Schlichte und knappe Ausstattung für 6 Personen. Schlafsofas recht unbequem. Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, aus dem Flur bekommt man alles mit, weil Tür nicht gut abschließt. Zugang über Hinterhof beim ersten Mal gewöhnungsbedürftig.

• Martin (8/5): Recommended to all, we have been there with family and our 3 kids and we were satisfied. - Location of the apartment is perfect. Next to local market, it is must see. Moreover, very close to the public transport stops and in walking distance to interesting places. Chiara was very kind and personally explained us lot if useful things. We have struggled a bit with the warm water in the shower. It works dont't worry but the temperature is not stable for longer time.

Elle nous a proposé de déposer nos bagages dans le logement avant l'heure d'arrivée ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le logement était propore, il est très bien situé, proche Vatican, métro, restaurants...

• Michaela (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay! I loved how communicative Chiara was and how easy it was to find. - The location of the apartment and the communication from the host was excellent. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants and so close to the trains. I loved how there were multiple places for people to sleep (couches and beds). The apartment was never too crowded. I wish that the bed was slightly more soft, but that’s just my preference. I wish we had more toilet paper and shower gel/shampoo, but we went out and bought some so it wasn’t an issue! Overall, nothing negative to say about my experience :)

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war total freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: zentral, sicher und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann Folia Domus wirklich zu 100% empfehlen! ❤️ -

• Manuel (10/5): Fantastico - Chiara, la proprietaria, è stata gentilissima e precisissima nonostante ( per colpa mia) l'incomprensione sull'orario di check-in. Subito si è resa disponibile per farci fare la registrazione presso un suo collega molto vicino all'appartamento. La struttura è molto pulita e vicina ai musei vaticani, con ottimo collegamento a bus e metro (noi ci siamo mossi con 3 bambine e un passeggino) Bar, pizzerie ristoranti e pub a portata di mano Consigliato vivamente anche a famiglie Un plauso grandissimo a Chiara. Se torneremo a Roma saremo da te Grazie

For anyone renting, you should know that the managers are very quick in refunding your deposit that you're due. They are also quick to respond when you have questions about the area very responsive. it isn't the owners fault, but there was a smoke smell in the bedroom room and I think it was just maybe the previous people that had been there or even people that were there cleaning the rooms maybe

Para mí el mejor lugar en Roma, Chiara, la dueña es muy accesible y demasiado amable y disponible, nos dio un - La comodidad, el personal, la ubicación, y es que tiene todo bueno este lugar. Está a 6 minutos caminando al Vaticano, cerca de ahí tienes el resto de lugares turísticos, y para llegar al coliseo tomas el metro que está igualmente a 6 minutos caminando y te deja literalmente al frente del coliseo. El apartamento es amplio, la sala, el baño la cocina el dormitorio, son bastante espaciosos, aire acondicionado, TV tiene todo lo que se necesita, además de que está rodeado de parqueos gratis, de paga y privados. Hay de todo, restaurantes, bares, fruterías, un mercado, y a pesar de ello es un lugar muy tranquilo.

Despite the fact that the apartments are on the third floor there is an elevator that was used to bring up baby carriages. - Location 10/10 - market with fresh vegetables is just 1min walk, safe parking is right under the market (1,5 EUR/1hr or 20 EUR / 24hrs), Metro station Ottaviano ~5min walk, Vatican ~5min walk. - Apartments 10/10 - Very quiet place, large rooms, clean and tidy, everything you need to cook your own dinner. Just loved our stay at Chiara place and I hightly recommend this place. p.s we been there with 2 children (3yrs and 10yrs). Thank you Chiara.

When we needed something to add to the breakfast menu or book a taxi to the airport, they sorted it in very short time ✅ Be sure to ask for a list of restaurants nearby or in the old town ✅ We visited Rome for the first time and it was amazing thank you 🙏

• Dalibor (3/5): To spend 1 night and continue in your journey OK, not for family with children. - Internet connectivity….500/500 Mbit/s…but who come to Rome to enjoy internet?😂 Breakfast included😂By exclusive breakfast you must imagine 1 yoghurt per person/day in the fridge. Some toast breads, tap water in bottle. Door in bathroom is not able to open as you need, because the floor is curved - be carefull with your face🤭 All kitchen equipment by Ikea, the other equipment made by…them selves. But all was clean👍
• Barseghyan (6/5): Pleasant - We were surprised to see that the flat looked way older than it was shown in booking.com photos. All in all the flat wasn’t clean enough. What was not acceptable for us was that in the living room, we were missing the bedding, there were only sheets and not any fresh cover for the bedding. We had a situation where the main door locked (not our fault) and we couldn’t enter. The host came to help us with the problem which we appreciated and during the time we went for a walk they managed to fix the door. But what was strange for us was that during our absence she went inside the flat and started to check the flat, which in my opinion is inappropriate as we had our private stuff there and if she was that eager to check she might at least wait for us and check it when we were back.

