- Eren (9/5): Superb - Location is fantastic that you can reach the cafes,restaurants,bars via 1-2 min walk. Flat is clean,comfy and tidy. Easy entrance and helpful&friendly owner. During winter time there must be carpet or rug on the floor. Because your feet gets freezing once you step on the floor even in the shoes.
- Nigel (7/5): Good - The apartment is very spacious with full kitchen The bathroom was very clean with a washer/dryer although we didn't need it. Two air conditioning units, again we didn't need them. The bed was very comfortable which was great. Great TV with Netflix or YouTube The entrance hall and stairs are scruffy and smelly, there is a lift but as on 1st floor we didn't use it. Location is great for visiting different areas. However the photo of the building outside shows a bathroom shop on the street level and the apartment is above this unit - This shop no longer exists, it is now a very busy trendy wine bar/bistro. During the day the apartment is fine as the street is household shops. Accommodation at night from 7pm is noisy from the wine bar below which goes on until 2am. They have many tables in the street and then they bring the tables and chairs in from the street and put into a store which is below the bedroom area, very very noisy. Fabulous apartment but would not stop again to misleading photos of building and the noise

- Abdulkadir (10/5): Perfect Home in a Central location - walking distance to everywhere. You can stay with your family. The street where it is located is a quiet and safe place. I recommend it especially for families with children. house and furnishings are clean and convenient. but the bathroom needs extra cleaning. (probably the cleaning company doesn't clean it in detail) Still, everything was very good.

- Dan (10/5): It was a great base to explore Athens from . - super central, spacious and nice studio. the owner left many little things (soaps, towels, Bluetooth speaker etc). walking distance to almost everything interesting in Athens in the last morning there were works in the building and noise started around 7:30. hopefully it will not be too often
- Kristi (10/5): very comfortable well equipped for families, good location - it is well located, we could walk to everything we wanted to do. it is indeed calm. We appreciated the washer dryer even though we didn’t need to use them. Hot shower (you do need to turn hot water heater on ahead of time). quiet street at night, close to action but quiet because it is the fabric street and businesses are closed during the day. The owner was especially responsive to questions and was kindly considerate of our family’s travel schedule. We would definitely choose this apartment again. nothing really.
