen wäre wünschenswert. Beispielsweise hatte das eine Apartment nur Töpfe, das Andere nur Bratpfannen. Nach dem Check-out habe ich noch 2 Tage lang Nachrichten zum Check-out erhalten, dabei waren wir schon lange nicht mehr vor Ort.

• Antonia (6/5): Für eine Nacht absolut gut. - Gute Lage, tolle Anweisungen vom "Personal". Schöne Anlage. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Gemeisnchaftsfläche war schön, es gab eine Wasserspender. Es gab keine Kaffeefilter für den vorhandenen Kaffee und Kaffeemaschine. Es war recht laut. Der Pool ist mehr Deko als zum schwimmen gedacht, denke ich.

• Nair (4/5): I would recommend this place at all. - They have all the appliances for the stay and soap, shampoo and conditioner for the shower and good location in the centre. No storage, when checked out you can leave the bag there but they are totally visible to everyone. The neighbour music was that loud that looked like it was literally inside the room. Bad WiFi. Ants everywhere on the counter.

• Maëva (10/5): Une très bonne location - Merci aux personnes en charge de l'établissement de nous avoir aidé pour notre arrivée en réservant une navette privée de l'aéroport à la casa ainsi que pour les divers services rendus durant le séjours. Le studio se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel nous permettant de découvrir de plus prêt les rues de la ville. Les supermarchés sont également proches ce qui permet de se ravitailler rapidement. Bref, c'était super ! Il manque quelques ustensiles, mais ce qu'il y a fait l'affaire.
• Tomasz (10/5): No better place than this ! I can Promiste you that ! - Nunca me ha tocado estar en un lugar mejor que este estudio de Edward. Eduardo es un anfitrión sumamente amable que siempre procura tener todo preparado para tu llegada. Las habitaciones están tan limpias que podrías pasar con guantes blancos y no encontrarías ni una pizca de polvo. Las camas son muy cómodas y los televisores son completamente nuevos — incluso muchos hoteles de cinco estrellas no tienen unos así. Todo está perfectamente organizado. La cocina está totalmente equipada: microondas, licuadora, todas las sartenes y todo lo necesario. Hay un baño elegante en el lugar. Siempre preguntan si deseas cambiar las toallas o si necesitas algo — te cuidan como mínimo en un hotel cinco estrellas. Es realmente impresionante. Me sentí excelente allí. Era tranquilo, acogedor y con un ambiente muy hogareño. Eduardo es una persona extraordinaria — desde el primer momento te trata como miembro de su familia aunque no te conozca. Eso fue lo que más me gustó. Estoy muy gratamente sorprendido porque, a pesar de haber viajado mucho, nunca me había sentido tan bien en ningún sitio. Fue mi mejor decisión. Buscando alojamiento en Cancún noté que es el único lugar sin malas opiniones — literalmente el único. En otros siempre encuentras algún defecto, pero aquí no existe. Todo se debe al cariño y la atención que recibes en este lugar. Es muy tranquilo, tiene mesas exteriores, piscina, está cerca de tiendas y a unos 10 minutos de Walmart. Si alguna vez volviera a elegir un lugar en Cancún — solo con Edward. No hay otra opción. Que Dios te bendiga, Eduardo y a toda tu familia. Te agradecemos mucho. Tomasz y Citlaly No me gustó tener que irme, porque quería que las vacaciones duraran toda mi vida, especialmente en este lugar.

Unfreundlicher Manager - zwischendurch gab's kein warmes Wasser und er hat behauptet das Problem wurde schon gelöst obwohl es nicht so war und er mir nicht glauben wollte

Nous avons fait un tour à chichen itza grace a l’affiche sur la porte, il était vraiment bien. L’appartement 5 semble moins lumineux que les autres, c’est le seul point négatif.

