• Kristof Van Thielen (8/5): Geweldige ligging! - Perfecte locatie in het historisch centrum van Napels! Je bent op wandelafstand bij alle prachtige plekken die deze stad te bieden heeft. Rondom zijn ook voldoende winkels en restaurantjes. Perfect qua ligging! Op zaterdag werd er naast ons een homeparty gegeven met enorm luide muziek. Uiteraard kon de host hier niets aan doen! Ik weet niet of deze homeparty gegeven werd door effectieve buurtbewoners of huurders van een ander appartement. Voor de rest was alles dik oke en heb ik niets aan te merken op dit verblijf.

• Reneta (7/5): 3 nights in May - Conveniently located in the old town and a short walk to the port. The big bed in the bedroom was comfy. It was very crammed, damp and due to its location smelly. It was noisy and the people sleeping on the sofa bed had worse time with the noise levels.

• Gabriela (9/5): - Blízkost přístavu i španělské čtvrti. K dispozici káva, čaje, marmelada, suchary, a dokonce i pračka. Kuchyňka byla úzká průchozí nudle. Rozkládací pohovka nebyla na spaní moc pohodlná. Ubytování pro 4 na delší čas není moc pohodlné, žádný odkládací prostor. Na noc výborně dostačující. Nebylo zde žádné další využití (bazén, vířivka)

• Aleš (9/5): Jedná se o malý přízemní byteček, ale pro víkendový zážitek v Neapoli super. - Personal TOP. Vše super. Pouze klamavá nabídka služeb, možná jazykový šum.
• Lanzi (4/5): Molto deludente - La posizione è molto comoda per visitare il centro storico Zona molto rumorosa, si sente la musica dei locali intorno fino all'orario di chiusura, molto difficile dormire. La pulizia lasciava un po a desiderare (le lenzuola e i cuscini presentavano delle macchie), non era presente nemmeno un po di sapone in bagno neanche per lavarsi le mani. La colazione inclusa è misera per non dire inesistente, eravamo in 4 e ci hanno lasciato solo 2 cialde per fare il caffè.

• roberto--72 (3/5): Brutta esperienza - Esclusivamente la posizione Accoglienza, poco empatici, cattivo funzionamento dello scarico della doccia, stoviglie sporche, colazione scarsa (mancavano latte, brioches, the, strofinacci) cattiva pubblicità: posteggio auto a pagamento, piscina inesistente, troppi servizi presentati ma su cose che non esistono, Struttura troppo piccola inadatta a tre persone, non si ci poteva muovere al suo interno.
• Angelo (5/5): Tutto molto bello, peccato non ci sia stata onestà nell’annuncio riguardo le camere. - Proprietaria gentile e disponibile, ci ha accolto anche prima dell’orario di check in e permesso di lasciare i bagagli in camera. Sull’annuncio c’era scritto avremmo trovato due camere con due letti matrimoniali, mentre in realtà c’è solo una camera da letto, l’altra “camera” è un divano letto in soggiorno, spazio comune, dove bisogna passare necessariamente per andare al bagno. Questo elimina la possibilità di avere privacy e ha rovinato la vacanza di coppia

La sera tutti i rumori della strada si sentivano perfettamente e quindi il riposo era difficoltoso. Struttura poco insonorizzata
• Martyna (9/5): Naples visit - The apartment is located in the historic old town of Naples and is consistent with the description and amenities provided. The location is convenient for sightseeing. There is a high city tax of €5 per person per night, which must be paid in addition to the apartment rate. Parking is available in the area, but it is more suitable for smaller cars and prices of that parking are rather high. However we got a recomendation for cheaper and safe parking 2km away from the apartment - which we recommend. An Italian-style breakfast is provided on site. Please note that the water can be very hot. The apartment may be challenging for guests with limited mobility, as it is narrow.
• Russo (5/5): La cosa migliore era che non ci è servita l'auto perché l'alloggio si trova nelcentro - Non c'era niente di colazione solo fette biscottate eravamo in 4 siamo rimasti delusi perché la colazione era compresa nel prezzo anche perché abbiamo speso altri soldi per la colazione 😤 Gli spazi molto stretti non era consigliato per 4 persone

• Wiam (3/5): Non ha per niente rispettato le aspettative - L’unica cosa positiva è che è locata in un punto strategico di Napoli Appartamento claustrofobico non fatevi ingannare dalle foto, zero finestre, avevamo la colazione inclusa in teoria ma non c’era niente di più di due fette biscottate e due marmellate, il caffè si qualche cialda, senza zucchero, ne latte, ne the.

