• Esther (8/5): Wir würden wegen der Lage und der Ruhe wieder kommen. - Wir haben sehr zentral und ruhig gewohnt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Das Personal am Telefon war sehr freundlich. Dass es kein direktes Tageslicht gibt, hat uns nicht so gefallen.
• Marian (9/5): - The location is superb and the apartment feels very cozy. We stayed there while we were working in Madrid for a whole week and it really felt like home. :) The system to access the apartment doesn't work and we only had a set of keys for two people which made it hard at times to enter the apartment.
• Roberto Alejandro (10/5): Muy lindo. Volveríamos! - Bien ubicado, a mano de todo, en una zona muy animada. Lindo decorado y bien equipado. Era lo que necesitábamos, con dos dormitorios separados para tres adultos mayores. No le sobra espacio a la habitación principal pero suficiente. Las camas muy cómodas. Muy silencioso. Las ventanas dan a un patio interior, ventilado, aunque no entra mucha luz natural. Pero excelente para descansar después de pasear todo el día! Cuando tuvimos dudas nos respondieron en seguida y muy amablemente. Disfrutamos la estancia y volveríamos! Muchas gracias!

Apartment was very good with all appliances you would need including modern TV, hoover, hair dryer etc. plenty of sockets and shower was excellent. Comfort of the sofa could be improved.

• Frances (8/5): Busy delightful the location of the apartment made it easy to visit the three art galleries we came to Madrid for. - The location was excellent and lots of good cafes and restaurants The confusion over the WiFi the passcode should not include ENJOYMADRID it just caused confusion apart from that it worked well for us separate bedrooms and a good shower.

• Aaguptprw (9/5): Superb - Location is superb. A lot of restaurant and bar in the area. Close to both Atocha Station and the city center. Self check-in and apartment access is not difficult. The bath area in the bathroom is hard to get in, and the bathroom door lock is not so good.
• Jatinder (8/5): Lovely apartment in arty location - A lovely apartment in the arts district, close to the park and Reina Sophia and Prado galleries. Bit tricky to get into the building initially, but the owners were easily contactable by phone and they spoke in English, which helped us.

• Oleg (7/5): Well-located apartments, with certain nuances. - Convenient location. There is all the necessary equipment - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc. There is a possibility of early check-in. The apartments are quite worn out and require cosmetic repairs. The washbasin does not drain the water normally (everything is fine with the shower). Poor sound insulation, you can hear all the sounds from the neighbors. The surprise was the deposit, which was not notified at the time of booking. Wi-Fi is not available from all parts of the apartment (for example, it practically does not work from the main bedroom).

• Cindy (7/5): Nice property in brilliant location - The property was well appointed and in a brilliant location close to the Museum Reina Sofia. There were plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a few metres. We had an issue one day with the building code but the landlord answered immediately to resolve the problem. The cupboards in the kitchen were set very high, at 5'6 I could not reach the top shelves. Also, unless you were very slim, the shower was very tight to get into and would be better with a folding door rather than the solid glass door that was in place.
• Tina (8/5): Centrally located, pretty accommodation in lovely local area. - Really liked the area it was situated in - within easy walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to visit. Well equipped. Not easy to gain access - dependent on a pass-key on phone which stopped working on one of the days of my stay. Soundproofing was also poor - neighbours were quite noisy late into the night.

The instructions themselves need to be much clearer and the front door lock operating needs to work much better. We never got locked out but it was a constant source of anxiety and meant that the beginning of our stay got off to a stressful start.
• Karelvda (8/5): Difficult check-in beacause information is missing. - Great location in the center, you can walk everywhere. Apartment is nice got everything we needed. The check-in is unclear. Even i am an experience traveller i had to find out how to get in to the main door. I found out after i ask one of the other people whonlive in the apartment complex to open the front door that i need to ring the bell at the right button. The example is not given in the app.

• Janine (10/5): Cute little Apartment, would definitely recommend. - Loved the location, there is the the best specialty coffee shop across the road, definitely recommend  trying the coffee there, and a supermarket close by. Also, a short walk and you’re in the main strip. Plenty of train stations nearby . Air conditioning, worked well, apartment has everything you need. Nice little place, would definitely stay there again. Easy access with codes rather than keys. Probably, the only thing that I could fault would be no natural light, but that didn’t bother us. It was a little noisy on the weekend. And be prepared to put a €300 deposit down. That was a little bit of a surprise as I booked on bookings.com but the lovely people who run the apartment released the money a little bit earlier than stated which was nice for cash flow.
• Simon (7/5): See above - he flat is good, well equipped with all cooking requirements. As mentioned in reviews it’s quite dark but this is not major issue if out all day. Beds are great and it looks clean and flat seems recently decorated. Our main issue was the struggle getting thru 3 doors to access the flat. It’s a puzzle and felt like a task from The Crystal Maze. We had to call the help line about 6 times and took 1hr+. Our fault was we didn’t pay the €300 deposit. But that’s not great after a long journey. We missed an evening walking tour. If we didn’t have a Spanish phone line we’d never get in ! The instructions don’t really help. Anyway once you know the trick it’s ok. Ideally need to have someone to show you. This is a common issue with airbnb. We’ll stick to hotels. For me Duvets we’re pretty heavy especially in 26C and A/C not working properly.

• Jayne (9/5): a great day in a luxury apartment in a good location - Great location near to two metro stations-Lavapies and Antin Martin. Good restaurants less than 100m away, and a supermarket almost opposite. apartment well thought out with really comfortable beds. lack of natural light. there is an internal courtyard but the building is too high to get any light into the apartment.