Trinkwasser im Foyer zum Befüllen von Flaschen etc. Sehr gute Infos für das Einchecken vorab per E-Mail. Wasserdruck der Toilette unzureichend, so dass das Abziehen zum Teil nicht funktioniert hat. Zimmer ließ sich nicht abschließen, oder ich war zu ungeschickt dafür. Nachts sprang im "Treppenhaus" unregelmäßig eine laute Pumpe an. Kaum Tageslicht im Zimmer - dafür aber gute elektrische Beleuchtung.

Douche avec pression. Climatisation au top..... tv avec Netflix et Amazon prime.... Dans le centre de Cancun, proche du Walmart et des commerces. Personnel très gentil! Très agréable pour se reposer quand on vient de faire un long voyage Il manque une penderie quand on reste quelques jours, c'est dommage car il y a la place... les logements sont spacieux. Un matin, nous avons été réveillé à 6h15 car un couple était dans la mini piscine avec la musique entrain de danser et discuter... cela ne les a pas dérangé de nous réveiller. Ils ont continué...

• Erin (8/5): Good stay but poor communication - The bed was super comfy and the property is great value for money. Great little kitchen space and bathroom is really good. Was offered a taxi to be booked from the airport and when asking if I could book one they never replied. I messaged and called a couple of times to ask if I could book one but no reply so had to book one separately. Also the pool is very small and stagnant water so would not use. The photos are a bit misleading of this. But the room itself is lovely.

• Melanie (6/5): Fine - Easy organized. Fine location We had a lot of noise in the room and outside the room. The AC was very noisy, which was a problem during the night. Also I think we had a lot of noise probably coming from the AC and freezer from the other rooms.
• Burke (10/5): Exceptional - Super cute and well located! Spacious and stocked. Very fast responses! We used the tour service they had available and they gave us a good price since they were connected with the hotel, and they also did a great job.

• Stan (1/5): Bad - Decent size room Check your credit card. They overcharge and add unauthorized charges to your card. Day to day. They smile and say nice words. They don't deliver on promises. Bad untrustworthy management.
• Iain (8/5): Very good - We were only here for one night as we had an early flight from Cancun the next morning. But seemed like a great location to explore Cancun from. Close to the centre but in a fairly quiet area. Couldn't fault it for the brief time we were there.
• Zillah (9/5): Great place to stay - The kitchen facilities were fantastic, everything we needed including some coffee, salt, pepper and cooking oil. The area was spacious with a very large bed. Internet and TV both worked well. Location is very good, walking distance from the ADO bus station, close to the Mercado 28 and bus routes for a day at the beach. No hot water in the shower. No ceiling fan. Plunge pool is tiny. Loved the place but paid more than worth because of these.

• Ty (8/5): Very good & highly recommended lodging - - Attentive, professional, friendly, very helpful host (Alex, Sofia) and all housekeeping staffs. 👍🏻 - Walking distance to ADO bus terminal (0.6 miles, 1km), Walmart (0.5 miles, 750m). - Quiet environment, safe neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, marts, … - Clean, Tidy, Well Equipped Spacious rooms with essential kitchenette (microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, etc.) for cooking and storing food. - Generous supply of clean drinking water 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dish cleaning solution, serviette, coffee 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 - No issue with water supply, electricity, internet over WiFi, air conditioner, LED Android TV, during my entire stay. - Images and address on Google Map were not up-to-date, but with the provided photo of the main door and little analyzing before set off, found the place without issue. - There's trash bin at the communal area and right outside the building, so garbage disposal is a non-issue. It is a memorable time for me. Gracias! Just my suggestion, would be perfect if there is: - noise dampening pads for furniture (especially chairs, tables) - kitchen paper towel in the room - washing machine, conventional oven (probably in the small area at the front yard) - privacy screen for the glass bricks - include a map marking the location of the building in the confirmation email
• Leanna (7/5): Nice rooms and central location, good for short stays - The room itself was lovely and had nice new cookware. The location is excellent to catch a collectivo to the beach or mall. Walmart and good restaurants nearby. There are nice areas outside but the seating is only army style bench and table. As someone working while on vacation it meant I was largely confined to my room if I wanted to be comfortable. Also, housekeeping isn’t provided daily or on demand which is difficult on a longer stay as garbage was building up and towel changes were not permitted by request.

