• Mary (8/5): Great location, nice apartment. It was a lively street during the day, but very quiet at night - This rental was an apartment and did not include breakfast. There was a grocery store within walking distance where I was able to obtain breakfast items and miscellaneous snacks and wine. The apartment was lovely. It was on the third floor, and three flights of stairs is not easy to manage with heavy luggage. It would have been nice to start out with a bottle of water, but they did leave me a bottle of Prosecco, which was lovely. I couldn’t figure out how to control the temperature, or use the washing machine. The weather was cold and rainy, so a blanket on the bed or stored away somewhere in the apartment, would’ve been helpful.

• IuliaQ (10/5): Exceptional - We had a wonderful stay at Ecco Suits! The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and amazing stay. The location was perfect — close to Venice attractions, restaurants, and yet quiet enough to relax. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always quick to respond and offering helpful recommendations that made our stay even better. I highly recommend it and, next time it will be our place to stay in Venice.

Tuve que usar un mechero. El interruptor está en un lugar poco práctico; lo pulsaba accidentalmente con la mano.

• Anja (5/5): - Um so was einfaches wie eine zusätzliche Decke zu bekommen, mußten wir lange mit dem Concierge diskutieren. Es ist kalt Anfang März in Venedig, zumal die Heizung nur morgens kurz angestellt wurde. Es wurde behaupet, dass die Heizung einwandfrei funktionieren würde, allerdings tat sie das erst, nachdem ich hartnäckig darum gebeten habe. Alles sehr Anonym via whatsapp. Ich habe schon besser und preiswerter in Venedig übernachtet.

• Leszek (10/5): - Great apartment - clean, well equipped, close to the city centre but at the same time in quiet location. Check-in was easy - we got all needed information at the moment of arrival. And things like coffee tabs, tee, paper towels were waiting for us. We didn't have to rush to do the shopping. Bedroom windows face the quiet street - there are only apartments and restaurant backdoors. There is a little noise in the living room - windows are facing busier street - but it's not irritating and it was dead quiet after 11PM. And there were no unpleasant odors. We had wonderful stay. Mosquitoes. I wasn't expecting mosquitoes at the beginning of March. And there was no mosquito nets for windows. During our stay I had to join a Teams meeting and sometimes it was stuttering. Wifi wasn't stable enough. But my private mobile LTE internet worked great. There is a very good mobile coverage.

La plaza San Marco, edificios emblemáticos el gran canal todo muy cerca. Lugar muy tranquilo, buenos restaurantes y una excelente pastelería de las antiguas de Venecia en la calle de atrás. • Lídia (8/5): Limpio y cómodo - El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, ya que, tenía incluso lavadora y lavavajillas. Además, nos permitireron entrar antes y esto nos fue muy bien. Está cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con lo cual, la ubicación es buena. La cafetera no funcionaba y el anfitrión nos dijo que se pasarían a mirarlo, pero finalmente no lo hicieron y tampoco nos dieron respuesta a si habían pasado o no cuando lo preguntamos, de manera que no pudimos saber hasta último momento que seguía sin funcionar. Además, a pesar de no haber resuelto el tema de la cafetera y sin apenas haber contestado al preguntar si lo habían podido mirar, cuando nos íbamos sí que fueron bastante insistentes en que sobre todo no olvidaramos pagar la tasa turística, cosa que evidentemente no habíamos olvidado, pues ya estaba preparada encima de la mesa.

El barri molt tranquil malgrat ser força cèntric. Al fer el chek-ut no vam poder deixar l'equipatge fins l'hora del nostre vol,tot i que ens van facilitar una adreça per poder deixar les. La neteja de l'apartament només es fa a partir de 6 dies...vam haver de demanar canvi de tovalloles que amablement ens van canviar.

• Harald (9/5): Fantastic place - great hosts - The quality of a place shows when things don’t go so well. For some reason we did not receive the WhatsApp with the details of getting to our apartment. So we spend a good half hour finding out - with the help of Booking.com Once we got in touch with our host, it was a super smooth ride. The location of the apartment is absolutely fantastic - not even five minutes to Piazza San Marco. The place is super clean and cozy A supermarket and lots of restaurants are nearby Our hosts were super responsive to any issue that we faced. Fantastic🤙 The washing machine did not function. It was apparently a known problem but had not been communicated to us. We definitely needed laundry (we were on a two week bike trip ) so our host helped us out with a free of charge laundry service. Again - just what we needed 🤙😎

Several restaurants nearby. Any questions we had were answered on WhatsApp almost instantly. A teatowel to dry plates etc. would have been useful. Also maybe some general tourist info.

The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment is spacious and clean and very well located. We were here for 3 days and were extremely comfortable. Honestly everything was great. Great location less than 10 min walk to San Marco Piazza and less than 5 min walk to San Zaccaria vaporetto stop. Super helpful staff concierge and housekeeper. Narrow staircase to apartment a little awkward with luggage but to be expected with older style building in Venice.
• Clement (10/5): Un excellent séjour idéalement placé - Mon épouse et moi avons beaucoup aimé l’emplacement idéal , l’aspect sécurité que procure l’appartement du 1er étage et l’agencement optimisé et pratique pour 2 personnes. La literie est correcte et la Clim est un vrai plus en été. Beaucoup de rangements, une salle de bain très agréable. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour dans cet appartement. La cuisine est bien agencée mais peu equipee et nous avons eu une machine à laver hors service et non réglé pendant notre séjour

Fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. La cucina è fornita di tutti gli utensili e le stoviglie che servono. Punto in più, la presenza della lavastoviglie e di un frigo capiente. Peccato per il bagno non finestrato e senza appoggi per i propri prodotti. Mancano appendini, sempre in bagno, per gli asciugamani.

