• Jorge (8/5): Beautiful home, large rooms, beautiful backyard, great area. - The backyard was beautiful, it's absolutely, a masterpiece of landscaping, beauty, and joy. There's no Wi-Fi in the house, and I did a pretty good signal with my cell phone reception. I made it very close to communicate

• Maria Jesus (3/5): Gran decepción. - Jardín grande, el velador y la zona es muy tranquila El mantenimiento de la casa es mínimo, inaceptable para el precio. Es la peor casa que he alquilado en esta plataforma. Habitaciones: en la mayoría no coincide el tamaño del somier con el del colchón, sábanas viejas y desgastadas. El colchón de matrimonio se hundía y era incomodo, con una mancha enorme de orina y tanto el colchón como las sábanas olían mal. Armarios llenos de cosas de los dueños, el de la habitación infantil no lo pudimos utilizar por el intenso olor a humedad. En el aparado de “Instalaciones de la habitación” indica ventilador, pero en las habitaciones no hay y hemos tenido que comprarlos porque era imposible dormir sin ellos. En la cocina: el microondas no giraba el plato, el hervidor de agua no funciona, el tostador está medio roto y a la sandwichera le faltaba la mitad del teflón, una regleta donde van conectados varios electrodomésticos en la que se ven los cables empalmados con cinta aislante. Exterior: columpios oxidados, estaque con el agua verde que es un criadero de mosquitos, empalmes de cables con cinta aislante y escaso mantenimiento de la piscina. Se indica que hay parking privado gratis, el garaje está cerrado y no lo puedes utilizar, se limita a meter el coche dentro de la parcela, como no te dan llave no hay opción a cerrar ni esta verja ni la de la entrada principal, lo que permite que cualquiera pueda entrar al jardín Reservamos esta casa porque la media de los comentarios era de un 7,9 en Booking y sólo había un comentario con un 4, pensamos que al ser sólo un mal comentario no sería tal fiable pero realmente tenía razón. Aunque la propiedad estaba al corriente de todas nuestras quejas y no nos solucionaron nada,, el último día de nuestra estancia nos escribieron solicitándonos que les valoráramos con un 10, evidentemente no va a ser esa nuestra valoración.

• Davinci57 (4/5): Disappointing - The location for our requirements. The outside space was nice. The place was not clean. The pool had not been cleaned. I had to clean the plates and glasses before we could start our arrival birthday party. The rooms were cluttered with too many family items which were inappropriate for a villa booking. No WiFi, however mentioning that there is no WiFi, is not acceptable when the mobile phone reception is poor. No washing machine. Not an appropriate place for 6 adults. No fans in the bedrooms when there is no air conditioning. Bed linen old fashion and smells. Has potential but owners need to do a lot of work. Kitchen poorly organised.

• Robert (10/5): Great property with stunning garden. - Villa Odena is a great property inside and out with a stunning, spacious garden, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the way this property is maintained. Alex kept in touch and was fast answering any queries that we had. The property is in a peaceful and quiet area, I would 100% stay again, and I am already thinking about booking for next years Easter holiday. I don't really have any negatives. Internet would always be useful, but I had perfect signal on my mobile, so it's not an issue.