• Tuomas (9/5): Superb - Cozy, comfortable, nice location, cute apartment unit. Really an ideal place to stay if you dont like hotels. Lots of natural light. Has everything you need for cooking.
• Yuil (9/5): Thanks - Jicama offers reasonable prices and great service. Especially, the staff member Sofia was very responsive to our requests. I would love to visit again.

• Moncef (10/5): Exceptional - A quiet and clean place. It is a small apartment with a private kitchen and bathroom. I left the car parked outside all the time, the area is very safe. And just to mention that there is no room service unless you ask for it and is payable. It didn't bother much. And as a curtesy, they cleaned the room and changed the towels once free of charge. As there in no reception, the access to the apartment is by using a code. All the comunication is done by whatsapp. Nothing negative but just to mention that there is no reception or room service
• Maggie (9/5): Would stay again - In the beginning I got the wrong room, but once I asked the host about it we were able to find a solution. Kudos to Eduardo; he's a very friendly and helpful host and made sure I got everything I needed. My room was spacious, had basic necessities for cooking (oil, salt...), extras for body care (body lotion, mosquito repellent) and nice view as well. It was super easy to get in and the location felt safe. The wi-fi on my phone was not working too well, but on my laptop I didn't have issues and could work from the room. In the beginning there was some issue with hot water, but then it got fixed and all was good.

• Cleuton (3/5): Inconvenient if one has mobility issues or a health emergency - Clean & well equipped facilities I wasn’t informed that the bedroom of my apt was upstairs kind of a loft, from the living area, the access was through a steep & narrow staircase making it very inconvenient for using the bathroom at night, especially for someone with a bad knee & after i got a stomach illness i had to check into a hotel, for my remaining 5 days, & after i was told that i was getting a refund for 2 days, it didn’t happen
• Lynch (7/5): T'was great for a short stay - There is no sign at the property, so it is not immediately recognizable. Two persons in the neighborhood were asked about the whereabouts of the property and they also did not know. The shuttle that came to take us to the airport also had similar challenges. He parked and waited outside Casa Blanka on Jicama for half an hour before he realized he had the wrong location.
• Sarah (7/5): Good - Spacious and well furnished Great check-in instructions No hot water. At some point, no water at all Lots of small ants, especially on the bed (before I could bring food)
• Bethany (9/5): Great! Highly recommend - Really nice and clean space. Location is great and facilities provided were great for our stay. Staff onsite and host of the property was very nice and helpful. The only problem we had was that the rain caused a small flood in the bathroom, and also by the front door. This was quickly resolved by the host the following morning, a maintenance man came to block the windows where the water came through and all towels etc. were replaced. This of course is out of the hosts hands, they don’t control the weather, she was super quick with resolving it
• Christian (10/5): I would recommend this if your wanting to explore downtown and hotel some - The size and how clean it was and the location was nice. Not being able to have luggage storage or late checkout but everything else was fantastic.
• Silvia (10/5): Everyone was very nice!! Thank you ! - Easy distance to Market 28 and fit in with the locals . No closets to store my cloths and being on the third floor no elevator. But it was a nice view😁needed to change towels after three days and it was a problem.

• Caballero (7/5): Good - Location was good I ask for a mirror in the bathroom, looks like the one that was there before was broken, and they told me they will put a new one, they never did. That was disappointing
• Bronte (8/5): Quiet, clean, super comfortable and modern. - Light, modern, clean. Comfy bed, great shower, quiet, well equiped kitchen. Great location - slightly removed from busy areas, but only 10-20 mins walk, depending on where you are going, but the plus is the distance made it quiet All the stairs with luggage, but staff were amazing and helped with bags