• Butler (2/5): Broken washer machine, wasted time/money on a place that could not service our needs. - The location was phenomenal. The apartment was aesthetically pleasing, but the fact that I booked the place for the washing machine and it did not work set this place wayyyy back. Also AC is caked in dust First off, I booked this place with the full intention of using the washing machine and laundry facilities. Here’s the story: we arrived late at night planning to wash our clothes while we rested. For us, this usually involves pretreating our clothes with detergent and along with a soak. This is where things went downhill. There was no drain stopper for the sink/basin to do a presoak. Fine, whatever — we figured we’d just throw our sopping wet clothes into the washer. That’s when everything really hit the fan: we discovered that the washing machine didn’t work at all, and the door wouldn’t lock. At that point it was too late to fix, as we messaged the property immediately but there was no response. When they got back to us the following morning, mind you we had sopping wet clothes from the previous night, they told us they hadn’t been aware of the problem. By the time they offered us a solution, we had already spent the majority of our morning time, meant for exploring, hand-washing 3 suitcases worth of laundry. Not fun. Eventually, we ran into the maid, who handed us a basin. We had spent the entire morning washing and then hanging our dripping clothes to dry which was basically futile. To top it all off the apartment gets no sunlight, and is extremely humid, and has a barely functioning A/C unit that was caked in dust. So there was no air circulation to get the clothes dry. So not only did we waste most of our trip hand-washing and ironing our clothes dry, but we also didn’t receive any meaningful solution from Ecco Sweets until after we had finished the hand-washing portion of this fiasco. By far, this was one of the worst stays of our trip. The only compensation we received was a refund of the €16 city tax which doesn’t even begin to make up for the six hours of tedious laundry we had to endure.
• András (3/5): Huge disappointment - Well located, pretty big living space compared to the average in Venice. Dirt everywhere, couldn’t walk without shoes or put anything on the floor because of the filth. Even asked for a proper cleaning, but they couldn’t manage a vacuuming & mopping, so we had to live with tons of dust and with the long black&brown hairs of the previus guests. It was disgusting, especially in the bathroom. The AC could barely cool down the rooms and it doesn’t have adjustable fan levels, either runs loudly or shuts completely, and you can’t open the windows at night because of the missing fly nets as mosquitos are going to fill up the apartment in just minutes. The kitchen is poorly equipped, no microwave, no knives to actually cut something, the coffee machine doesn’t work. Also the bed is hard and creaks even for the smallest movement. At this price tag, this is a pure disappointment. After a long weekend I wonder what the people like about.

Idéalement bien situé l' appartement est très calme, il est à côté des Vaporettos et de la place san marco, le wifi fonctionne très bien. Yvan est très disponible tant pour l accueil que pour des renseignements Nous avons adoré notre séjour inoubliable tant dans l' appartement que dans Venise. Petite info: prévoir 1 ou 2 adaptateurs de prise pour les appareils avec prises de terre que l' on peut trouver dans les supérettes ou drogueries, à savoir qu'il y en a déjà une dans l' appartement. Nous recommandons cet appartement Une petite casserole serait bien, sinon tout était parfait

• Nina (10/5): Fantastic Stay! - Newly furnished, beautiful modern suites apartment. Location is incredibly convenient, just a 5 minute walk away from a major port. (San Marco Zaccaria). You don’t have to carry your luggages up & down over the bridges. 😍🤗 The host was extremely nice, especially accommodating with check in and wonderful to interact with. Definitely would love to stay here again!

• Terry (9/5): A lovely stay in beautiful Venice. - Great location and neat apartment. Smoke smell was pervasive.

• Maren (9/5): Superb - The Appartement was well equipped and quite. The price plus tax, parking and the Vaporetto you need to get there is quite high, but well thats the case all over Venezia.

• Zuhair (9/5): Perfect Stay. Highly Recommended - Everything from the location to the comfort was amazing. Appartment was as seen in the pictures. Kitchen is well equipped with all basic utensils needed. Apartment was clean but maybe a little bit more dusting and vaccum would have been better. Overall no negatives
• Jeff (8/5): Messy checkin process, rusting kitchen appliances, but otherwise a modern and clean stay! - Location is incredibly convenient, just a 5 minute walk away from a major port. (San Marco Zaccaria). Hosts were extremely nice with checkin, giving a nice gesture of leaving a small wine and biscuits as a gift when there was a room mixup with another guest, not to mention a cash refund for the room downgrade. The bed and bathroom were immaculately clean, and modern. (Aka all of the things that you saw) While the bed and bathroom were clean, a lot of the other utilities were not. In our room, we found there was a moldy smell coming from the laundry machine, like it had never been cleaned before. as a result, we didn’t use it, for fear of getting bacteria everywhere. Also, one of the metal pieces in the water heater they provided fell out. Upon looking closer, we saw that the metal was actually rusting and in dire need of a replacement. Finally, the checkin process isn’t really that foolproof. Because the hosts leave ALL keys out for all guests checking in that day (self checkin), one of the guests ended up taking our nicer room on the 3rd floor. Instead, it would make more sense for there to be a staff to escort the guest to the correct room, or to create a mechanism where guests can only collect the room key for the room they’re assigned.
• Judy (10/5): Really lovely apartment in a great location. - Perfect location. Quiet street in easy walk of main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. The owner can offer a service to stock your fridge with essentials. Excellent restaurant very close - Trattoria da Denis.
• Alediniz (6/5): We were slightly disappointed - The host was very responsive and provided all the necessary information, which was greatly appreciated. The location was good, and the kitchen had all the essential utensils and appliances. We especially appreciated having a dishwasher and washing machine, both of which worked well. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. There was a significant amount of dust throughout, and the bathroom was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. This unfortunately meant we had to do some additional cleaning ourselves before we felt comfortable settling in.
