• Volker (5/5): Wohnung in Ordnung, Vermieterin absolut unverschämt - Die Lage ist gut, das Appartement großzügig. Ausstattung ist genauso gut oder schlecht, wie auf den Fotos erkennbar. Von Beginn an ausgesprochen unfreundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Abgesehen von akzeptablen Unannehmlichkeiten - es stinkt im ganzen Haus nach Rauch, die Putzsachen stehen im Bad, die Dusche ist eklig etc. - behauptete die Vermieterin im Nachhinein, wir hätten einen ihrer Stühle kaputt gemacht, was definitiv nicht stimmte. Noch dazu verlangte sie einen deutlich überteuerten Preis. Wir haben an Ende bezahlt, da wir nicht das Gegenteil beweisen konnten und irgendwann keinen Nerv mehr hatten.
• Alba (9/5): - It was very nice for a family of 4. Location was very good, very close to the bus shuttle to go to the sky stations. It has plenty of light, and it was comfortable and felt homey. The communication was through messages, but excellent and got all our questions answered promptly. We're planning to come back next year. We missed nothing and had an excellent few days in Seefeld. However, some small things like there is no Wi-Fi and no toaster .
• Pascal (2/5): Keine Bettdecken, keine Handtücher, kein W-LAN! - - Trotz einer Buchung für 4 Personen gab es nur 2 Bettdecken und nur ein Bettlaken, außerdem gab es kein W-LAN und nicht genügend Handtücher.
• Tetyana (6/5): Great location, apartment needs more attention to be cleaner. - Location is amazing, ground floor is super easy. Big room. Big balcony with a view. There was still trash in the bathroom trash can from previous guests. The floors were not swept. I got one trash bag for kitchen and one for bathroom, and e.g. for kitchen it wasn't enough. Kitchen things: sets of 4 for everything, so if i needed an extra spoon for the yogurt, then one of us wouldn't have a spoon. But for us cleanness was the biggest issue - kids were running with socks on, and those socks were super dirty at the end of the evening.

• Isabel (7/5): Een fijn verblijf voor 1 nacht - Geweldig plaatsje “Seefeld” De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant en in de algemene gang rook het naar sigaretten rook.

• Andrej (7/5): - Alles gut. Super Lage ist 3 Min Fahrt bis zum Piste, Skibus Haltestelle um die Ecke. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg bis ins Zentrum Leider, dass es keinen Platz zur Aufbewahrung von Ski und Skischuhen gibt.

• Nadine (8/5): Für ein spontanes Wochenende genau das richtige zum spitzen Preis - Sehr schönes Apartment gut aufgeteilt mit großem Balkon/Terrasse mit Berg Blick und vielen gratis Parkplätzen. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg in den Ort den man wählen muss wenn man nicht täglich 20€ fürs parken bezahlen möchte. Für ein Wochenende genau das richtige! Leider gibt es kein WiFi, das Bett ist ziemlich unbequem und viel zu hart ein kleines Wäsche Gitter über der Heizung wäre noch gut gewesen zum trocknen der Skikleidung etc. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein leider nur ein Wasserkocher vorhanden, zwei herdplatten und Kühlschrank. Gut das wir unseren Kaffeekocher mit hatten…

• Thomas (5/5): Aus schlechten Umständen ,das Beste gemacht - Die Lage der Unterkunft Der Lärm der Trockengeräte und die Baustelle im Empfangsbereich , von der wir vor der Buchung nicht informiert worden . 24 Stunden Trockengerätelärm .Verständigung mit der Gastgeberin sehr schlecht da sie kein Deutsch spricht und sich nur mit Englisch verständigen will

• Eugen (7/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay with just a few minor inconveniences. - The apartment was surprisingly bigger than we expected. The separation between the double bed and the sofa area was also a really nice touch. We only stayed for one night since we planned to drive further, but it turned out to be a perfect stop along the way! The walls were quite thin, so we could hear the neighbors talking. However, since we were very tired after a long day, we managed to fall asleep quickly. Also, the water in the shower drained very slowly.

• Raffaella (1/5): Assolutamente NO! - Nulla Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’host appena arrivati, la camera era sporca e il frigo spento (abbiamo dovuto buttare la spesa che avevamo con noi) ma l’host non è stato comprensivo e non ci è venuto incontro, anzi. Purtroppo l’host è stato molto aggressivo nei nostri confronti e abbiamo deciso di andare via prima perché non ci sentivamo sicuri. Sconsigliatissimo.

• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Great and comfortable stay. Excellent location. Easy access. The owner communicated well and responded quickly. Very kind and professional approach. No wifi, or at least we could not find it. No big deal for us but may be important for others.

• Donna (5/5): Below average - Spacious. The shower. There was no clamp or anything to attach the shower head to the rail. So you have to try and shower with one hand. Also - There was no way of making coffee- no cafetière or a stovetop pot. Walls are paper thin. could hear the people in the rooms next to us think.
