• SPYRIDON (10/5): Τέλειο και άνετο διαμέρισμα για τέσσερα άτομα. - Πολύ κεντρικό, ευρύχωρο, όμορφα φτιαγμένο. Εύκολη πρόσβαση. Το parking El Pastor λίγα βήματα μακριά. Τα μπάνια πεντακάθαρα. Η ντουσιέρα σούπερ. Καλό wifi. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άμεση και εύκολη μέσω watsapp. Τα κλειδιά μας παραδόθηκαν στο χέρι από τον οικοδεσπότη. Αρκετή φασαρία μέχρι τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες, που όμως εμάς δεν μας ενόχλησε καθόλου. Υπάρχουν 2 ανεμιστήρες αντί για air condition, οπότε με τη ζέστη ίσως υπάρχει πρόβλημα εάν αφήσεις τα παράθυρα ανοιχτά.

• Kazutaka (5/5): 施設自体は良かったのにそれ以外が残念過ぎる。 - ロケーション。旧市街から徒歩で行ける。 ベッドルームが2つにシャワールームが2つあって、今回2人で出張時の滞在に利用したため、用途に合っていた。 夜中まで部屋の下がうるさい。 耳栓持っていったほうがよい。 出張で利用したため、領収書の発行を依頼したがいっこうに発行されない。何度も何度も催促しても。挙げ句の果てに無視。気分が悪く、また利用したいとは思わない。

• SHINICHIRO (9/5): Excellent - 備え付け設備が素晴らしく、希望していたシャワー・トイレが２ヶ所、寝室が２ヶ所あること、 の両方を十分満たしていた。 キッチンに備え付けてある設備は、今回あまり利用しなかったが、食洗機・電子レンジ・食器一式等あり、 また３、４名で使用するには十分なテーブルと椅子、部屋の広さも余裕があり、宿泊の満足度は非常に高かった。 最初に到着するまでアパート側とのやりとりも非常にスムースにいき、色々と事前にサポートをいただいて大変助かった。 ・ふたつあるうちの一つのシャワートイレに入り、扉を閉めると、時々内側から開かなくなることがあり、要改善して欲しい部分。 ・２個預かった鍵のうち一つの鍵の束は建物の入り口も部屋も開けることができなかった

• Bernardo (5/5): Decepcionante mucho ruido por la noche. - Todo en general Las ventanas no están bien insonorizadas, zona de copas, hasta las 3 de la mañana por lo menos muchisimo ruido de gente.

• Maria Jose (9/5): Recomendable - Nuevo bien cuidado y muy limpio. La ubicación excelente. Hay bastante ruido ya que las ventanas dan a una calle con bares con terrazas.
• Angel & Luma (6/5): Emplacement idéal, appartement bien équipé et spacieux mais bruit la nuit trop important. - Emplacement idéal pour se balader au centre de Sanse et accéder à la plage de la Kontxa. Appartement bien équipé et spacieux pour 3 à 5 personnes max. Immeuble magnifique. André est très sympa et s'est rendu disponible rapidement pour un problème d'eau chaude. Le bruit. Malgré le double vitrage, on entend tout. Il y a plusieurs bars en bas de l'immeuble. C'est au premier étage. Si vous y allez en plus un WE et que vous souhaitez vous reposer c'est compliqué de s'endormir avant 3h du matin. Donc oui l'emplacement est clé, mais ils devraient être beaucoup plus spécifique sur le bruit. Nous n'aurions pas pris l'appartement si nous avions su d'avance qu'il y allait avoir autant de bruit. Le prix est donc très excessif. C'est le jeu de l'offre et de la demande mais à ce prix, on espère avoir un peu de calme en fermant ses fenêtres (nous avons séjourné au moins une 10aine de fois à Sanse dans des appartements du centre bien mieux isolés phoniquement)

• Abigail (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay here!! - The apartment’s location was very convenient. Walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped!! As the apartment is located above a street of bars, it can get noisy till the wee hours of the morning. Keeping the windows and shutters closed was helpful in muffling the noise from below.

• Ronald (10/5): Great, comfy, and affordable place. - - Very good location. Near the best areas to explore. - Place is clean. - Host is responsive. - Spacious and well appointed. It's on the first level from the ground facing restaurants which stay open until late. Can be a bit noisy until way past midnight. I don't mind it much but for others who are noise sensitive, this will be an issue. Oh, and I would like to have a different pillow with less height. Personal preferrence.

• Angela (10/5): Wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend. - Fantastic apartment with 2 big bedrooms & 2 lovely bathrooms with toiletries provided. Spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you could need. It’s in a perfect location within walking distance of everywhere in San Sebastián & only a 6 minute walk from the bus station. The street was a little noisy at night as there are couple of bars opposite the apartment.

• Robert (10/5): A fun time surfing in the sea and enjoying the gastronomic delights of San Sebastian. - The location was excellent for accessing the town and the two main beaches - Zurriola and La Concha. It was all great.
• Andra (10/5): Awesome place to stay - Great location , walking distance to the beach and old town. Coffee shop across the street , which was very handy in the morning! The flat is spotless clean and Maria kindly allowed us to check in early, at 12.45 pm instead of 4 pm. She also provided local tips, which were most welcomed. It can get a little noisy , especially during the weekend.

• George (4/5): great apt-compromised location. - well appointed, clean, updated apt with great natural light, professional mgr. location-guaranteed noise throughout the night into the morning from all the bars concentrated right below the bedrooms , -even after bars close-people stay talking loudly and arguing well past 2am, then one hears the garbage trucks and street sweepers at 6am to 7am.-even with the windows and shutters closed. I am a light sleeper, but my wife is a sound sleeper and we were both disturbed consistently. Listing should inform guests of this situation-

The street below was a nightly, constant, loud party. Some nights it was so loud it was difficult to sleep even with the shutters closed. It was also difficult to use the convection range. Manual would have helped.

• Kiyoko (10/5): 100% recomendable!! - Perfect location, best hospitality (Thank you Maria & Clara!), very clean & comfortable. Absolutely want come back to stay here! Just a little bit noisy on the street until late at night, but it’s understandable because of the location (the central of the city, 1st floor of the apartment) & there’s a lot of bars around there.
• Mccafferty (10/5): Spacious, clean and central to everything. - The location was amazing. We were within walking distance to everything. Extremely clean and well appointed with all the necessities. The host was accommodating and always available to answer any question. We were a family of 4 and really appreciated the 2nd bathroom. Beds were comfy. I would love to stay there again. I liked everything about it.

• Pui (10/5): I would highly recommend this place to stay, especially if you travel with friends or family members - The location and the facilities in the apartment are excellent. The responsiveness and kindness of Maria is deeply appreciated. The street noise level at night (people chatting) but it is understandable when there are cafes and bars around.
• Isamagsmith (6/5): Beautiful apartement in San Sebastian city center, a bit noisy - The location is perfect, the apartment is very well-decorated. Beds are new and comfortable The communication with the host was direct and fluent. There are bars in front of the house, it is noisy in the evening. The person that received us and gave us the keys was not very nice. There was no basic stuff at the apartment: salt, sugar, some coffee, etc.
