• Jason (9/5): Lovely restored older home centrally located - Centrally located. Well appointed Dishwasher had an error code that meant it kept beeping. Bathroom floor not levelled properly so it didn’t drain when wet.

• Saad Tawwab Khan (9/5): Comfortable stay in City Center - Great Location in the CBD, Friendly and extremely helpful staff (we left the key inside the house and they were nice enough to send us an additional set). The internet had issues and kept on dropping and wasn’t accessible on the 1st floor.

• Marcus (5/5): Okay for a 1 night stay - Peaceful city centre location with on-site secure parking. Alas a smokey odour pervaded throughout which, after 4 nights, became sufficiently overpowering to overshadow the stay.

• Colin (10/5): A fantastic place to stay - The heritage terrace was exceptional with plenty of room and very comfortable beds. The lounge room was large with comfy lounges and a well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The location was perfect and within walking distance of Rundle Mall, restaurants and the Adelaide Oval and Entertainment Centre. We’ll definitely stay again

• Grace (10/5): Great location, provided all we needed. - Heaps of space, fully functional kitchen with everything we needed. Loved the secure parking space and multiple balconies. Amazing shower and massive vanity space in the bathroom, perfect for our large group. The only heating was a couple of small fan heaters, which was suitable when left running in the bedrooms but felt unsafe to keep running when not at the property. Wasn’t a major issue as there were plenty of blankets provided to keep us warm.

• Neridae (7/5): A spacious home at a great location with good facilities. - Hosts were very obliging when I realised I had made a mistake with my dates. They changed the dates without any issues. easy access to house Great rear off street secure parking easy walk to Hutt Street Plenty of bedrooms and beds to suit family group. All the beds were comfortable with adequate bedding. Great shower Spacious kitchen with adequate plates and cooking utensils. toaster microwave etc. washing machine and dryer if needed. Plenty of space to spread out. The girls loved the stairs and doing a 'grand entrance'. Fabulous house for hide and seek. Well set up with comfortable furniture private message sent to host as issues are easily remedied
• Arnab (3/5): Really good character, just needs some TLC - It's a lovely old house, with really good bones and character. The location is ideally located, and central to many wonderful cafes and restaurants. We had quite a few issues during our stay, and the manager of the house was quite responsive and attempted to fix the issues. The house is in dire need of some repairs and TLC. The decks and carpeting were extremely dirty and caused an allergic reaction in one of the guests. The faucets in the bathroom were broken and the lights in the stairway didn't work, making it quite dangerous for elderly guests. The shower was also not sealed and caused the bathroom to flood and become slippery when used, also dangerous for older guests. Some of the beds were squeaky to the max and some guests had trouble sleeping, but were comfortable otherwise. There was no toilet paper, shower gel, or cleaning supplies. There is only one bathroom and one powder room, not two bathrooms as advertised.

• Jessica (9/5): Luxury stay, a lot of stairs, close to what you need. - Rooms were spacious and the antique furniture added an extra sense of luxury to the house. In close proximity to most city centre attractions. There were issues with the lighting and a number of lighting switches didn’t work. May need an electrical repair.

• David (6/5): Perfect location for Adelaide. It would have been great if the issues had been addressed. - Character Location. Very spacious. Good value for money. Very useful parking garage. There were serious unresolved issues that were not remedied during our stay despite repeated requests. There is only one bathroom and the basin taps do not work. We had to fill cups with water from the shower in order to brush teeth and shave. The TVs do not work at all. One TV had the fetch box missing. One TV did not power on. The accommodation is very tired, badly in need of painting and new carpets. There is an up and down staircase to get from 2 bedrooms to the bathroom as noted by many other reviews.
• Tara (7/5): Good - the space was great, beds were comfy, and it was clean [although i did notice a build up of dust on the 4 poster bed] I thought the process to supply details of the 'other people ' staying was unnecessary. didn't mind the first set of stairs but steps to go up and down to the bedrooms and bathroom were a pain. There was a coffee machine but no pods to use it? The high chair wasnt supplied.
• Hiscocks (9/5): Great location and value for money - It was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had all the essentials. Air con worked well and kept the place nice and cool on a 44 degree day. Great location and all things considered great value for money. Apart from the kitchen the rest of the decor was very dated. The bed head in the downstairs bedroom wasn't attached to the base so it knocked against the wall whenever you moved.

• Cathy (6/5): Pleasant - Plenty of bedrooms. The garage that backed onto the house was good The stairs were very noisy, the doors were very hard to lock and unlock, the lounge was terribly low and hard to get on and off of. When I rolled over in bed and the bedhead kept hanging on the wall.

• Cecelia (7/5): Lovely location in downtown Adelaide in an old two storey terrace - Lovely old terrace house with high ceilings and aircon. Well equipped kitchen. Maintenance / cleaning a little lacking in some areas, small dining space.