From the moment we arrived, our host warmly welcomed us and provided an incredibly informative overview of the local attractions, dining options, and transportation methods. This personal touch truly set the tone for our stay. Upon entering the property, we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked kitchenette featuring fresh milk, bread, muffins, croissants, and a delightful assortment of teas. This unexpected gesture immediately made us feel at home and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The property's proximity to the Vatican City was a major highlight, as it allowed us to explore this iconic destination with ease. We also discovered numerous charming restaurants just a short walk from the property, making dining out a convenient and enjoyable experience. Nothing in particular.

A/C in sleeping areas, Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for meals. bus stations and metro within 3-5 min walk. Super communication from host and would definitely stay again. Overall it’s a lively place. Small quibbles that it was a little tight with 5 people and luggage, but manageable. Apartment was on the 4th floor and elevators tiny for anything much more than carryon luggage.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the Vatican Museums and the Basilica. For breakfast there were fresh products waiting for us. We have a very nice stay and recommend it to everyone!

• Dmitrii (3/5): Because of smells I cannot say that we enjoyed our stay. - Great location close to Vatican and in walking distance from the city center, reasonable price, food for breakfast included. Apartment was clean and we had access to different utilities to keep it clean. Also, the kitchen had everything we needed plus a dishwasher. The apartment had a not properly functioning sewage system, and as a result, we experienced a bad smell from time to time, there is a solution, but it should not be that way. Also, a closet in the corridor is a source of a bad smell. The apartment has no air-conditioner, and the ventilation leaves much to be desired. P.S. To my great regret, the hostess contacted me through a messenger after writing this review and accused me of writing an unfair review and other sins that she clearly invented. If the high ratings of this apartment had not guided me, I would never have rented this apartment. I believe that honest reviews are the basis of any good business.

Nice looking bathroom, and enough space in apartment for 6 people. 5. Very nice building and neighborhood. 7. Luggage storage very close. 1. Unpleasant smell from toilet (noticed from one comment it stated in November) spreads across the apartment, so after a full day out it's necessary to open all windows (I was informed by host it's because of some renovation in the building) and bathroom humidity was quite high with some mold close to the window. 2. Rather cold apartment, in Rome was from 1 Celsius at night to 16 in day and first night radiators were off (I heard they are somehow centralized and host can't turn them on - I totally understand that ), and in next days they were on for few hours with low power (maybe its normal here, but I was in Barcelona and Dubrovnik, and it was totally different experience) our kids had to sleep with towels (there were plenty of them) to ensure a warm night for them. 3. Breakfast- I was struggling where to put it, but comparing to my other experiences, it was the poorest one. There were few products with long-term expiration date like sweet rolls, jams, milk, juice, yogurts and one bread for 6 people for 3 day stay (all of it perfect for kids) but to eat some butter, tomato, cheese or ham we had to handle it by ourselves (it wasn't a problem at all but worth to notice) 4. There are some outdated pictures in the offer from the bedroom.

Chiara, the owner, personally met us, gave us detailed info about the area (restaurants, things to see/do) and made us feel very warm and welcome. In fact, she made us feel as if she was welcoming guests into her own home. There is a full kitchen if one wishes to cook (we didn't as we wanted to eat all the pasta possible while in Rome) and Chiara kept the fridge stocked with juice, yogurt and milk, plus there was bread for toast and cereal. As a bonus, there was a specialty coffeemaker so we were able to enjoy American coffee, espresso and lattes. Overall we were delighted with our accommodation and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very clean and functional. The area of the house is so near to metro, Vatican and Tiber. you will enjoy it. nothing

• Michael (10/5): Nice appartment close to vatican and public transport - Very friendly and helpful host. We got a lot of tips for visiting Rom. Arriving with a car we were happy to find parking space just in front of the house (free parking for the weekend/night). Around the corner there were also free parking lots along the road. Location is excellent for visiting the Vatican/St.Peter. Subway/bus is not far away. We were 6 persons. The space for 4 persons on the two sofas in the living room is o.k. but limited.