• Silvestro (5/5): Passabile per un soggiorno breve / Brevissimo. - La posizione ! La casa si trova proprio alle spalle del monastero di S. Chiara ed a piedi sei praticamente al centro. La casa è molto piccola e credo sia ideale per massimo 2 persone. Noi siamo stati in 4 - 2 adulti e 2 bambini e praticamente l'ingresso è occupato tutto dal divano letto e dal tavolo. Spazi veramente ristretti. Noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola e praticamente siamo stati tutta la giornata in giro . OK per soggiorni di 1 / 2 notti al massimo in 4 persone. Gentilissima la sig.ra che ci ha accolti, ok il wifi in tutto l'appartamento. Gli spazi ristretti, per 4 persone. Da migliorare la Pulizia ed i materassi "imbarcati" !

• Marisa (5/5): I think it’s a great place for someone who is flying solo, staying out late and has little comfort needs. For me, it was - Walkable location, very clean The property wasn’t a good fit for my father and I. So this is personal preference. There is no window in the main bedroom so a feeling a being trapped when the bedroom door isn’t open. When the fold out bed is pulled out, only like a foot of space maybe less for the person in the bedroom to get to the bathroom. We were staying for one night as a stop over and considered leaving when we got there, but we were too tired for a one night switch, but this doesn’t feel like a place two people could stay comfortably. The couch bed wasn’t comfortable for me, sinks in and I could feel the frame and the pillows were not sleeping pillows but about 5 inches high and very very firm so for me, as a small woman of 5’1 I couldn’t use them. I didn’t sleep at all from the external lights shining through the living room bedroom, noise of Vespa’s and people driving by at all hours of the night. It just wasn’t the right fit for us.
• SERGE (8/5): Pratique pour un court séjour - L'appartement est bien placé en vielle-ville et bien équipé. Petite salle de bain mais pratique tout de même. Un peu petit pour 4 pers. Le canapé lit est très inconfortable, et il est impossible de bouger une fois ouvert.

• Antonio (1/5): Cuidado con las imágenes que muestran, es un zulo máximo para dos personas - Cuenta con una buena ubicación Las fotos del alojamiento están tomadas para engañar. Se indica de 2 habitaciones con dos camas grandes de matrimonio y realmente solo dispone de una habitación con cama de dormitorio, la segunda es un sofá cama situado junto a la puerta de entrada que da a la calle, por lo que no cuenta con salón cuando está abierta la cama. La estancia de entrada es un hall, con mesa de comedor y sofá cama (horriblemente incómodo). En la descripción se indica que son 60m2 y realmente son 30m2 El desayuno incluido que ofrece son galletas rancias. Las imágenes en la descripción de la piscina, es de otro edificio, por lo que llevan a la confusión y engaño
• Bela (2/5): Nao aconselho - Não gostei. Casa típica na zona histórica de Nápoles. Apenas uma porta e uma pequena janela. Quarto, cozinha e wc sem janelas. Sofá cama na sala pouco confortável. Refere que tem pequeno almoço: resume se a uns pacotes de bolacha, nutella e sumo. Não qualificaria como pequeno-almoço. Não tem piscina e não tem estacionamento apesar de anunciar que tem. Existem essas comodidades mas não nesse local, será noutro sítio e são pagas a parte.

Arrived and room was still being cleaned even though it was hour and half after checkin time, so had to stand in street waiting for them to finish. Electrical socket hanging out wall, exposed electrical wiring for light. Extremely small - a very small 1 bedroom apartment with an extremely small galley kitchen and sofa coach in a small dining/living area. The 'microwave' is a desktop oven, not a microwave. Not that you can use it, because of the two plugs in the kitchen, it only fits into one and that one doesn't work.

There's a window in bathroom, on top of the toilet that opens to somewhere like a hallway where people pass by! Sheets were clean. Pictures were misleading.

• Van (8/5): Very good - Location is good, close to the old city centre Shower leaks, both the nozzle and the door. Because of that water ran all the way through the kitchen into the bedroom. It's more an airbnb than a Bed and Breakfast.
• Stylianos (10/5): Exceptional - In the heart of Napoli dream house at ground floor its clean and has everything. Keyless check-in, a small breakfast in the nearby cafe and very good price. The neighbourhood is typical napolitana dirty narrow streets around but thats Napoli vibrant and lively. There are parking places at a cost around. Host is kind and responds immediately.. Overall a real Napoli experience!

Plenty of space in the wardrobe and cupboards. There were no windows so it was difficult to get fresh air inside so naturally it was a bit smelly.

• Josephine (10/5): Holiday in Naples - The check in was very easy. It was very clean. Right in the center of the historic center actually you can walk to everything. The croissant and cappuccino for breakfast were very good. A bit too small for 2 couples. The bedroom that was inside there was no aircondition and no window. You have to leave the bedroom door open.

Also he helped us to pay by card. small bedroom, not enough for family of 4 .Not good location for family with small kids as lots of cannabin bars are close by and all teenagers are roaming around with Drinks .
