• Puter (10/5): Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft sehr nah an der Promenade - Sehr gut gelegen, paar Minuten zur Fuß von der Promenade entfernt. Super nettes Personal, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. 😊

• Norbert (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Alicante's old town - We really enjoyed our short stay in Luxury Evolutions. The room was cozy, clean and the views from the terrace were amazing. The location is excellent, all attractions, restaurants, bars are only a short walk away. Ricardo was extremely helpful and replied immediately to all our messages. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

• Mathilde (6/5): La chambre n'a pas répondu à nos attentes du fait des problèmes d'odeurs. - Le logement était très bien situé, nous étions à proximité du centre-ville. La chambre ressemblait aux photos et était bien équipée, la clime était un point fort. Nous recommandons cependant de booker l'appartement plutôt que la chambre deluxe. Nous avons été déçues par logement car il y avait malheureusement des odeurs d'humidité et remontées gênantes qui ne correspondent pas au standard "Luxe" mis en avant. Cela a largement nui a notre séjour. Nous aurions souhaité changer de chambre mais cela n'a pas été possible.

• Martins (8/5): A very different experience from the usual ones. - Quite cozy, very elegant place. Shower and bathroom being part of the room with single ventilation fan was slightly sub-optimal.

• Antonio (10/5): Idealan smjestaj u centru - Apartman je bio odlican, vlasnik Akram odgovara brzo na pitanja i spreman je pomoci sto god zatreba. Bili smo 7 dana i apsolutno nemamo ni jednu primjedbu, smjestaj uredan, moderan, terasa savrsena, plaza na 10 min hoda, centar grada par minuta. Sve pohvale! Nemamo los komentar

• Kira (5/5): Wouldn’t stay here again but nice enough :) - Location was great, right in the middle of old town. It was affordable and clean. The air con was brilliant! We didn’t really realise it was going to be an air bnb type of situation but I guess that’s our fault for not reading properly. The host was very accommodating but very poor at replying to WhatsApp messages. He said early check in wasn’t a problem but we were outside for 25 minutes with no response until a lovely cleaner let us in - she did the showing around but didn’t speak any English bless her, I didn’t think it was fair to ask her to do it. Similarly with leaving luggage after check out, the host said it wasn’t a problem but didn’t say how we would get back in after to collect it and I wasn’t convinced we’d get a response when we were ready to get it, so we paid for lockers instead. It is very dark in the room due to the windows being frosted and the decor being black so does feel a bit like a cave

• Filippo (7/5): Nice place - The apartment is newly renovated, modern and equipped with a small kitchen with a stove and microwave. There is a refrigerator with a water service (reusable glass bottle). Access is served ONLY by elevator. There is a rooftop terrace on the top floor overlooking the whole city with a water purifier for filling water bottles. Location not central but a 10-minute walk from downtown and the sea. The host gives the opportunity to leave luggage free of charge on the day of departure. The bathroom is divided from the room only by glass. A single wall of glass, partially frosted for “privacy.” Needless to say, any noise can be heard throughout the room. Either you are on good terms with your traveling companion or it could be a problem. Since the elevator is the only “door” of entry to all the apartments, it happened one night (Wednesday night, not weekend) that a group returned at 2 a.m. noisily and, unfortunately, we were awakened as they passed by the elevator.
• Heather (8/5): Ultra modern apartment in old town Alicante. - Beautiful, ultra modern apartment. Super quiet at night even though the was a carnival festival at the end of the street. Central to all facilities and attractions. Lack of natural daylight was a problem for us. Roof top terrace has everything you need for an afternoon in the sun. Good bedside lights would be good for reading. Unique, well finished modern space. Loved it.

The room had no natural light, which should have been emphasised in the description, and it felt smaller than what we expected based on the photographs.

The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the castle and the city skyline—an ideal spot for a morning coffee. The room is spacious, very comfortable, and furnished to the highest standard. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

• Domas (4/5): Very bad - Good location at night cockroaches started running! Started raining at night and rain drops started dripping from the ceiling,even if we stayed at 2nd floor. Very nasty smell of sewage/pipes from the shower, could not even sleep.

Sleepless night - Great location but everything was overshadowed by the cockroach infested room It was crawling with cockroaches the size of your thumb. and the owner and supervisor didn’t care less.

• Esther (10/5): The most perfect stay for a citytrip. - So cosy, luxurious and definitely a hotel kind of vibe even though its a appartment! The host did everything he could to give us a memorable citytrip. Nothing was too much, everything was perfect! The location is amazing as well as the rooftops. We will definitely come back.

• Bart (10/5): Amazing and cozy! - A very modern complex built in the barrio Santa Cruz. The apartment was fully equipped with a large set of items. Amazing!! A special thank you to our host Akram. We have never met someone who’s sole goal is to make your stay worthwhile. Akram was always available and responded real fast. When we got into trouble with our flight from Alicante, he arranged a lastminute trio to Valencia. Akram deserves the title ‘master of hospitality’ I really cannot come up with anything
• Joe (6/5): Pleasant - Very well planned refurbishment, using high quality materials, with a lift. In a good location in the old town. The host offered a refund when we had an issue with noise. The roof terrace is fantastic and has great facilities. The property was on a split level, with a lift up to the second floor at the front, but the back door of the studio opened directly onto the street. There is no porch or lobby and a smal gap under the door, which means you can hear fulll conversations from people congregating on the doorstep outside. We were there for medical treatment and on the night before there was a midweek festival which carried on until 3am. That in itself is fine, but the issues with the back door, right by the bed, meant we didn't stand a chance of sleeping. We are used to staying in city centres and always take earplugs, but this was another level. The shower was also cold a few times. If those two issues are dealt with it would be an amazing apartment.

Great location equidistant to the Marina and the Castle. Would have liked coffee provided in the room for the machine, or a cafetière or instant coffee or something.

Good air conditioning and facilities in kitchen area. Lack of space for personal items. Could have had two bedside units with drawers or a shelf at the side of the bed. Room was a little dark during the day.

Gaining access to the property and having to wait around to check in, arranged for 2 got in at 3pm. Key’s not working when trying to access our room from street. You can enjoy sea views in front and the spectacular Santa Barbara Castle behind while drinking wine on the terrace! Located in the old town with some lovely restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The beach and harbour are both within walking distance from this beautiful apartment. We loved everything about the apartment and location
