• michele (3/5): Economico però in tutti i sensi - Posizione vicino alle autostrade. Prezzo contenuto È stato un po un ripiego, la struttura prenotata in origine non era disponibile e ci hanno sistemato in una grande casa un po’ vuota. A Roma soggiorno da tempo, si poteva fare meglio
• Michele (6/5): Un 6 per incoraggiamento, ma c’è di meglio - E chi l’ha visto! Io e le mia compagna siamo stati dirottati in un alloggio di fortuna senza preavviso. “L’appartamento è occupato, vi faremo alloggiare in altra struttura” Questo dopo che io ho chiesto informazioni per il check-in, strumenti dormivo pe strada. Giunti sul luogo designato, ci accoglie lo staff di una pizzeria, il quale impiega circa 30 minuti sia a trovare le chiavi dell’alloggio adiacente, sia a capire da tizio X ( telefonato ripetutamente) se davvero avevamo prenotato una camera. Struttura carina, ma in culonia e non c’entra nulla con la prenotazione effettuata

• Mattia (3/5): terribile - NULLA Terribile, il proprietario non ci ha avvisato che le chiavi erano a circa 600 metri di distanza da ritirare in una pizzeria. Se lo avesse scritto nelle modalità di chek-in appositamente previste da booking non avremmo dovuto fare 1,2 km a piedi andata a ritorno per prendere le chiavi con valige e bambini. Ce lo ha detto solo quando siamo arrivati e lo abbiamo chiamato. Tra l'altro ci ha dato anche il civico sbagliato della pizzeria. abbiamo dovuto fare un lunga passeggiata al caldo di luglio in una zona degradata sporca e senza marciapiedi per camminare. Poi ci ha dato solo l'indicazione della palazzina e del piano e ha voluto essere richiamato per le ulteriori istruzioni tipo caccia al tesoro! Non so se è stata peggio l'accoglienza o l'appartamento che era un tugurio spoco oltre oltre decenza, malmesso, fatiscente con mobili rotti. L'acqua dal rubinetto ne usciva solo un filo. Il phone era rotto. il terrazzo era inaccessibile perchè c'era il tavolo della cucina davanti alla portafinestra. La maniglia della porta d casa ci è rimasta lettteralmente in mano. La corrente è scattata e siamo rimasti al buoio. Ovviamente il tutto vista chiostrina interna. potrei scrivere molto di più per elencare tutto quello che era rotto o non funzionante o non adeguato nell'appartamrnto ma non mi dilungo oltre, allego le foto che sono esaustive

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Great stay, helpful hosts and the balcony is a nice touch. Apartment was clean and in a queit area. Few of the furnishings are a little old.
• Vivien (8/5): Good staying overall - Was a good location for where I had to be the next day Around 1 o’clock at night the water heater in the bathroom started making a loud noise that I had to close the door. I don’t know if it’s connected with the other rooms and someone was taking a shower but it woke me up.

• Piotr (6/5): I did like the stay, but only because we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment. - The location is ok, you can easily get to center of Rome, though it takes a while, around 1 hour. Fortunately there are few buses around, after you need to take Metro and there you are ;) I liked the neighborhood, which is quite and clean. Owner was nice and helpful. He waited long in the evening before we arrived and asked next day if we need anything, but he does not communicate in English, you must translate messages. The apartment was equipped in lot's of towels and most of essential items, but only essentials to live ;) The apartment is old and is seems the owner does not want to invest a lot. Most of of the items and old and some of are broken (the toilet). We towels were clean but the general feeling is that the apartment is not very tidy. The kitchen is equipped with essentials but not everything you can imagine. Bathroom is tiny and it's difficult to take shower if you are not very slim ;) I did like the terrace but it could be better organized and clean. The description is not in line with the apartment equipment. Yes there is an old grill but I would not use it at all, it's old and dirty. TV, child chair, coffee machine is just not there. The sofa in the living room is very nasty / dirty.
• Monica (1/5): Not suitable for people. Dangerous! - Nothing Check in wasn't great. The host kept us waiting outside in the middle of a heatwave in July,.although the arrival time was.cimmunicated to him. Electricity kept jumping. On arrival the washing machine didn't work. The air conditioning stopped working within a few minutes of arriving and it didn't come back on. The host didn't respond to any messages. Awful place. Terrible host.
• Altynay (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is very clean and beautiful! I enjoyed my trip. Thanks to the owner, he was very kind and understanding.
• Bogdan (5/5): i will not come back to Rome anytime soon - the potential almost nothing. it was dirty, the landlord did not speak english at all and he was late with everything (he made us wait for the room to get cleaned even if we selected the booking check-in prior to us arriving; we asked for toilet paper and to fix the air conditioning, and although he said he was gonna help us with this by 14:00, at midnight when we arrived back, it wasn’t fixed, so we texted him and he eventually came to solve our issues after 30 more minutes); it was not clean (we had moments when we felt a weird smell, we had to rewash the dishes cause they were not clean, the drawers were not clean, underneath the bed and the couch it was dusty/dirty); the facilities mentioned on booking are almost non-existent; it is very far away from the city centre and the public transport is awful (we had to wait even 45 minutes for buses when outside were 40 degrees); above the bed there are improvised shelf’s, and they give you the impression that they will fell over you when you sleep; the water has no pressure whatsoever, the shower cabin is very very small; the electric pannel don’t support a hair blow dryer.
