• Jemima (10/5): Perfecto! - The location is perfect and the house is absolutely clean, nice, comfortable and stylish. It was different using a web link to open the door, but thankfully the lender helped us with no worries or troubles. It was a great stay - beds are on the firmer side, but other than that I would absolutely recommend staying here. It is in the heart of everything you need. Thanks for a great stay - we really enjoyed your apartment. Do yourself a favour and book this place. …. It’s unreal!

• Jenny (10/5): Fantastic location, can’t be beat - Beds comfortable, lovely and clean and functional, quiet, warm and felt safe. The location is amazing. On our last evening there was an opera singer performing in the under cover area opposite; Was so special, but couldn’t hear any noise within the apartment :) The back bedroom would benefit from a mirror in the bedroom

There was enough space for my husband and I along with our friends to sit and relax when needed. It was warm when we went and the A/C was amazing! The Host was great. Answered in a timely manor too. The sheets and linens were clean. Reading reviews about the entrance was not as bad as I thought. Once your in the door with the electric lock you have keys to use the rest of the time. There is something always going on in the market area.(selling leathers, shirts, scarves etc by day and some type of music by night. )Lots of stairs to walk up! You can take an elevator though. Once you get up the first few stairs. The place was clean , but the showers needed a little more TLC. (Moldy spots that could possibly be scrubbed more, that could be taken up with their cleaning service. ) Paper towels or hand towels in the kitchen would be great too.

• Marissa (7/5): All in all, a good stay mainly because of the location and prompt communication from host. - Location couldn’t be more perfect for sightseeing and shopping. If you travel by car, you can easily park at garage delle terme, 5 minutes on foot. Ease of check in and the use of virtual / electronic keys to open the building and apartment door, as long as you have internet. Prompt communication from host, although in Italian but easily solved with Google Translate. Renovated and chic interior decor. The welcome kit only consisted of 1/4 toilet roll for each bathroom. New sponge for dish washing was also not provided. This is unlike any other properties that I have stayed in throughout Italy. No toiletries but listing doesn’t mention it so I came prepared except for the toilet rolls! Living area and kitchen do not have window so lack of natural light. 2nd bathroom was tiny, not uncommon for apartment in an old building. Most rooms have no lock, not an issue for us, but might be for some travellers. Entrance to the building smells funny and really old but not surprising for an old building. A decent flight of steps before reaching the lift does not help if you have lots of suitcases.
• Shgjsapollonia (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was perfect near to everything around. You have a lot of restaurnats around and a lot of museums. You can reach by walking everything. Even the host was fast and very friendly in communication. One thing that it was not convinsing was the bathroom in the corridor, it was a little small.
