• Sabine (8/5): Alles in allem eine sehr nette Unterkunft in guter Lage. - Die Lage und der Garten sind toll. Es ist auch innen sehr nett und typisch mallorquinisch. Die Dusche war leider unterhalb komplett undicht und daher war nach dem Duschen das Bad meist überflutet.
• Klimek (10/5): Świetny experience! - KAUCJA to przede wszystkim dla wszystkich, którzy się zastanawiają - została nam zwrócona parę godzin po wymeldowaniu :)) Obiekt jest 1:1 jak na zdjęciach. Dwie sypialnie znajdują się po przeciwległych stronach obiektu, dzieli je salon. Kuchnia jest lepiej wyposażona niż moja we własnym domu ;P LOKALIZACJA - nie martwcie się! Do przystanku autobusowego, z którego odjeżdża autobus nr 8 jadący do samego centrum dzielą was autentycznie 2 minuty. My preferowaliśmy trasę pieszo - jest to +/- godzinka. SKLEPY - Carrefour minuta drogi, obok wyżej wspomnianego przystanku autobusowego. Mercadona 10 minut drogi Miejsce ze świetnym klimatem w spokojnej okolicy. Nie bójcie się odległości, bo warto ;) -
• Raymondo (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft für Palma vor allem der Garten ist sehr schön - Sie hatte alles, was man brauchte. Und wie war mit dem Auto dort und wir hatten immer in der Nähe einen Parkplatz. Die Wohnung ist sehr toll und ich würde sie wieder buchen. Sie hat mir sehr gefallen. Am Anfang wurde unseren Hygiene Standard leider nicht erfüllt. Wir haben jedoch dem Support geschrieben und der Gastgeber hat ganz schnell reagiert und es beseitigt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen. Es hatte Kameras in der Wohnung, welche wir abgeklebt haben.

• Annette (9/5): Ruhiger und angenehme Aufenthalt für Reisende, denen eine rudimentäre Küchenausstattung ausreicht. - Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage in Palma, alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. die Unterkunft war deutlich älter als auf den Fotos sichtbar, die Fotos sind offensichtlich durch KI bearbeitet. Die Wohnung ist gut renoviert, allerdings die Schlösser an den Türen alt und schwergängig. So dass wir ständig Angst haben mussten, dass der Schlüssel beim Öffnen der Eingangstür kaputt geht. Insgesamt sehr wenig Geschirr und Küchenausstattung mäßig.

• Michał (10/5): Cicha i spokojna baza wypadowa do podróży po Majorce - Obiekt bardzo czysty, położony w spokojnej dzielnicy z bardzo dobrym połączeniem do centrum Palmy. W obiekcie zapewnione wszystkie akcesoria kuchenne niezbędne do przeżycia :) Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Bezproblemowy zwrot kaucji. Wszystko mi się podobało.

• Rares Mladin (8/5): Great value - I liked that the area was quiet and there were bus stops very close to the property, allowing us to get around easily. The property itself was also great - just as we'd expected from the listing. The staff / management was also very helpful whenever we had questions. The location is not ideal, as the house is located quite far from the city centre (30-45 mins by bus) and beaches (1h+ by bus).

• Rikkerbh (9/5): Townhouse with fantastic outdoor space - Located in a very authentic area with small grocery store and nice bakery just around the corner. Not touristy at all. Bus right outside the door. We found parking very easy. The house is just lovely. Newly renovated and everything worked perfectly. We felt right at home. Spend all day in the garden, reading and laying in the sun. A ways from the center of Palma and the beach. You will need a car to get to around easily.

• Robert (10/5): Great apartment, amazing scenery, superb weather - This was a fabulous, cosy apartment which we used as our base for a week-long road cycling trip over Christmas 2024. Its location on the edge of Palma is ideal for easy access by bike out to the mountains and it's also easy to get into the city centre. The apartment is well-appointed and the garden provides loads of space for relaxing outside.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely traditional villa newly renovated. - Lovely traditional villa, recently renovated and comfortable to stay in. Great location for access to downtown Palma, yet quiet suburb. Walking distance to the hillside park Son Roca and golf course. Easy to find parking available in front of villa, or in adjacent street. Could not initially find keybox, eventually had to contact rental agent who advised to push outer shutter-door open with a bit if force to discover the keybox was behind it. During wintertime have to contact owner to turn on central heating. Used air-con for heating first few days, worked OK but only the main living area. Would have been nice to have a small oven for cooking Christmas dinner.

• Marian (8/5): To expensive for what the house offered - The house was in a good area, if you rent a car there is no problem, in less than 10 min you can reach city centre There are few things: 1. Washing machine is old, broken, leaking water. Totally unacceptable 2. Small room with single bed is smelly, strong smell of old room, comes from the walls . The single bed squeaks like hell, can’t move in bed without making huge noise. That bed need to be changed 3. No dish washer as it was specified in the email 4. Kitchen is not really equipped, a pan, a small pot and another small pot but with both handles very loose and dangerous if you have to carry it. Kitchen tools very very basic and poor quality (eg.: ladle spoon is plastic made and very thin and cheap), no cutting board 5. Received email that a basic kitchen spices and oil are available. Nothing found in the house, not even salt! Detergent was not available as informed in the email. Specified as well that dishwasher tablets are available, nothing found probably because was not dishwasher available!?? What a lie 6. Both coffee kettles not washed, old coffee grounds visible, I washed my self, very dirty. 7. Bathroom - shower cabin, seal is gone as a previous customer specified. Water is leaking to the floor. 8. One light switcher is secured with sellotape, unacceptable. 9. Doors are old and squeaky. 10. No air conditioning The owner came at the property in may last day of stay, she thought my holiday was shorter, imagine if she entered with the key and myself being in the shower etc. she apologised but I had to explain and show my booking period to convince her. The property is wide to expensive for what offered, they have to invest money. When I left, instead of throwing food I preferred to leave them at the property: olive oil, pepper, salt, pasta, sodium bicarbonate, biscuits, vinegar and other things. Hope the next renter found them. I am not complaining but the house can offer more, because is not cheap the stay

• Stefan (7/5): Nice stay - Beautiful backyard. 2 bathrooms. Very close to market. Parking is always available and free around the property. Good kitchen. Very close to bus station that takes you downtown. Air conditioning are 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms. It’s still very hot at night so you will sweat a lot.
